Property we well maintained although flooding had just occurred the week before we arrived. The view and surrounds were astounding. Located in a very convenient location to catch shuttles to Zion canyon.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were comfy. We loved the pool. All was good.

Rooms clean, great views (but you could probably get those anywhere near the park), close to everything. Staff was great and very cordial. Loved the breakfast bar and getting to make up breakfast burritos each morning before going on our hikes. The bartender was lovely even though I had delays with getting food at the restaurant/bar one night, she was still wonderful and loved talking about her recommendations for our visit. Only concern was the upkeep of the property seemed very behind. A/C was not working properly in our building and seemed to be a known issue which had not been addressed, the unit filters on our room looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time and on other rooms (since units were outside of the window and not inside) we could see visible damage or unclean filters on numerous a/c units. The sliding barn door in our room did not line up properly to close, and kept coming off its track. In our bathroom, a piece of the tub was no longer fastened correctly although still functional. A lot of little maintenance needed but that all adds up especially the A/C when it was over 100 degrees every day of our visit.

The location and the lobby were very nice with ample seating for relaxing. Nice view from pool and lobby. The only negative was that we didn’t expect that we would be located in a second building not attached to the main amenities so may be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Also no microwaves in the rooms! Other than those to items it was a great place and I would certainly stay again.

The jacuzzi was perfect after hiking! I just wish the pool was a little warmer. The beautiful canyons surrounding the resort made the experience even more special.
