Nel complesso ottima stanza, spazi molto ampi e funzionali. Colazione ricca e varia. Personale cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca, il servizio della piscina non è incluso nel prezzo ma da pagare a parte e non è ad esclusivo utilizzo dei clienti.

Nice hotel, well kept. We had the mini spa suite, which had room enough for our family of four plus an infant, a well-functioning and very nice bubble bath and good air con. The pool included is not actually at the hotel, but a neighbouring public pool for which one will need to buy access (discount at the hotel reception). That said, it was a nice pool area. Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

L’hôtel est bien entretenu et les chambres sont belles. La suite spa est bien équipée. Le seul bémol est que la piscine annoncée est en réalité une piscine public située à côté de l’hôtel et en supplément.

Nice hotel, very quiet not many people staying at all, I guess due to Italian holidays. We stayed in a spa suite, there were four of us, the price was very good. The room, if I'm honest, getting a bit tired. Some floor tiles coming up, taps loose, sink cracked, toilet kept running. On the whole was quite nice, and I'm sure when it was new it was quite special. Beware, as a family going for swimming, it was €30 for 4 of us to swim and you need swimming hats (€20) quite steep to use the community pool really. Breakfast was very good. Location easily accessible and 15/20 mins from centre of Parma.

Costo in parte rimborsato da hotels.com che ha capito la situazione. Arrivati, riscaldamento non funzionante e stanza gelida. Prenotato mini suites con vasca idromassaggio che non funzionava e l’acqua scendeva color rosso. Blatta che gironzolava tra i letti. Nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, non ci hanno cambiato la stanza, ma si sono giustificati dicendo che avevano appena riaperto e in pianura gli scarafaggi sono di casa. Colazione buona Esperienza pessima

Hotel comodo e pulito, camere ampie, colazione ottima. Purtroppo la mancanza del ristorante si sente. Confesso che (per mia svista) non avevo capito che non ci fosse. Danno comunque la possibilità di ordinare vari delivery, e hanno anche una lista con esercenti della zona che facilita il tutto, ma di sabato sera può essere complicato. Inoltre c’era una comitiva di persone che stazionava nei corridoi a parlare a voce alta di notte e di mattina presto. Rumori dall’esterno niente. Consigliato per una sosta breve.

Nice hotel, very quiet not many people staying at all, I guess due to Italian holidays. We stayed in a spa suite, there were four of us, the price was very good. The room, if I'm honest, getting a bit tired. Some floor tiles coming up, taps loose, sink cracked, toilet kept running. On the whole was quite nice, and I'm sure when it was new it was quite special. Beware, as a family going for swimming, it was €30 for 4 of us to swim and you need swimming hats (€20) quite steep to use the community pool really. Breakfast was very good. Location easily accessible and 15/20 mins from centre of Parma.

Hotel comodo e pulito, camere ampie, colazione ottima. Purtroppo la mancanza del ristorante si sente. Confesso che (per mia svista) non avevo capito che non ci fosse. Danno comunque la possibilità di ordinare vari delivery, e hanno anche una lista con esercenti della zona che facilita il tutto, ma di sabato sera può essere complicato. Inoltre c’era una comitiva di persone che stazionava nei corridoi a parlare a voce alta di notte e di mattina presto. Rumori dall’esterno niente. Consigliato per una sosta breve.

Nel complesso ottima stanza, spazi molto ampi e funzionali. Colazione ricca e varia. Personale cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca, il servizio della piscina non è incluso nel prezzo ma da pagare a parte e non è ad esclusivo utilizzo dei clienti.

Offre trompeuse la belle piscine en photo est externe à l'hôtel et payante. Bar et restaurant fermé... Aucun service et petit déjeuné digne d'un hôtel formule 1 Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et l'hotel et Hotel.com nous ont permis d'annuler la 2eme nuits.

It is a clean, comfortable hotel. It is advertised on hotels.com as if there is a swimming pool, but this is not the case. The pool belongs to the near sport centre, so it is not possible to just pay the daily fee and come and go for a quick refreshing dive. Also, the charge is only for entering the pool. More needs to be paid for a sun-bed and umbrella. The personal was kind enough to give us entry ticket for free and we paid at the sport centre for the beds and umbrella and decided to spend there the day as it was so hot! If you chose this hotel in summer because of the pool, please don’t. Also, no restaurant or bar on site. However, breakfast was included.

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely room, a great breakfast selection and nice helpful staff. Why did I give a the poor rating then? It's because the hotel description is misleading in highlighting a beautiful swimming pool which is not included in your stay but needs to be paid separately (€7 plus another €10 if you want to have a sun lounger and umbrella). I think this should be properly highlighted in the hotel description as one of the main reasons we had chosen this particular hotel was to chill in the pool thinking it was included (as it normally is with all hotels advertising a pool) but didn't want to shell an additional 50+ quid a day for the family to use the pool
