The Grand Resort is a lovely place to switch off if you are able to go all inclusive but it is further away from the centre of Limassol than some might like, and the area it's located in doesn't have much going for it. There are 3 on-sire restaurants all offering a good variety with themes in the main buffet, and the Japanese is definitely worth a visit! All the staff are welcoming and charming to their international guests but the entertainment programme is quite low key. The hotel is a good size with a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds in the grounds and down to the private beach. The beach is darker sand than pictures indicate but the water is clear and the promenade towards the city provides a good walk.

Would have rated 4.5 if possible. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality. We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited). Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails and mocktails were always available. Entertainment was limited but fun - mostly for children with wonderful staff who kept our kids entertained. We had family sea view rooms. Comfortable and good amentieies with lovely views. Not the largest and TV limited for English speakers but not an issue. The 'free' mini bar was a nice touch but some more snacks and less drinks woukd have been appreciated. Pool was simple but clean and warm. Never had an issue finding a sunbed. Pool service was appreciated. Overall a great hotel and one we would visit agian.

I was locked out of my room for half an hour. Apparently, the battery in the lock had died. Manager gave zero apologies for the battery inconvenience, just shrugged his shoulders. Also, phone didn’t work and had to be reconfigured. Tried using the gym, but it smelled so bad (old sweat), that I went straight back out. Had a red rash from the lotion in the bathroom. The only redeeming qualities about the hotel was the nice beach/pool area.

We stayed here for a few nights as we had to attend a family funeral. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Free ample amounts of car park space available. The pool and private beach was immaculate. The food was superb and the staff are so attentive and friendly. There was live music every night by the bar/lobby area which we enjoyed. The breakfast was always plenty and good. They recently spent 45 million pounds on renovation so everything was brand new and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would easily return. The spa was ok, I’ve had better.

Service was terrible, no ice cream parlour open, June is opening time from what we were told at reception. When asked at the pool bar for ice cream they said we couldn't take it to the pool and had to sit in the bar restaurant. Lifeguard in the indoor pool wouldn't let kids in the pol without armbands, supposedly a rule for 6 and under but the chap was insistent for our 8 year old, who incidentally is an excellent swimmer. Beer offering are poor, Keo or Carlsberg, unlucky if you don't like that beer, Not good enough for a so called 5 star hotel. The Asian restaurant, only limited offerings, not the full menu. Excuses galore around staff being new, the hotel only just re-opening. Looks like the grand opening is expected in June, despite the hotel being open......work that one out!! For me the hotel is at best a 4 star hotel. Much better offerings in other hotels in Limassol, we won't be visiting again.

We had a nice 3 night stay in a family room and another double room. The pool area was very good with lots of lunch options. Great breakfast. We had dinner one night which wasn't bad but not worth the money in my opinion. The selection wasn't too big which may be because the hotel was quiet. My kids loved their toileteries and robes. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel near the beach, very nice pool, very nice rooms, good service. The gym is a bit "old" 7/10 breakfast was good Dinner was very basic 6-7/10 I would recommend taking only B&B and going out for dinner, there are very nice restaurants / tavern kust a few minutes away (with taxi)

Property was very beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay. I only have one complaint, the gym hours of operation. I would have appreciated a 24 hour gym. Other than that, perfect stay. The women employed at the gym and spa were great. Great customer service.

Our stay was amazing ! Beautiful and clean hotel that smells incredible , the private beach was extremely clean with very comfortable sun beds ! The staff were so welcoming , always smiling and ready to help . The animation team had so much activities for the kids every day .

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. Already upon arrival, no one came to open the taxi door or help with our luggage. At the bar, we constantly had to pick up our drinks ourselves, as staff rarely approached us and often seemed unfriendly. Service in general is very poor and the hotel feels understaffed. Breakfast service was equally disappointing – for example, my husband was told to fetch a Coke at the bar instead of being served at the table, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. On the first day, our room was not cleaned at all, and only after asking in the evening did someone reluctantly take care of it. The bathrooms are superficially clean but clearly need a deep cleaning, especially in the tiles and corners. The hallways are extremely noisy, and even at the pool no one came to take drink orders. The dinner buffet is another major weakness. Starters and desserts are acceptable, but the main courses are unimaginative, repetitive, and far from the advertised “Mediterranean” or “Italian” theme nights. There is nothing creative or special about the dishes, and overall the buffet feels very disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool area is also in very poor condition. The pool floor is extremely slippery and clearly not properly cleaned – we never saw a cleaning robot in use. I visited this hotel in 2023. This recent visit disappointing room not cleaned every day and when it was cleaned it was cleaned very late in the day. Even though the door label was put on the door handle before 09:00 every day. Hotel has decided to remove the bar, and the hotel is pushing fully inclusive packages which very sub standard.

