The floor was linoleum and was dirty. The pool had a strange color and I didn’t feel it would be best for me to go into. The internet was non existent, thankfully that I was able to use my phone as a Hotspot. There was no place to hang up my clothes. Breakfast was better than average as well as the size of the TV.

We checked in and were giving a third floor room told to use the elevator, but the front desk was unaware that the elevator was in repair. So we had to go back and move the reservation to a first floor room, which is all the way at the end of the facility with our items in the cart. Push the cart all the way down the parking lot, go to the room and, and the keys wouldn’t work Then once we’re in the room 45 minutes later, we discovered it our toilet ram all night. I finally resorted to turning off the water to it so we could sleep On top of that, no water cooler. Even at breakfast. Super disappointing

We arrived a bit late and we had 2 rooms booked, one of the rooms was fine, but the adjoining room had a terrible odor of smoke. The hotel is supposedly a no smoking facility, but this was definitely not the case. Because we had adjoining rooms and also because of the late time we did not want to go through the hassle of requesting a new room. But it was a terrible experience for those of us who had to sleep in that room. I had a headache when I woke up. Also, the breakfast was one of the worst I have had, not many good selections and didn't even have lids to be able to take a cup of coffee with us for the road.
