This is nice home with a nice pool, but could have used a good cleaning, some general maintenence and some updating. Pricing is a bit deceptive, everything is in Euros, and extra guest fees include all guests staying, not just extras. Overall, with the hurricane damage and the beaches being closed, we made the most of great whether, the convenient pool, and the spaciousness of the home.

We had an excellent holiday in the villa. It was spacious and clean. The pool was nice and big and the water had a great temperature. The kitchen was well-equipped. Our teenage boys loved that they had their own bedroom each, and the PS4 in the living room made the evenings fun. However only one controller fully worked. If we should say anything to improve the stay it should be the fact that the door panel didn’t work, so there was only the small key to lock the house. That wasn’t what the guide said, so we were a little confused. Also the thunderstorms killed the electricity a couple of times, which made the alarm inside the house go, and we needed a code for that to make it stop. And finally it would have been nice to have more sun mattresses for the sunbeds. There were only 3, and we were 4 persons. But there were plenty sunbeds, just not enough mattresses. But overall we loved our stay. And the little coffee shop “Espresso to go” made my mornings everyday☺️ We can fully recommend this house!

We are very disappointed with the response we have had from the owners of this villa. When we arrived we had a lot of back and forth regarding contacting the property mangers. Property was in a good location but it all ended there. The property was dirty, both toilet handles where falling off, the plug in the main jacuzzi bath didn’t work, when it was fixed there was no water pressure and it took 45 minutes for bath to fill up. Unfortunately the main toilet seat was also stained. The property manager,Michael came by on day 2. He was very pleasant, told us to enjoy our vacation and to “( on no account) clean”. He promised to sort out problems and to bring an extra three sunbed mattresses. There were only 3 available and they were mildewed. Some of the problems were sorted but not the mattresses and we were advised these had to be ordered. When we have rented properties in the past( and we have rented many) things like sun beds are available as a matter of course. On our last day a different property manager came by. She walked through the property and advised it was fine, she also advised we would owe money for energy use. The original reading on the meter was not made in our presence and we had no knowledge of the original reading. She advised “ not to worry and to enjoy our trip home”. The villa was normal dirty following a two week vacation. There was food in the fridge and rubbish in the kitchen but no other mess was left. Imagine our surprise to receive a bill for “ extra cleaning “! The barbecue was dirty before we used it and we cleaned it before and after use. We were obviously quite annoyed to receive these additional costs when they had not been verified or explained. The villa is a little shabby and in need of upgrading. There were also lightbulbs out and no batteries in remote controls, all petty things but irritating when you are on vacation. We did not feel we got value for money and these extra charges have been very surprising and annoying. My wife and daughter are both health care providers who worked tirelessly during the pandemic and they are both disappointed by this end to a much anticipated vacation.

Very nice home and comfortable. Quite neighborhood with beautiful sunsets from the dock. Would have given 5 stars but was told by owner and property Mgr both we could dock a boat at the home. Just FYI, you cannot get a boat to the home. There is a bridge that is to low and you cannot go under it except with a small kayak or john boat. I would recommend to the owners to put a ladder down to the water from the dock. We brought our own kayaks but it was to difficult to get in them from the dock. If we visit the area again we would consider.

This was the perfect house for a little getaway with my mom, sister, and nephew. We hadn’t seen each other in over a year (I live in NJ, they live in VA) so we wanted an area to enjoy time together, relaxing, beautiful beaches, and of course- baseball (my nephew was in a tournament there). The location, size of the house, amenities, beautiful outdoor space & pool, and friendliness during check in and check out were all perfect! Thank you for providing the perfect vacation rental for us!