Vil starte med det dårlige. Receptionens ansatte var uduelig, de kunne ikke hjælpe med noget og vi fik kun kortfattet svar. Hver gang vi spurgte om noget. Det virkede som og de ikke Gad deres arbejde. Rengøring af værelserne var heller ikke det bedste. Det blev først gjort rent kl 16:00 hver dag og der manglede toiletpapir og andre ting de skulle fylde op. Værelse var fint, men lever ikke op til et 5 stjernet hotel. Samt at badeværelserne var sorte i hjørnerne. Min søn på 1 år, kom til at ridse sig på nogle skarpe kant på marmorfliserne. Som var smartet Morgenmaden og aftensmaden var der ikke en finger at sætte på. Søde tjenere og alt tid smilende. Dem der arbejdede ved poolen var også rigtig venlige

The Grand Resort is cozy and comfortable, the pool and the beach are clean with plenty of sun beds. Plenty of cozy restaurants and bars. Rooms are of decent size and clean. What makes this hotel amazing is the staff. Having been around the block a few times, I can honestly say this is the best service we’ve had in years. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We asked to extra water in the room, change of pillow size, off-the-menu and out-of-hours meals and drinks, extra towels in the pool and even to have our meals brought to a bar from a restaurant. Never hear a “no”, not once. The staff under Pavlin in the Aloha Pool Bar were great and made every effort to accommodate every request, always with a smile often with a joke. The bar staff, including Achilles who fed us despite us arriving middle of the night, were fun and friendly, with Michael easy capable of running his own stand up comedy show. The whole trip had a feeling of seeing family and being taken care of. Can’t wait to go back

We asked to extra water in the room, change of pillow size, off-the-menu and out-of-hours meals and drinks, extra towels in the pool and even to have our meals brought to a bar from a restaurant. Never hear a “no”, not once. The staff under Pavlin in the Aloha Pool Bar were great and made every effort to accommodate every request, always with a smile often with a joke. The bar staff, including Achilles who fed us despite us arriving middle of the night, were fun and friendly, with Michael easy capable of running his own stand up comedy show. The whole trip had a feeling of seeing family and being taken care of. Can’t wait to go back

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. Already upon arrival, no one came to open the taxi door or help with our luggage. At the bar, we constantly had to pick up our drinks ourselves, as staff rarely approached us and often seemed unfriendly. Service in general is very poor and the hotel feels understaffed. Breakfast service was equally disappointing – for example, my husband was told to fetch a Coke at the bar instead of being served at the table, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. On the first day, our room was not cleaned at all, and only after asking in the evening did someone reluctantly take care of it. The bathrooms are superficially clean but clearly need a deep cleaning, especially in the tiles and corners. The hallways are extremely noisy, and even at the pool no one came to take drink orders. The dinner buffet is another major weakness. Starters and desserts are acceptable, but the main courses are unimaginative, repetitive, and far from the advertised “Mediterranean” or “Italian” theme nights. There is nothing creative or special about the dishes, and overall the buffet feels very disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool area is also in very poor condition. The pool floor is extremely slippery and clearly not properly cleaned – we never saw a cleaning robot in use. Unfortunately, during our check in at 5 pm the door of the room which was given to us was wide open and we discovered there was an extra room card in the room. We were not offered a well come drink during check in and since we checked in late the hotel did not offered us to use our lunch in all inlusive on the next day unlike other all inclusive hotels we stayed in the past in Cyprus. In addition to these the top bunk bed was creating disturbing sound all night long which interrupted our sleep during the night. You can also listen the conversations of people in the corridor through the night.

