Nice clean, modern comfortable hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Large bathroom with full size bath and separate shower cubicle. Lovely location on the seafront which has beakwaters to create a lagoon. Indoor pool is NOT heated! But the jacuzzi is heated.

The hotel is really good, staff are very friendly, the room was very good, lots of space. Bar prices are very good as well. The only few things are the fitness room does need some renovations, had only 6 dumbbells, 1 functional trainer that is broken and 1 barbell. The cardio options are good but it needs more stuff for sure, in the pictures at the website looks that have more stuff. The last thing is air condition in the fitness room also doesn't work at all.

The hotel was about 20-25 minutes drive from the airport. A big resort that has lots of free parking spots. Our room was spacious and clean (including the bathroom with tub and separated shower. Bed was ok, linens were clean and we have a/c working. We have a small fridge (enough only for our water and couple of drinks. Our check in was breezy, staff were all helpful esp. in the dining area. Breakfast has lots of options (hot and cold) including lots of fresh bread. The gym has lots of machines to choose from (my only negative in here no fans and disinfectant wipes to clean). We went to use their spa, staff were nice and helpful. Overall will come back in here as its close to the beach.

The location of the hotel is in a great spot with a long stroller friendly walkway that goes down to Paphos harbor and sights like tombs of the kings. The outdoor facilities are just lovely. There are a few beaches that are safe for swimming even on windier days. Rooms were very clean though the style was a bit dated and the daily service kept things very tidy. The spa and indoor pool area were in a very bad state - and the changing rooms were dilapidated. Otherwise staff was lovely and friendly, there was a great buffet breakfast with a view of the sea.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean with 2 toilets one on-suite. Separate air con in both rooms. Has 3 pools outside an inside pool , spa area sauna, jacuzzi

Clean hotel with excellent facilities close to paphos harbour

Hotellet virket «uferdig» eller lite gjennomført. Virket som de hadde lagt mye arbeid i bassengområdet, men det kunne trengt oppgradering på mange andre områder. Iskaldt i bassenget!! Ankom på et tidspunkt det ikke var mulig å få mat på hotellet og det var lite hjelp å få for å finne en plass å spise. Opplevde personalet noe lite hjelpsom og «påkoblet». Pluss for kort vei til fantastisk sandstrand

Service am Empfang war sehr gut. Der Zustand des Hotels ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen – Sauna ohne Licht, hamam ganz aus, Fitnessgeräte teilweise kaputt oder ohne Strom, Badewanne (ich liebe Badewanne) leider ohne Stöpsel – aber die Aussicht Richtung Meer war fantastisch und das Frühstück war sehr gut – hier ebenfalls besonders der Service! Auch die Bar ist Gut – Auch hier wieder der beste Service

Very nice midrange hotell. Good service and speedy staff. Spacious balconies. Good sized rooms. Bathrooms with bathtub and separate showers. Good breakfast. The buffet area seems a little small and got packed eventhough it was off season. The pictures of the gym and the gyms actual condition were totally misguiding. Had to go to an external gym to work out. That was a rub, but otherwise a nice hotell that I would visit again.

My stay has been awful. I am a regular traveller and so far this has been the worst hotel resort which I had booked. This trip was booked as a surprise for my sisters birthday and since we landed and arrived at the resort it has been one issue after another. Firstly, on arrival, the staff were very rude and as soon as we walked in we heard the reception staff shouting at one customer that was raising a complaint which was a bad start. We were given the keys to our room and upon entering, we noticed there were spiders in the walls in the rooms and a really bad smell. We told reception and were told there is no one from room service until the next day as we arrived later night. We all had a really bad night trying to sleep with crawling spiders in the room. There was also no welcome water bottles or anything in the fridge and considering we paid around £1800 for this accommodation, which was one of the hotels biggest room and should be there most pride room, there was nothing as a welcome drink or offering. We had got off a delayed flight late night and went to the hotel and there was no water given or available as kitchen and local store was closed too. The next day, we went for breakfast and told reception about the spiders. There was not sorry, they just said room service will review this and clean it up. When we arrived back at the room in the evening, the spiders were still there. We called the engineers several times. The eletric devices were not working either.

Das einzig positive ist, dass das Reinigungspersonal gute arbeit leistet, denn sauber ist es. Allerdings ist das gesamte drumherum alles andere als positiv. Die Eingshalle ist schön, doch man bekommt direkt den ersten dampfer. Das personal bei der anreise war total unfreundlich, reden oder helfen mag generell kaum jemand. Draussen ist eine baustelle... der mülleimer im bad hängt und lässt sich nicht öffnen, die wände sind kaputt. Alles sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Nicjt einmal eine kl. Flasche wasser auf dem zimmer. Klimaanlage kaputt. Alles in einem bin ich froh, nur für eine nacht gebucht zu haben.

