Hôtel avec beaucoup de services (restaurant, piscine, épicerie, salle de sport, arcade, bar, massage, mini golf). Très bien situé a 5 min à pieds de la plage et des restaurants. Hôtel familial avec beaucoup d'ambiance et d'animation sans être trop bruyant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il serait intéressant par contre d'avoir des minis frigos dans les chambres pour garder de l'eau fraîche.

Con famiglia cinque giorni: promozione, ma non a pieni voti. L'hotel è comodamente raggiungibile in bus dall’aeroporto e dista cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Los Cristianos. Colazione ottima; pranzo e cena abbastanza vari. La struttura è un po’ datata e tanti particolari (letti, lettini in piscina e minigolf, per esempio) andrebbero di certo rinnovati.

Excellent position in close vicinity to the beach and bars but also in a nice quite position with lovely bay or mountain views. The rooms were lovely and clean and in good condition, the all inclusive offerings were wonderful, any drink combination you wanted (just ask!) or help yourself to soft drinks, chilled water, ice, red/white/rose wine, sangria, beers. Food choice was excellent with choices of fresh meats and fish to be cooked fresh to your liking plus many other options with plenty of vegetables and salads. If you couldn't find something amongst that lot, I really worry about what you eat!!! Staff were perfectly nice. The pool area was clean and pleasant, pool was cold but I am rubbish at getting in pools anyway! Plenty of people were using it plus you need it that way when it's getting a bit hot. Checked in at 11.30am and our room was unexpectantly ready! We were also a late checkout and there was free luggage storage and use of showers etc. We often walked down to the front (5 minute walk) and had the odd bar drink, walked around Los Cristianos's shops, all along the front to Playa de las Americas, all easily doable. We would walk to America's of an evening and grab a taxi back which was less than £7. Taxi from the airport is so easy, just walk up to the taxi rank and they sort the next one out for you, fixed rate of €28 and at the hotel in 15 minutes! I will definitely return :-)

Slammrig matsal men bra mat om man nöjer sig med vegetariskt. Mycket att välja på. Kötträtter lite tråkiga men ibland var det också bra. Lite trångt rum och hård säng men rent o helt ok. Nedsuttna solsängar behövs bytas ut. Trots allt en fin vistelsr

L’hôtel est correct,le petit déjeuner est varié. La chambre est correcte assez grande avec tout le nécessaire. En revanche la piscine est petite vue le nombre de chambres de l’hôtel. Les gens réservent leur transat dès 7h du matin ce qui fait qu’en arrivant à 10h il n’y a plus de transat disponible alors qu’il n’y a personne dessus,juste la serviette

Noi abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel allora stanze datate e sarebbero da aggiornare la pulizia nella media e passano tutte le mattine per cambio lenzuola del resto troppi inglesi specialmente nella piscina pienissima e troppi ubriachi infatti non sono riuscito ad utilizzarla perché è impossibile stare sul lettino rilassato mentre questi intonano cori nella loro lingua poi se avete bisogno della palestra non è il giusto hotel per voi perché c’è una ciclette è un tapirulan è una panca praticamente nulla e ho anche sollecitato di comprarli poi la colazione un po’ così bacon freddo ecc. albergo rivolto ha un popolo inglese no italiano ovviamente non soggiornerò più in questo hotel

vi var afsted i januar,vejret var fint ,men poolen kunne ikke benyttes da den kun var 17-18 grader varm,det er ikke godt nok. det burde man oplyse meget tydeligt,da flere børnefamilier ikke kunne benytte den,pga den var så kold man skal være opmærksom meget dyre priser på drikkevarer ved pool området,det er ca dobbelt op i forhold til nede i byen hotellet er total slidt ned,og er på ingen måde pengene værd. det fremstår stor set som da det blev bygget 1973,bare i en nedslidt version. Der stank af kloak på toilettet,dette blev påtalt i reptionen,og blev til dels udbedret. vi betalte 8100,00 kr for 6 overnatninger,det var det på ingen måde værd !