We booked a sea view room for two night, we checked in late we got the first night a parking view with partial sea view , after complaining the staff promised to change the room for the second night. After several follow-up we were moved to an upper level room, still with partial see view not as mentioned in the site pictures

The property was beautiful, the beach was perfect right in front of the hotel as well. With our Expedia status, the hotel sent up champagne, sandwiches and a beautiful fruit platter with fresh, sweet and seasonal fruit. The room was beautiful and fit our family of four well.

Would have rated 4.5 if possible. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality. We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited). Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails and mocktails were always available. Entertainment was limited but fun - mostly for children with wonderful staff who kept our kids entertained. We had family sea view rooms. Comfortable and good amentieies with lovely views. Not the largest and TV limited for English speakers but not an issue. The 'free' mini bar was a nice touch but some more snacks and less drinks woukd have been appreciated. Pool was simple but clean and warm. Never had an issue finding a sunbed. Pool service was appreciated. Overall a great hotel and one we would visit agian.

Very nice hotel near the beach, very nice pool, very nice rooms, good service. The gym is a bit "old" 7/10 breakfast was good Dinner was very basic 6-7/10 I would recommend taking only B&B and going out for dinner, there are very nice restaurants / tavern kust a few minutes away (with taxi)

Check in was great, room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was on the small side and our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time we used it. Pool great size, activities throughout the day. Vi bookede et ophold i god tid - værelse med 3 voksne. Måtte tilføje person efterfølgende og måtte så tilkøbe et dobbeltværelse - men uden modregning af en person i oprindelig bookning. Hotellet kunne så have gjort lidt ekstra men det skete ikke. Generelt slidt hotel og meget lydt mellem værelser. Få spisesteder i området så man skal med taxa for at få noget mad. Generelt mange børn på hotellet og støj

I m Expedia Gold member..when i arrived to hotel i dod not feel any advantage of the gold membership. When i was checked in,reception staff never ask for room upgrade and they did not delivered bottle of the wine into room. So, check your cooperation more closer.Besides hotel facility good and clean.

The hotel stay was really amazing, the facilities speak for themselves from all the photos but for us, it was the 5 star service of the staff. So professional, friendly and polite. Nothing was a problem for them. A particular thank you to Biru in the ice cream shop, Sotiroula and the breakfast restaurant manager (I can’t remember his name) a d the executive chef Vasilis. They were all amazing to us, so helpful and accommodating making our stay so much more enjoyable because they looked after us so well. It was exceptional and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you all to Jamie for helping us whenever we had a question or request - again so helpful and amazing. 10/10 hotel.

I was locked out of my room for half an hour. Apparently, the battery in the lock had died. Manager gave zero apologies for the battery inconvenience, just shrugged his shoulders. Also, phone didn’t work and had to be reconfigured. Tried using the gym, but it smelled so bad (old sweat), that I went straight back out. Had a red rash from the lotion in the bathroom. The only redeeming qualities about the hotel was the nice beach/pool area.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at the Grand Resort Hotel in Limassol with our family of four. Everything—from the food to the service and overall quality—was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Our kids had a blast with the daily entertainment, and we want to give a special thanks to Stefan from the entertainment team. He was incredibly friendly and made our kids' stay extra fun. A big thank you to Margarita at the front desk for her professionalism and warm, welcoming attitude. We also want to express our gratitude to Victoria from the Pam Restaurant, as well as Baryn and Subin from NEERA POOL BAR, who were always attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Lastly, a huge thanks to Anatoli, the lifeguard, for keeping everyone safe at both the main pool and the swim-up pool. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Great Hotel form the time I arrived to the time Ieft. so much so that I would receommedna nd return to this hotel. The price is very good fro a 5 star hotel in limassol so I was not expecting the experiance to be the best but I was wrong. The service was excellent from all staff. the food was very very good. The cleanliness was very good. Well done to the GrandResort team!

