I was very impressed with the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The check in was super smooth and they even had a place for us to park our truck and trailer. The hotel had a large gated out door lounging area was great!! The hotel had lots of amenities, pool, out door ping pong and pool tables. Would defiantly stay again

Best hotel in Stockton. Beautiful pool/spa/bar/games area on the waterfront. Clean and new looking room. Excellent bar (best in downtown Stockton). Perfect, walkable location for downtown events. Minus one star for two reasons. First, pool and spa were closed for refurbishment. That’s fine but should be disclosed on the website or otherwise during booking as it was a prime motivation for booking this hotel. Second, no secure luggage storage is offered. This was a significant inconvenience and both unusual and unacceptable for a hotel in this class. Still, if I were traveling to downtown Stockton I’d certainly stay here again.

Hotel has gone down hill since we stayed there last which was a couple of years ago. King bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub were not working. Food was terrible.

Overall, the property was fine. I've stayed there on two separate occasions, so I am a repeat customer. The property is clean, and free parking in their lot. There don't seem to be many choices for decent hotel in that area. One surprise was having to pay a resort fee ($20/night), separate from the Expedia booking. So my credit card was charged by the property in addition to the Expedia charge. I assume the resort fee was mentioned in the fine print, but I do feel somewhat misled. Perhaps Expedia could include that charge in their booking fee, so the cost is presented as one charge at the time of booking and not two separate charges. I always feel these resort fees and separate charges in general are disingenuous. This resort fee is not unique to this hotel, but reflects the general practice of the industry as a whole. Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised by resort fees these days. Rather, I should be surprised if properties don't charge a resort fee.

Stay was great very nice place especially for kids has pool Jacuzzi pool tables outside ping-pong outside fire pits outside beautiful venue next to hockey stadium and minor-league baseball stadium. All staff was very polite and gracious and very nice. The people in the town are rude. Town is a crap hole but this hotel is beautiful.

Beautiful view of waterfront. But quality of beds and pillows were low and bathroom door was difficult to maneuver. Staff was kind and helpful. Very convenient for the comedy show taking place next door at the Aventist Health Arena. Parking across the street.

The property is overall beautiful. It's right on the Delta River. However the hot tub was not working and that was the whole reason I checked into this hotel so I was pretty disappointed.

This hotel was dated, run down, and filthy. The shower was full of someone’s long hair and the toilet hadn’t been flushed. The sheets and pillows smelled like body odor. It was staffed entirely by people with tattoos on their faces. The parking lot had no security presence and was populated by homeless people screaming at each other all night. Trust me, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

The property was nice, they have a courtyard with pool tables and ping pong tables, fun. Downside was they close and kick you out by 10 PM They charge you a $20 resort fee per day. The breakfast should have been included for what it was it was. We book a two bed room because we thought we were going to have a third person. The beds are more like twins than a queens. Too small for two people in one bed.

Stayed here many time due budget constraints. Mattresses are low quality. The TVs are small, video quality is low and channel lineup is very limited and channel availability varies from room to room. Low water pressure in shower. Decent restaurant and bar, other than that not recommended if you have better options.

The heat and cool temperature controls were broke and was 80° in room.The down button on unit didn't work so i had to get up all night to turn on ac until i froze then turn on heat again and burn up. Slept hardly nothing because of it. Thought they would comp my stay when reported but they didn't,. The place is amazing in every way, but what counts more for rating a hotel ?: there ability to offer a restful night sleep or things to do with no sleep 😴 🤔

We’ve stayed at this facility eight or nine times over the last 10 years. Landscape, the hotel is starting to show its age, with upkeep and maintenance inadequate. Where is the mattresses in the king rooms used to be quite comfortable, they are now older with feeling the springs.

Looks better on the pictures. Needs updated. Rooms are worn down as the rest of the building. I also would not walk around in the area, espcially at night. The staff at the bisteo was nice, check-in person could not find my reservation and it took a bit to figure things out. When you have a room towards the yard, be aware of people playing pool below the window and its is very noisy.

Overall, this is a nice physical set up. The lobby and restaurant are nice and the food is good. The pool is not bad, but was not heated and felt like diving into Lake Tahoe in the winter. I have stayed here twice for different events because it’s a convenient location, the first time last year I stayed there the hot water did not work and they said it would not work for 24 hours so I left. We gave it another try and the cable TV in our bedroom did not work not to mention the fact there was no Netflix or anything else like that available. The room was rundown, but clean, and the television was very old and obviously when the cable did not work at first, it was really a joke. They told me I could go down to the restaurant and watch TV. I think if this place got an update that would be great, but given the amenities at similarly situated hotels, this one really fall flat.

