The Black Swan - The Inn Collection Group

Room was clean, but noisy. We noticed a humming sound. This prevented us from having a good nights sleep as it was constant during the night. We complained and moved room for our second night. The day we arrived we were hiking and our clothes were soaking wet. It was a cold evening and we complained the following morning as there was no heating and were unable to dry our clothes. We were cold in bed and there were no extra blankets. We complained and were told the hotels heating system was turned off. Breakfast was adequate, although I had the smallest hash brown ever (only one) Didn’t receive any the following day. Parking was poor. Don’t think I would stay here again considering the cost of the stay.

Koselig inn, med god seng og ok størrelse på rommet. Maten i restauranten var en skuffelse, men betjeningen er hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Clean room. Good breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and really comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and professional Food was excellent.

Room was clean and spacious but lacking in a few softer touches like cushions, pictures on blank walls etc. Coffee making facilities were basic compared to similar 4* standard hotels I've stayed in for work. Bathroom was cold even with towel radiator permanently on. Staff seemed very busy in the restaurant probably not enough of them.