I should have taken heed of other 1 star ratings for this hotel. When I was checking in I was told by quite a rude lady that their system did not have the correct ages of my teenage children but instead they had set out the room with 2 cots for 1year olds and that I would have to pay for the difference or just sort it out. I contacted my provider, Hotels.com who were extremely helpful and after much follow up from my Hotels.com agent the issue was resolved but it was not the kind of stress I needed during a holiday. Apart from this ordeal it may have got a 3 star overall rating from me because the breakfast is reasonable, location good, entertainment OK, pool OK and quite clean. It is however very dated, possibly 1970s or early 80s fittings throughout. For example there was only one plug socket which was used for the TV in the main living area.

Een prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om het eiland verder te ontdekken. Een eenvoudige kamer, maar de bedden en badkamer zijn goed schoon. Bedden liggen prima. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en 's avonds keuze genoeg bij het diner, naar verwachting voor drie sterren. Goede schoonmaakservice en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. Verwacht geen tophotel, maar gewoon goed om te overnachten als je er verder de hele dag op uit wilt gaan.
Een prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om het eiland verder te ontdekken. Een eenvoudige kamer, maar de bedden en badkamer zijn goed schoon. Bedden liggen prima. Il cibo scarsa qualita’ personale non idoneo a ricoprire il posto che ha La pulizia delle camere superficiale abbiamo dormito 7 giorni nelle stesse lenzuala e per 7 giorni abbiamo usato gli stessi asciugamani Reception eccellente e personale squisito e preparato e soprattutto sempre con il sorriso

Udefra ligner hotellet en noget trist oplevelse, lobby, pool område og spisesalen er også standard og kønsløst. Men vores ekstra værelse var skønt, den bedste seng, puder og dyne/ sengetøj. Stort soveværelse med sofa område , stort badeværelse og fin balkon med fantastisk udsigt. Der var ikke en finger at sætte på rengøring hverken på værelse eller fællesområder . Personalet var opmærksomt og serviceminded . Maden til morgenmaden var over gennemsnittet og et meget stort udvalg. Savnede dog en hyggelig bar, at slutte dagen i. Deres bar er halvt spille hal og halv bar. Meget trist , ulidelig varm og deres vin var af samme årsag meget varm. Vi havde også daglige og gentagende problemer med vores nøglekort.

Hotel was adequate, rooms need updating but very clean , breakfast was really good and plentiful, housekeepers were polite and friendly, reception staff were rude and unhelpful even when you are nice to them . Overall probably stay somewhere else next time

You get what you pay for - 3 nights b&b for £100 each ? - fine. Breakfast was exactly what i would expect from a 3star european hotel. The room was dated but functional - it was large and clean and had shampoo & conditoner included. The location is brilliant - 5 min walk to the harbour / promenade which goes on for actual miles and miles.

Hotel really needs a major overhaul, stripping back to bare bones and renovate from services to cosmetics. No Aircon in the first and second floors, which are unusually warmer than any floor from 3 upwards. Assume it's the kitchen heat, as it's a clear radiant heat source.

We had a bad experience. Check in took forever. The biggest issue was: The bed! It could not be worse - hard as a rock and we could feel and hear the bed springs. There were only one power outlet in the room, and we had to pay deposit to get an extension cord. If a person in the room next to yours fart you can hear it. We had broken plastic chairs at the balcony

Very dated property with basic standard. Our room had a smell of sewage but we were told we could not get another. Only solution offered was some air-freshener. Looking at older reviews, this appears to be a known problem but no will to fix from the management.

Room was dated and in need of updating. No Air con in the room, not enough sockets as some of the ones there were not secure. The furniture and cupboards need to be upgraded.

The bed was rock solid and a very small single bed. The view was great from the 12th floor but the hotel definitely needs a big refurbishment. The furniture in the rooms are very dated and holes in the wall and marks everywhere. It’s the type of the hotel you book for “ cheap and cheerful” the location was ideal either such a quiet area.