Hotel security guard made the whole experience unpleasant and horrible. Quite frankly both nights were ruined due to the treats we received the moment we checked in. Renee the manager made us feel at ease the next morning and mike who assisted us helped us contact the police to file a police report. As a constant traveler I will never book a room at this hotel again and I would advise everyone going with their kids to avoid any communication with the security guard.

an event concluded at the arena across. driveway access to the hotel entrance was coned off and I was not allowed to drive through to unload. I was instructed to park at the parking lot and bring my belongings from parking lot to the hotel. Frustrating after a long drive that I had to drag my belongings from parking lot across the street. More frustrating, as i was trying to locate the hotel I called the front desk for directions or a landmark and all i got was vague directions. I hung up and when I tried to reach the front desk, i was put on hold music. Never again at this hotel.

More frustrating, as i was trying to locate the hotel I called the front desk for directions or a landmark and all i got was vague directions. I hung up and when I tried to reach the front desk, i was put on hold music. Never again at this hotel.

Other than the rudeness of the front desk the night I checked in (she didn’t greet me, didn’t make eye contact, obviously annoyed with her job, not friendly) everything was great. Every other front desk worker I interacted with was great.

The staff was very friendly and super responsive. We enjoyed picturesque view of the water, pool, and courtyard. The energy of the bar, ambiance of the outdoor firepits, and the allure of the turquoise glowing pool under a starry night - we will absolutely come back soon!!

Team members were very nice and helpful. My remote for the TV stopped working and a replacement was provided within a few minutes of my call to the front desk. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Staff was really nice. Lady working the check in desk at 9pm (March 28th) was super nice and helpful. I’d been driving 12 hours and was just exhausted. She made the check in super quick and had no problems finding the reservation. Absolutely seamless process. Room 138 was extremely clean. I’m a housekeeper myself so sometimes I dread hotels. I’ve seen it all. But just had a great time and enjoyed the whole evening and morning.

The homeless was noticeable. We walked to a restaurant close by (about 1/2 mile). I was a little concerned about safety. Dozens of spots cleaned up, but obviously previous campfires had burn the sidewalk.

Hotel had a weird smell… when you shower it felt like we were in a pool of water because the drains wouldn’t drain the water… over all it was not a great experience and there was no breakfast included we had to pay for it

When prepaid my room was offered Breakfast obviously with extra fees. Next morning we stop by the Restaurante part of the Hotel and they said is not included with the reservation and I proof we paid extra for that. Another think happened is they offer Buffet but they don't do.

Our room was satisfactory bc my daughter found hair in her sheets and the sheets were dingy and I wasn’t use to that at all. They smelled cleaned but we sprayed Lysol. The tub was very high difficult- for me bc I have some disability issues. And it wasn’t clean.

This is a favorite place for my friends group. We've stayed here many times on trips to see a Stockton Ports game. The pool and courtyard are are terrific. Everything's clean and nice and well-maintained. This was the 2nd out of maybe 5 or 6 times we've come here when the entire outdoor area has been taken over by an event involving a live band and 100 or so people who came off boats. The restaurant was devoted to this event, meaning we had to go elsewhere to eat lunch, and they kinda took over the whole outside. I would like to be notified in the future that such an event is happening when I reserve the rooms for my group. I think it's fair to warn potential guests that their quiet, pleasant afternoon at the pool is not going to be very quiet. The visiting group were not a problem. Perfectly nice folks, but we didn't have the day we thought we were going to have, and knowing that in advance would have been helpful.

The good: We came to town for an event at the arena and we had parking at the hotel and an easy 2 minute walk to and from the event. The staff was super friendly. We would totally stay again. I appreciated the presence of security in the parking lot overnight as Stockton has a bad reputation about car break ins. The Bad: I dropped my headphones under the bed. The carpets under the bed were really dusty. The room was otherwise clean. I would have liked better coffee in the room. Also the HDMI port on the TV was disabled, which was a bummer because I planned on watching my Church service on my Chromecast. The wifi was good though and I watched it on my tablet. Final Thought: The best hotel in Stockton. It's a great location by the arena and good restaurants. Honestly, the people we talked to in Stockton were all nice.