I wouldn’t really say this is a 5* hotel. Having been to many other 5* properties, the rooms are definitely comparable but the customer service let the experience down. Check in wasn’t what I expected and the breakfast options were lacking (compared to other hotels of the same standard). Customer service was a 3-star standard in my option. You expect 5* customer service to be hands on, creative and go above and beyond. Things that make you come back but it was the bare minimum throughout

The hotel in general was clean and has all the facilities needed, the staff at the bars and the guest relations were excellent especially jaqlene. But! The reception staff was terrible, for 2 days in a row we asked them to have our room cleaned with almost no help. During this time we came to the room after several hours at the pool to find out that our room was not cleaned with no clean towels. The other downside the hotel was far from the city, and we had to take taxi and it was very expensive! Try to use bolt because it’s half the price, we asked the reception desk for uber or bolt and we were told that there is only regular taxis, on our last day we found out that there is bolt in the city and we also found out that the hotel get commission from taxi orders.

They didn’t recognize I am good member with Hotels.com. They didn’t accept to give us any upgrade nor late check out as they wanted to charge us, eventually they gave us 1 hour only. We didn’t receive the bottle of wine. There was a lot of confusion where to eat at which restaurant since we were all inclusive guests . The Grand Resort is a lovely place to switch off if you are able to go all inclusive but it is further away from the centre of Limassol than some might like, and the area it's located in doesn't have much going for it. There are 3 on-sire restaurants all offering a good variety with themes in the main buffet, and the Japanese is definitely worth a visit! All the staff are welcoming and charming to their international guests but the entertainment programme is quite low key. The hotel is a good size with a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds in the grounds and down to the private beach. The Grand Resort is a lovely place to switch off if you are able to go all inclusive but it is further away from the centre of Limassol than some might like, and the area it's located in doesn't have much going for it. There are 3 on-sire restaurants all offering a good variety with themes in the main buffet, and the Japanese is definitely worth a visit! All the staff are welcoming and charming to their international guests but the entertainment programme is quite low key. The hotel is a good size with a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds in the grounds and down to the private beach. The property was beautiful, the beach was perfect right in front of the hotel as well. With our Expedia status, the hotel sent up champagne, sandwiches and a beautiful fruit platter with fresh, sweet and seasonal fruit. The room was beautiful and fit our family of four well.

We stayed here for a few nights as we had to attend a family funeral. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Free ample amounts of car park space available. The pool and private beach was immaculate. The food was superb and the staff are so attentive and friendly. There was live music every night by the bar/lobby area which we enjoyed. The breakfast was always plenty and good. They recently spent 45 million pounds on renovation so everything was brand new and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would easily return. The spa was ok, I’ve had better.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at the Grand Resort Hotel in Limassol with our family of four. Everything—from the food to the service and overall quality—was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Our kids had a blast with the daily entertainment, and we want to give a special thanks to Stefan from the entertainment team. He was incredibly friendly and made our kids' stay extra fun. A big thank you to Margarita at the front desk for her professionalism and warm, welcoming attitude. We also want to express our gratitude to Victoria from the Pam Restaurant, as well as Baryn and Subin from NEERA POOL BAR, who were always attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Very nice hotel near the beach, very nice pool, very nice rooms, good service. The gym is a bit "old" 7/10 breakfast was good Dinner was very basic 6-7/10 I would recommend taking only B&B and going out for dinner, there are very nice restaurants / tavern kust a few minutes away (with taxi)

Our stay was amazing ! Beautiful and clean hotel that smells incredible , the private beach was extremely clean with very comfortable sun beds ! The staff were so welcoming , always smiling and ready to help . The animation team had so much activities for the kids every day .

The hotel in general was clean and has all the facilities needed, the staff at the bars and the guest relations were excellent especially jaqlene. But! The reception staff was terrible, for 2 days in a row we asked them to have our room cleaned with almost no help. During this time we came to the room after several hours at the pool to find out that our room was not cleaned with no clean towels. The other downside the hotel was far from the city, and we had to take taxi and it was very expensive! Try to use bolt because it’s half the price, we asked the reception desk for uber or bolt and we were told that there is only regular taxis, on our last day we found out that there is bolt in the city and we also found out that the hotel get commission from taxi orders.

