Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed (crockpot, airfryer) The back patio sits right on the river and it is so lovely. We will absolutely stay here again. We did not need the AC even in August. We saw rabbits, chipmunks, hummingbrids, bluebirds and even a deer just from the back patio.

Cabin apparently needs quite a bit of updating and repair. Sinks did not drain properly. Refrigerator went out on us so we had to use coolers for food storage. Oven does not work either. Mattresses seemed old and soft. Stayed at this property a year ago and nothing had been taken care of in the last year. The property is definitely not worth the higher price we paid for rental.

The house is nice just right next to the main road in and out of the neighborhood. Also, had a problem with a bathtub. Called to get it fixed and the plumber came out but said it’s a big job and couldn’t fix it that day!

It was a great place to spend quality family time. The home was very welcoming and felt at home. Will defiantly recommend this to other family members and friends. Thank you for everything.

This house was the perfect size for our extended family and fur babies. We loved being able to sit and listen to the stream running in the evening while the kids fished. Town was just a short walk away. Unfortunately the impact of the wildfires meant that activities in Red River were limited.