Tralasciando il problema con i pagamenti (risolti subito tramite expedia), la struttura è datata, disordinata e poco pulita. La camera non è stata pulita. La piscina è inutilizzabile: sporca e in completo stato di abbandono (tavoli rovesciati e rotti, sedie con guano, acqua sporca...).

My first night In the hotel, I entered the room and found a cockroach running around the room. Staff weren’t very helpful with getting me a room change. Also found loads of creatures all over the room and on my bed. Not happy with how they dealt with it. The next door room was available all the way through my visit but they wouldn’t give it to me.

Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται περιποίηση. Σε σχέση με τις προηγούμενες φορές που μείναμε εκεί ήταν απογοήτευση. Υπήρχε θέμα με την καθαριότητα. Μια μικρή κατσαρίδα πεθαμένη στο ντους, οι κουρτίνες λερωμένες, τα χερούλια στα ερμάρια σκουριασμένα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευχάριστο αλλά τα δωμάτια θέλουν δουλειά ακόμη.

Τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν καθαρά.

L’hôtel devait être merveilleux lorsqu’il a été ouvert. Aujourd’hui l’hôtel est complètement dégradé. Toutes les chambres sont moches, manquent d’entretien, Les portes sont cassées, le carrelage est cassé, on reçoit des serviettes déchirées, les Meubles, la literie est une véritable catastrophe, vous levez tous les matins avec le mal de dos. Je pense que rien n’a été refait depuis la date de la création, je vous déconseille cet hôtel. Par contre, je dois avouer que sa piscine est merveilleuse. Son emplacement est extraordinaire. Eine gute Auswahl, man konnte immer etwas finden. Die Abwechslung war aber nicht sehr groß und es war geschmacklich und qualitativ eher mittelmäßig. Das Hotel im gesamten ist schön, an einigen Stellen jedoch renovierungsbedürftig bzw hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Das Personal ist nett, die Damen an der Rezeption allerdings etwas überfordert. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Zimmer, konnten nach Diskussionen dann das Zimmer wechseln aber die Angestellten haben es nicht auf die Reihe bekommen, alles was vom alten Zimmer beauftragt war (zum Bsp Lunch-Box) auf das neue Zimmer zu übertragen. Da ging einiges drunter und drüber. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und freundlich. Allerdings auch hellhörig. Wenn man nah am Fahrstuhl wohnt, hört man diesen und wir hatten Probleme mit einem dauerhaften Brummen. Bei einem Raum konnte es nicht zugeordnet werden, wo es her kam. Nach dem Wechsel hatten wir ein dauerhaftes Brummen von Draußen, da dort eine große Anlage für die Klimaanlage steht. Man darf in dieser Unterkunft nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Der Flughafentransfer hat sehr gut geklappt. Der kleine Mini Markt im Hotel ist super uns sogar teils günstiger als manche Souvenirshops.

The hotel was less than 50% occupied, and still, they gave us a room facing a huge construction site right next to our window. Be prepared for loud machinery starting every 7am. The hotel does not have any access to the sea - pics are misleading - the closest beach is within a 10-minute walk. Lastly, beds were super firm, yet it is possibly a personal preference.

The room was large and spacious with all necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked great, especially considering the hot days. Nice atmosphere and a warm welcome. Rooms are available from 14:00 and late check-out is possible depending on availability, with an extra charge. Overall, a pleasant hotel for families. However, breakfast was poor and not satisfying.

A great find and would certainly return. Hotel room (superior suite) came with well equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, individual tablets available from the hotel shop), bathroom and shower room. Good WiFi in rooms too. Air conditioning was effective. Plenty of space to relax. Nice clean pools, with quick service at the pool bar and choice of recliners - some of which faced out to sea. We chose half board and it was great value for money. Good range of breakfast, including local breads and pastries. Evening meals were also good, lots of different salads, and a different theme each night. Service was very polite and quick. It’s a quiet relaxing hotel and good value for money.

This is my sixth or seventh visit and I'm sure I'll be back again! Amazing view. Lovely breakfast. Clean rooms. Only minor gripe is the wifi can be abit touch and go - especially in the rooms by the sea.

