The room was clean, and the staff was knowledgeable. It was my understanding booking my reservation it was a Hilton hotel. i the site stated the roomwould have a microwave and a coffee pot. When I inquired upon the item, the staff informed me that the owner had removed all these items from the rooms and did not know why. I was told that if I wanted to heat anything up, I had to exit my room go downstairs and use the microwave. I was also so informed that coffee was available in the lobby. That is not true. On my last day, the orange juice and apple juice machine were not functioning. I was very disappointed with the accommodations through the lack of services.

The rooms always clean the bed is comfortable and staff is polite and courteous and breakfast is good a variety of items you can choose from

Hotel was acceptable for the price. Cheaper than other hotels around but as a Hilton, expected a little better. The facility looked like a low cost hotel that was taken over by Hilton and did a face lift. Lobby was unimpressive, elevator was dingy and showed its age, and breakfast was simple. The hallways smelled like smoke, but surprisingly the rooms were great. Smelled fine and clean. I would give it a mid to low 7 score. Definitely not an 8.2 on Hotels.com.

Very nice hotel. Large room, nice amenities. Helpful staff. Breakfast was disappointing. Few choices and all were as basic as possible.
