Best Western Premier Suites Hotel & Spa Liverpool-Knowsley

The room was above my expectations

Bathroom was not pleasant I didn't use the shower for this reason, mouldy around the fixtures and dusty. Room smelt nice upon arrival but dust and cobwebs hanging down from the ceilings. The kids sofa bed was so hard I got another duvet for them so sleep on top of. Main bedroom was ok. Breakfast was ok nothing special, had to ask for bowls as none were out and we were first down. Parking good plenty of spaces, but when leaving around 7:30 to pop to the petrol station a pair of men's worn boxers were laid in the car park. Swimming was the main reason we booked for the children. Wouldn't stay again unfortunately. Hotel is tired worn and in dire need of a make over.

The room was clean. The shower never worked properly it was constantly really hot (too hot) and wouldn't mix with the cold water. I did tell reception about this on three separate occasions, they said they will get if fixed and never did. The breakfast was great. The pool and gym was good. Parking was good. Shame about the shower.

Everything was great. The room was really nice and big and dinner was good. The staff were very helpful

Room was clean and spacious lots of room but a little dated but this cant go against it everything else eas that good great facilities staff super helpful when we needed them