Generally, an enjoyable comfortable stay I would have thought the soundproofing of the suites may have been better , as we could clearly hear neighbouring guests and loud music drom iurside , even with everything closed.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, aber leider gibt es keinen eigenen Strand. Dafür gibt es jedoch einen Lidl in unmittelbarer Nähe, wo man jederzeit alles Nötige kaufen kann – das ist sehr praktisch! Das Hotel selbst ist allerdings schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt insgesamt etwas abgewohnt. Es wäre wirklich an der Zeit, eine kosmetische Renovierung durchzuführen. Besonders enttäuschend waren die Duschen – das war einfach eine Katastrophe! Das Wasser läuft direkt ins Zimmer, sodass es im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes zu einer Überschwemmung kommt. An den Möbeln im Zimmer ist auch deutlich zu erkennen, dass dies nicht das erste Mal passiert ist. Als ich nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dieses Problem in allen Zimmern besteht – das ist wirklich inakzeptabel! Auch die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig – das Licht ist entweder sehr schwach oder kaum vorhanden. Zudem lösen sich die Fliesen in den Fluren – man stolpert buchstäblich darüber! Ich möchte den Hotelmanager dringend darum bitten, diese Mängel zu beheben und die notwendigen Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um den Gästen einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Quite and spacious

Fantastiskt läge på hotellet. Underbar strandpromenad hela vägen till Pafos. Rask promenad tog 40 minuter. Strandpromenaden sträckte sig även i andra riktningen. Frukosten smakade bra, vi saknade inget. Vi saknade sköna sängar. Dem var så hårda så att det inte gick att ligga på sidan. Vi saknade sänglampor. Hotellet var slitet. Många lösa stenplattor i golvet.

Absolutely terrible, reception staff were so rude when speaking to customers, especially the reception manager. Unfortunately she wasn’t wearing her name badge so I can’t publish her name on my review. She was so unhelpful and instead of speaking she would shout in front of everyone. Such a disappointment hotel needs to upgrade reception staff to someone who actually wants to work. We were celebrating a 50th birthday asked if they could do something in the room it was an outrageous NO. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

All in all a good stay there nothing fancy just a nice cool place to relax and very affordable staff was nice and always able to help when needed

We sent this feedback direct to Capital Coast by email but as after seven days we had had no response so have decided to go public. The check-in staff were pleasant, the room clean room, nice view of pool. All good until breakfast - we were told it was from 7.45, the notice outside the restaurant states 7.45 the website states 7.45. The restaurant did indeed have the doors open but there was no cooking until chef arrived at 8 o'clock. We had a business meeting to attend so waiting wasn't an option. We pointed this out to the only member of staff in the restaurant and instead of apologising she was defensive, rude and argumentative, said not her fault, reception was in the wrong she even said 'I'm not a server, this isn't my job' Clearly breakfast is NOT served at 7.45. If we knew this we could have gone to elsewhere, at least the food would have been not only hot but served with eggs and a smile. If this was our first visit to Capital Coast judging by the breakfast experience I don't think we'd go back. This is a four star hotel but the service and staff attitude in the restaurant does not reflect this. Some customer training is required the customer is not always right, but the customer should at least come first. Your staff represent your company and our experience hasn't been good.

Hideous they don’t offer our early check in late checkout and room upgrade bad service

We had a really terrible time as when we arrived at the airport despite having a comfort room and free shuttle bus service and having messaged the hotel several times via Expedia we had no response and had no shuttle bus arranged for us. Spent much of the first night at the airport trying to find our bus to no avail and calling the hotel repeatedly. No response from the hotel several times and once we got through we were find no shuttle was arranged for us as the lady receives thousands of emails apparently when I said I had messaged several times to book it and asked them to confirm several times. There was no compensation. As gold Expedia customers they said we could not get 20 percent off food at the hotel as they could not see that we were gold members. They also put us in the nosiest room on the first floor with kids club just underneath with kids shouting and the dining area for breakfast open in the early hours so noisy keeping us awake every morning when we just wanted to chill . The luggage room was also just opposite our room so when people left the hotel whatever time of night or morning we got woken up. It was terrible. Breakfast staff Samira and Anita and Kytiacos were so lovely but everybody else was cold and unfriendly especially the horrible lady at breakfast with a coloured pinky headscarf with tonnes of makeup who looked like a fly emirates air stewardess who accused us of stealing food from breakfast and said she would look in our bag. Horrible