Overall, the Sol Arena Tenerife is a good hotel for its location, staff service, and breakfast. Though, I would like to point out that it was a tad costly for some of the amenities that room was lacking, such as an air conditing system and even a refrigerator. If the price point per day was a bit lower than what I paid for, I would have given it a 5/5.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a great location near to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. The room was tiny and balcony super small, but clean and adequate. Lack of air conditioning made sleeping very difficult as the room was so hot. Also there was no fridge in the room. We were B&B guests and had lots of selection at breakfast. Pool area was good with plenty of sunbeds. Overall was a great hotel for what we paid.

I should have taken heed of other 1 star ratings for this hotel. When I was checking in I was told by quite a rude lady that their system did not have the correct ages of my teenage children but instead they had set out the room with 2 cots for 1year olds and that I would have to pay for the difference or just sort it out. I contacted my provider, Hotels.com who were extremely helpful and after much follow up from my Hotels.com agent the issue was resolved but it was not the kind of stress I needed during a holiday. Apart from this ordeal it may have got a 3 star overall rating from me because the breakfast is reasonable, location good, entertainment OK, pool OK and quite clean. It is however very dated, possibly 1970s or early 80s fittings throughout. For example there was only one plug socket which was used for the TV in the main living area.

Only stayed one night waiting for ferry to La Gomera. Arrived at 10pm, reception excellent. Breakfast inclusive on our booking, full range of options in clean and well serviced area. Reception offered to call taxi when we were leaving. Overall, impressed with service and hotel, would definitely stay again.

This place lacks customer service. Definitely a basic quality hotel. I was checked in and given an occupied room! Great balcony view! Although the height of the chair made it a bit obstructed. The bed is not comfortable! However as a solo traveler I could use one of the blankets for more softness. The air condition blows directly at the bed, which is not good. Water pressure good and there was a bathtub, yay! The breakfast had variety but it is not quality food! There are markets close by for food but no fridge in the rooms!! It is in a good location for tour bus pickup.

Udefra ligner hotellet en noget trist oplevelse, lobby, pool område og spisesalen er også standard og kønsløst. Men vores ekstra værelse var skønt, den bedste seng, puder og dyne/ sengetøj. Stort soveværelse med sofa område , stort badeværelse og fin balkon med fantastisk udsigt. Der var ikke en finger at sætte på rengøring hverken på værelse eller fællesområder . Personalet var opmærksomt og serviceminded . Maden til morgenmaden var over gennemsnittet og et meget stort udvalg. Savnede dog en hyggelig bar, at slutte dagen i. Deres bar er halvt spille hal og halv bar. Meget trist , ulidelig varm og deres vin var af samme årsag meget varm. Vi havde også daglige og gentagende problemer med vores nøglekort.

Hotel was adequate, rooms need updating but very clean , breakfast was really good and plentiful, housekeepers were polite and friendly, reception staff were rude and unhelpful even when you are nice to them . Overall probably stay somewhere else next time

As a single woman with a small child I found it a struggle when my key card wouldn’t let us back in the room twice after trips out. Breakfast I chose (full English) was usually cold so in the end opted for yogurt and a crossaint (could’ve paid a lot more self catering) and their was no fridge in our room meaning milk for my son went sour within half a day and my water and drinks were warm by mid day. Kids Pool was too cold To go in which is fair enough just assumed may be heated/ warmer mid afternoon. The room itself was fine, Atleast we had the park to make use of and plenty lifts as they’re only small

Precies goed voor een kort verblijf: dicht bij het centrum, strand en haven. Het busstation is dichtbij en een excursiebushalte voor de deur. Het eten was uitstekend, de kamers zijn verouderd. We zaten op een hogere verdieping en hadden een mooi uitzicht. Ik zou er geen lange tijd willen verblijven maar voor ons (op doorreis) was het ideaal

