We spent two weeks at the Terrace House, our group included 3 adults, 1 toddler & our dog. We had a fabulous time, the location is perfectly situated close to bush walks, supermarkets, restaurants & cafes. The townhouse is clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the well appointed kitchen, professionally laundered linen and towels, garage with house access, strong wifi and safe backyard for our dog. worked wonderfully and fans appreciated during the heat wave. Simmone was always very quick with replies and super helpful!

Great position. Very cosy with wood fire and plenty of wood supplied. Very well equiped kitchen. Double garage to park the car. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. We had a great stay in The Terrace House.

The property was located perfectly within walking distance to shops and restaurants but still really quiet at night. Clean with everything thought of including a very nice welcome bottle of wine. The fire kept us toasty warm in the evenings. Our dog enjoyed the forest trails just on the doorstep and georgette park a short walk away.

Great stay in a perfect location!We really enjoyed our stay here — the house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a great coffee machine, and we loved using the Weber BBQ outside. The wood-burning stove in the lounge made it extra cosy in the evenings. The location was perfect too, nice and close to town but still peaceful and relaxing.The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated!We didn’t bring our two pups this time, but they would have absolutely loved it here — it’s a very pet-friendly spot. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay again!

This villa was amazing and very good value. It is very well located being very close walking distance to the centre of town with heaps of cafes and restaurants close by. It is incredibly well equipped with much more than you normally get in other accommodation and very roomy. The decor is very tasteful and the bed very comfortable. We had an amazing stay and loved being able to take our small dog with us on our getaway. Our host Simmone kept us well informed and was lovely. Couldn't have been happier. The only real downside in my opinion was the rather hefty booking fee charged by Stayz that added $39/night to our overall accommodation cost.

Wow, what a great spot! Comfortable, well decorated, fully stocked kitchen with the little things like oil and spices, welcome bottle of wine. Really comfortable bed and linens, very useful laundry with detergent, etc etc.We especially enjoyed the courtyard and chiminea at the end of the day. Firewood provided.Walkable to the main street, restaurants and the incredible Margaret River bakery.100% recommend and eagerly would stay again.

We loved our stay. Super convenient location. Walking distance to main strip, coffee shops and supermarket. The place was clean well kept and welcoming, it didn’t feel like a hotel it had a homely feel to it. The fire was an added bonus. Only downfall was that the previous guests flooded the main bedroom which made it inhabitable. There were trades coming and going, and loud air dryers going the entire time we were there. Totally out of the owners control and such a terrible thing to happen for them. We still enjoyed our stay regardless and the owners were great to deal with, and were extremely apologetic about the whole situation. Would absolutely stay again.

Worth 10 stars. Absolutely the best property we have stayed in, anywhere including UK, NZ and Spain. Beautify presented inside and out. Tastefully decorated. Clean and comfortable. So close to Margaret River, one street back from main shopping area. So many included thoughtful extras. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We couldn't be happier with where we stayed. It had everything we needed and more. So many nice touches to make the stay comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and everything was simple. Location was central to town. Next time we're back in Margaret River we'd definitely stay there again

We had a great stay at The Terrace House - it was so well equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. Being so close to town was super convenient too. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. Super convenient location. Walking distance to main strip, coffee shops and supermarket. The place was clean well kept and welcoming, it didn’t feel like a hotel it had a homely feel to it. The fire was an added bonus. Only downfall was that the previous guests flooded the main bedroom which made it inhabitable. There were trades coming and going, and loud air dryers going the entire time we were there. Totally out of the owners control and such a terrible thing to happen for them. We still enjoyed our stay regardless and the owners were great to deal with, and were extremely apologetic about the whole situation. Would absolutely stay again.

The property was located perfectly within walking distance to shops and restaurants but still really quiet at night. Clean with everything thought of including a very nice welcome bottle of wine. The fire kept us toasty warm in the evenings. Our dog enjoyed the forest trails just on the doorstep and georgette park a short walk away.

Great stay in a perfect location!We really enjoyed our stay here — the house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a great coffee machine, and we loved using the Weber BBQ outside. The wood-burning stove in the lounge made it extra cosy in the evenings. The location was perfect too, nice and close to town but still peaceful and relaxing.The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated!We didn’t bring our two pups this time, but they would have absolutely loved it here — it’s a very pet-friendly spot. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay again!

Great position. Very cosy with wood fire and plenty of wood supplied. Very well equiped kitchen. Double garage to park the car. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. We had a great stay in The Terrace House.

Great property. Clean, well presented, well equipped and lots of personal touches. Right in the heart of Margaret River, walking distance to main road, cafés etc. Great communication with Simmone. Highly recommended!!

This villa was amazing and very good value. It is very well located being very close walking distance to the centre of town with heaps of cafes and restaurants close by. It is incredibly well equipped with much more than you normally get in other accommodation and very roomy. The decor is very tasteful and the bed very comfortable. We had an amazing stay and loved being able to take our small dog with us on our getaway. Our host Simmone kept us well informed and was lovely. Couldn't have been happier. The only real downside in my opinion was the rather hefty booking fee charged by Stayz that added $39/night to our overall accommodation cost.

Wow, what a great spot! Comfortable, well decorated, fully stocked kitchen with the little things like oil and spices, welcome bottle of wine. Really comfortable bed and linens, very useful laundry with detergent, etc etc.We especially enjoyed the courtyard and chiminea at the end of the day. Firewood provided.Walkable to the main street, restaurants and the incredible Margaret River bakery.100% recommend and eagerly would stay again.

We couldn't be happier with where we stayed. It had everything we needed and more. So many nice touches to make the stay comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and everything was simple. Location was central to town. Next time we're back in Margaret River we'd definitely stay there again

This property had everything we wanted. Garage for 2 cars, 3 bedrooms and clean, modern bathrooms and kitchen. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking implements in abundance. Tastefully decorated, wood fire was so cosy. Cafes, shops in walking distance. Simmone was a fantastic host. Loved our time there.