The resort is well located, but needs a bit of TLC. Also the staff seems, at best, very unhappy and at times, rude and inappropriate. The food is not great but the cocktails were good. At breakfast, the buffet was often messy and not cleaned/restocked as people were accessing the items. One morning near the end of breakfast, a screaming fight broke out between members of the staff. A very angry woman who was yelling at several people and slammed and then pushed a door onto one of her coworkers. In the US, this would have been an immediate HR issue and for sure retraining or termination would be the outcome. As it was, it was extremely uncomfortable for the guests. Many of us left in a hurry. Unfortunately the dinner service wasn’t much better. No outbreaks of yelling, but the same sense of general unhappiness, which expresses itself in unfriendly interactions with the guests.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at the hotel the only issue is that you must fly into Paphos for transfer and I was not informed by hotel or Expedia and had to cover transfer myself late at night. The hotel was peaceful, and in a great location for commuting to the town. I would highly recommend staying here.

Check in was at 2pm. We got there early at 1pm and they said we couldn't check in yet so i kind of understand that. 2pm rolls in and they don't have a room for us until 240pm and they "upgraded" us to a sea-view room. TV didn't work and also the safe was unusable. Next day we complained in the morning and after secondary attempts we got a tv working a few hours before bedtime and a new safe. Had to take my valuables everywhere with us. Breakfast was ok. You can't beat the view from the pool area and the beds facing the sea. That's the only thing i enjoyed. Oh another thing you are only given a face towel and a shower towel. No wash clothes for showering. When we asked for one they not only refused they pointed to management.

nice and easy stay at this hotel. Staff super nice, especially bar staff such as Apostolis who always made sure I was taken care of and was very pleasant, so was the lady in the bar near the reception. Rooms are nice and clean, food was not very good but there is a lidl nearby. Location is fine but do definitely recommend a rental car. Hotel could get a bit boring at times but is perfect for a chill holiday.

A nice hotel, located a little bit outside the city center. The onl downside is that the hotel is a little worn out, and therefor feels a little bit outdated. But apart from that this place is nice for a vacation stay.

Perfect location close to the Venus beach and restaurants. Perfect sidewalk along the sea coast. Very professional staffs.

It was not easy to walk from the hotel to the main road to get to the public transportation, so you will always call for a taxi .

We had a very nice stay here! The view was amazing. You’re right next to the sea sidewalk and 4km from the harbour. You can follow the path behind the hotel and you will arrive at the harbour. We only took bed & breakfast and we we’re happy with that. The breakfast is good, and for us enough options. Paphos is a very nice city and very relaxing! We loved it here and will definitely come back!

Nice building location and view. Need renovation and little bit more carefully cleaning. Good value for money.

it is in a wonderful spot 10 min out of main center of city. Near to supermarket and to restaurants and to nice beaches.

The hotel was conveniently located and has good amenities. The breakfast was great. The only issues were with getting towels in the spa and the dinner buffet was overpriced and not good quality. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend it!

This hotel was once a nice place to stay. Unfortunately due to lack of maintenance and visible management it has deteriorated into an unsightly eyesore. Property- Needs urgent refurbishment Rooms - satisfactory , however ask for a sea view room. Restaurant- Poor (cold food at breakfast) Staff - Friendly Location- Out of town, however accessible by bus / taxi Car Park - Good Food Shopping - Lidl opposite ( do not use shop onsite as it’s overpriced ) I would rate this hotel 3 Star maximum in its current condition.

The staff was nice, the pool and the view of the sea is amazing. The food is excellent and has many choices. The rooms are just fine. The furniture in the lobby are not maintained. The walls should be painted in the rooms and corridors.

Large resort but in serious need of a overhaul in some areas. Very old bathrooms without modern shower and bath without handrails.. Major rust on toilet door.. Broken tiles on balcony.. Outdoor waterfall feature broken and tiles missing. Just feels tired property.. Location is OK with bus stop nearby. The only plus was breakfast which was good quaolity and a large range of options.. Kosher dining separately available..

Very nice hotel. Nice pool. Right on the beach. Nice family room. Breakfast was ok. Food at the pool restaurant was great. I would stay again certainly. Great for families. It was so nice that they have a tennis court but was completely run down and full of beach sand so we couldn’t play. But otherwise great hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice hotel, sunbeds a plenty, nice pool. Nice breakfast but evening buffet disappointing at 25 euros.

nice and easy stay at this hotel. Staff super nice, especially bar staff such as Apostolis who always made sure I was taken care of and was very pleasant, so was the lady in the bar near the reception. Rooms are nice and clean, food was not very good but there is a lidl nearby. Location is fine but do definitely recommend a rental car. Hotel could get a bit boring at times but is perfect for a chill holiday.
