I was booked into a room I assume a no smoking room, but the smell said otherwise. The floors were incredibly dirty so don’t walk around in socks or barefooted. The beds are definitely old by the sound of the springs everytime someone moved. Toilet seat was loose and wobbled when I sat. The bathroom paint received the landlords special and specks of paint on the floor too. This was a cheap hotel so I wasn’t expecting so much given this used to be a Super 8. Dog fees is $25 per dog and if you don’t declare a pet on checkout and they find out they will charge you $100..per sign at the front desk. Just a heads up. It would be nice if it was just a charge per room and not per pet, but $25 is cheaper than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Waffles, cereal, sausage, biscuits, gravy and coffee!!

The front desk staff was pleasant. Check in was easy and straightforward, although something you sign is misleading. The room itself was in need of a good cleaning. There was hair in the sink and some sort of gritty powder on the vanity countertop. The floors were also quite dusty and dirty. Also, if I were to recommend an addition, a mat either inside or outside the door would be a good idea. It was raining during our stay, so especially not ideal to have nothing to wipes ones feet on. Another high point was the dog area, great size and space if you are traveling with your dog, which we were.

delicious breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with sausage. Other options include waffles,toast, fruit, boiled eggs ect staff is always great, kind, friendly and professional. Happy and Noni are always there to help and answer questions. Pool and hot tub are very clean with a BBQ area. Rooms have been very clean with no issues. House keeping does a great job . Thank you for another great stay.

Very clean, quiet, decent vending machines. It's right off the freeway, easy access. The bed was perfect for me. I like soft. My son did not like his. The only issue was the plug in for the microwave did not work.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and soft just what we need to rest in after a very long drive. The full service breakfast was served hot on a cold day the biscuits and gravy with sausage was my favorite. One highlight was that my little doggy can stay with us. They allow pets. It was a lovely experience staying here! We will stay again.

This was a one night stay while traveling south to Santa Barbara from the Red Woods. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was limited but coffee was very good. Can’t beat the price! Property was clean, convenient and well maintained.

We stayed three nights at the hotel and there was never any room cleaning service. The bed wasn't made every day and the trash cans weren't emptied. I can't understand this situation because the description states daily room service. The room had an unpleasant smell from the first day, like a stuffy, unventilated room.

Former Super 8 seemed recently renovated. Very nice job too. Front desk was super friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. A very positive experience. Would stay here again if we're in the area.

room overall wasn't very clean...walls were dusty, countertops dirty, towel had hair on them. Bathroom ceiling dripped water in the middle of the night. Morning breakfast was great though.

This hotel is the best deal in Ukiah hands down. The room was modern and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. High speed reliable internet and tv and a nice charging station to charge all of your devices. I was greeted with a big smile and excellent service. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

A very nice place to stay. It wasn’t the easiest for anyone with disabilities but overall, it was very nice. I might add that the outlets in our room need to be replaced since they don’t work.

The stay was amazing I stay here every year the only down fall is they remodeled and the shower rode came off the wall and hit me in my eye had a shiner but over all I love it here just wasn’t my lucky day I guess told staff and they didn’t seem to have much compation didn’t let owner know or anything just had matinence come fix it for me but over all I’m okay and it was a good stay

This property was a nice surprise - very affordable - but comfortable and clean, friendly staff. It is not a fancy 5 star hotel, but it has been recently updated and has all the amenties needed; even a microwave and small 'fridge. I coud hear very little outside noise despite the fact it is close to the highway. It felt comfortable and safe. I will stay there again.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly 😊. I was shock, they have a fridge, coffee maker,microwave and safe. The room was very clean and bed was so comfortable. I sleep so good through the night. Quiet place to stay, i really recommend this hotel. Thank you so much to the friendly staff for making our stay fabulous 👍.

The shower curtain was quite ineffective in keeping the water in the tub. There was a gap under the doors which let in a lot of light, and, I imagine, might be a welcome opportunity for little critters to enter from the parking lot. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and couch.

Good stay, overall comfortable, rooms still pretty new from their refurb, we would stay again. Breakfast is a little too simple and industrial but for this price range it's expected. The communication between front desk and housekeeping needs improvement. We called twice for help and nothing happened but when we went straight to housekeepers they were on it fast! Everyone there as friendly, happy and greeted us with a smile. That says it all :)

Great stay! This is an older hotel building. However, everything inside and out is freshly painted and scrupulously clean. The rooms are fresh and clean with new linens, bedspreads, towels, etc. Color schemes are up to date and serene. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave, along with the regular amenities. A buffet breakfast, including season fresh fruit, was part of the package. Staff was informative, friendly, and professional. I would gladly stay at the Orchard Hotel on my next visit to the area.

Former Super 8 seemed recently renovated. Very nice job too. Front desk was super friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. A very positive experience. Would stay here again if we're in the area.

This hotel is the best deal in Ukiah hands down. The room was modern and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. High speed reliable internet and tv and a nice charging station to charge all of your devices. I was greeted with a big smile and excellent service. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

This property was a nice surprise - very affordable - but comfortable and clean, friendly staff. It is not a fancy 5 star hotel, but it has been recently updated and has all the amenties needed; even a microwave and small 'fridge. I coud hear very little outside noise despite the fact it is close to the highway. It felt comfortable and safe. I will stay there again.

Very clean, quiet, decent vending machines. It's right off the freeway, easy access. The bed was perfect for me. I like soft. My son did not like his. The only issue was the plug in for the microwave did not work.

Good stay, overall comfortable, rooms still pretty new from their refurb, we would stay again. Breakfast is a little too simple and industrial but for this price range it's expected. The communication between front desk and housekeeping needs improvement. We called twice for help and nothing happened but when we went straight to housekeepers they were on it fast! Everyone there as friendly, happy and greeted us with a smile. That says it all :)

I was booked into a room I assume a no smoking room, but the smell said otherwise. The floors were incredibly dirty so don’t walk around in socks or barefooted. The beds are definitely old by the sound of the springs everytime someone moved. Toilet seat was loose and wobbled when I sat. The bathroom paint received the landlords special and specks of paint on the floor too. This was a cheap hotel so I wasn’t expecting so much given this used to be a Super 8. Dog fees is $25 per dog and if you don’t declare a pet on checkout and they find out they will charge you $100..per sign at the front desk. Just a heads up. It would be nice if it was just a charge per room and not per pet, but $25 is cheaper than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Waffles, cereal, sausage, biscuits, gravy and coffee!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and soft just what we need to rest in after a very long drive. The full service breakfast was served hot on a cold day the biscuits and gravy with sausage was my favorite. One highlight was that my little doggy can stay with us. They allow pets. It was a lovely experience staying here! We will stay again.

What we loved about the room was that it was towards the back of the property which allowed it to be pretty quiet and the only noise was from HWY 101 as it was literally just 15 - 20 feet from the hotel. But that was only heard when you were outside or had the door open. Once inside the sound proofing was great as we could not hear any noise from the road or other people. The bed was also comfortable. What we didn't love was the lack of a light bulb in the desk lamp, the shower flooded the entire bathroom, and the breakfast was horrible (we ended up getting breakfast somewhere out.)
