3 minutos a pie de playa - Blessed Manor 6 Bed House)

First trip to Barbados. When we first arrived at the house, we were a little surprised of the location. Many homes surround the house that have dogs and other animals. Not very private or quiet. Dogs barking and roosters crowing. Also, pool was smaller than appeared in pictures. You can walk to Rockley Beach, but it is a busy road to get there. We were not a big fan of Rockley beach, but Carlisle Bay in a close drive. The home itself was nice and spacious with many special touches and items to make your stay enjoyable. There is air conditioning, but individual units cut off if movement is not detected during the day.

Outdoors accommodtion very poor, disappointing, unsafe, unclean with dogs barking for most of the day and some nights. Dangerous razor wire on fence, leaking plunge pool (advertised as a swimming pool). Inadequate kitchen facilities. Kitchen very small to cater for a family of six and certainly not for twelve. No reception concierge or help whatsoever and no attempt to put right any complaints. Having had wonderful accommodation in Barbados over many years Blessed Manor has given our family the most expensive holiday from hell. We shall be filing a full detailed report to Bluescape and the owners of the property.

This perfect for family travel

Our group of 11 throughly enjoyed the house and pool. It was spacious enough for all of us to spread out and we enjoyed the large table for breakfast and dinners most days. It was walkable to Rockleys beach which is spectacular. Great property in a great location.

Our group of 12 absolutely loved our stay at the Blessed manner. We enjoyed relaxing days by the pool and in the gazebo. We use the amazing cooks that were recommended and enjoyed delicious meals with authentic Bajan flavor and hospitality. They were a couple of regular wear and Tear maintenance issues that we brought to the attention of the staff, and these were addressed immediately. We loved the convenient location that was walking distance to the beach as well as fast food and sitdown restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were all spacious. We highly recommend this vacation home to you and your family or friends. We are so grateful that we got to spend a wonderful vacation here.