Vi bookede et ophold i god tid - værelse med 3 voksne. Måtte tilføje person efterfølgende og måtte så tilkøbe et dobbeltværelse - men uden modregning af en person i oprindelig bookning. Hotellet kunne så have gjort lidt ekstra men det skete ikke. Generelt slidt hotel og meget lydt mellem værelser. Få spisesteder i området så man skal med taxa for at få noget mad. Would have rated 4.5 if possible. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality. We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited). Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails and mocktails were always available. Entertainment was limited but fun - mostly for children with wonderful staff who kept our kids entertained. We had family sea view rooms. Comfortable and good amentieies with lovely views. Not the largest and TV limited for English speakers but not an issue. The 'free' mini bar was a nice touch but some more snacks and less drinks woukd have been appreciated. Pool was simple but clean and warm. Never had an issue finding a sunbed. Pool service was appreciated. Overall a great hotel and one we would visit agian.

Service was terrible, no ice cream parlour open, June is opening time from what we were told at reception. When asked at the pool bar for ice cream they said we couldn't take it to the pool and had to sit in the bar restaurant. Lifeguard in the indoor pool wouldn't let kids in the pol without armbands, supposedly a rule for 6 and under but the chap was insistent for our 8 year old, who incidentally is an excellent swimmer. Beer offering are poor, Keo or Carlsberg, unlucky if you don't like that beer, Not good enough for a so called 5 star hotel. The Asian restaurant, only limited offerings, not the full menu. Excuses galore around staff being new, the hotel only just re-opening. Looks like the grand opening is expected in June, despite the hotel being open......work that one out!! For me the hotel is at best a 4 star hotel. Much better offerings in other hotels in Limassol, we won't be visiting again.

We had a nice 3 night stay in a family room and another double room. The pool area was very good with lots of lunch options. Great breakfast. We had dinner one night which wasn't bad but not worth the money in my opinion. The selection wasn't too big which may be because the hotel was quiet. My kids loved their toileteries and robes. I would stay here again.

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. Already upon arrival, no one came to open the taxi door or help with our luggage. At the bar, we constantly had to pick up our drinks ourselves, as staff rarely approached us and often seemed unfriendly. Service in general is very poor and the hotel feels understaffed. Breakfast service was equally disappointing – for example, my husband was told to fetch a Coke at the bar instead of being served at the table, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. On the first day, our room was not cleaned at all, and only after asking in the evening did someone reluctantly take care of it. The bathrooms are superficially clean but clearly need a deep cleaning, especially in the tiles and corners. The hallways are extremely noisy, and even at the pool no one came to take drink orders. The dinner buffet is another major weakness. Starters and desserts are acceptable, but the main courses are unimaginative, repetitive, and far from the advertised “Mediterranean” or “Italian” theme nights. There is nothing creative or special about the dishes, and overall the buffet feels very disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool area is also in very poor condition. The pool floor is extremely slippery and clearly not properly cleaned – we never saw a cleaning robot in use. Around the sunbeds they occasionally cleaned, but the pool itself remained dirty and unpleasant. There was no staff service at the pool or on the bea

Check in was great, room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was on the small side and our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time we used it. Pool great size, activities throughout the day. Breakfast ample choice and good quality. Didn’t eat at the restaurants. Overall the staff need more training, not as smiley or friendly as other places I’ve stayed,

They didn’t recognize I am good member with Hotels.com. They didn’t accept to give us any upgrade nor late check out as they wanted to charge us, eventually they gave us 1 hour only. We didn’t receive the bottle of wine. There was a lot of confusion where to eat at which restaurant since we were all inclusive guests . They are very slow in servicing drinks at the pool, takes on average 20-30 mins each time we need to order a drink.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. I stayed on a half-board basis and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations at all. The food was bland, lacking flavor, and overall not enjoyable. The selection was very limited with very little variety, which made every meal feel repetitive and uninspiring. In my opinion, the hotel definitely needs to make significant improvements in its kitchen and dining services. The quality of the food does not match what you would expect for this type of accommodation. Overall, my experience was below expectations and I left feeling dissatisfied with the value provided. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the taste and variety of the meals, as this is a very important part of the guest experience.

I was locked out of my room for half an hour. Apparently, the battery in the lock had died. Manager gave zero apologies for the battery inconvenience, just shrugged his shoulders. Also, phone didn’t work and had to be reconfigured. Tried using the gym, but it smelled so bad (old sweat), that I went straight back out. Had a red rash from the lotion in the bathroom. The only redeeming qualities about the hotel was the nice beach/pool area.