Excellent position in close vicinity to the beach and bars but also in a nice quite position with lovely bay or mountain views. The rooms were lovely and clean and in good condition, the all inclusive offerings were wonderful, any drink combination you wanted (just ask!) or help yourself to soft drinks, chilled water, ice, red/white/rose wine, sangria, beers. Food choice was excellent with choices of fresh meats and fish to be cooked fresh to your liking plus many other options with plenty of vegetables and salads. If you couldn't find something amongst that lot, I really worry about what you eat!!! Staff were perfectly nice. The pool area was clean and pleasant, pool was cold but I am rubbish at getting in pools anyway! Plenty of people were using it plus you need it that way when it's getting a bit hot. Checked in at 11.30am and our room was unexpectantly ready! We were also a late checkout and there was free luggage storage and use of showers etc. We often walked down to the front (5 minute walk) and had the odd bar drink, walked around Los Cristianos's shops, all along the front to Playa de las Americas, all easily doable. We would walk to America's of an evening and grab a taxi back which was less than £7. Taxi from the airport is so easy, just walk up to the taxi rank and they sort the next one out for you, fixed rate of €28 and at the hotel in 15 minutes! I will definitely return :-)

You get what you pay for - 3 nights b&b for £100 each ? - fine. Breakfast was exactly what i would expect from a 3star european hotel. The room was dated but functional - it was large and clean and had shampoo & conditoner included. The location is brilliant - 5 min walk to the harbour / promenade which goes on for actual miles and miles.

Excelent food 5/5 , but there was a terrible noise in the restaurant. Waiters were throwing dishes when they cleaned the tables. That was the reason for the noise.

Een prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om het eiland verder te ontdekken. Een eenvoudige kamer, maar de bedden en badkamer zijn goed schoon. Bedden liggen prima. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en 's avonds keuze genoeg bij het diner, naar verwachting voor drie sterren. Goede schoonmaakservice en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. Verwacht geen tophotel, maar gewoon goed om te overnachten als je er verder de hele dag op uit wilt gaan.
Een prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om het eiland verder te ontdekken. Een eenvoudige kamer, maar de bedden en badkamer zijn goed schoon. Bedden liggen prima. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en 's avonds keuze genoeg bij het diner, naar verwachting voor drie sterren. Goede schoonmaakservice en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. The rooms are spacious and modern as they’ve just been refurbed. However the food is absolutely awful. The buffet made me feel sick looking at the options, the food was freezing, and it feels like you’re eating in IKEA. Hotel reaches 3 star more than 4 star. Music by the pool is lacking too. No atmosphere for sunbathing during the day. Reception staff don’t feel approachable. Overall the refurb is good but I would not return. Especially if you’re relying on going all inclusive here
The rooms are spacious and modern as they’ve just been refurbed. However the food is absolutely awful. The buffet made me feel sick looking at the options, the food was freezing, and it feels like you’re eating in IKEA. Hotel reaches 3 star more than 4 star. Music by the pool is lacking too. No atmosphere for sunbathing during the day. Reception staff don’t feel approachable. Overall the refurb is good but I would not return. Especially if you’re relying on going all inclusive here

The property is close to the sea, you can get a beach view especially if you are staying in the top floors. We got buffet style breakfast included (food options include eggs, sausages, fruit, ham and cheese selection, pastries, drinks, veggies). The pool was clean and the property had entertainment activities every night. We upgraded to half board after the first day so we got buffet dinner as well which included cooked meats, pasta, fries, cheese and ham platters, fruit, deserts and ice cream, and drinks include both soft drinks and wine and beer. The room was great and clean no complaints and it had a balcony with a great view to both the sea and the mountains. Rooms had air conditioning, mini fridge and kettle. You can store your luggage there after check out. Good value for money.

Excellent location, quiet area but still short walk to the beach and great sea view from the room. The hotel is built so most balconies face the sea, on both sides of the building. Close to a stop from airport bus, easy transport. Good mix of nationalities and age groups in the hotel. Great room and food, service, pool, and for the price I got - the only minus was there was water infiltration under the bathroom floor coming from the shower, leading to a strong smell of mould in the rest of the room and a bulge in the floor (vinyl-type floor in the bathroom).
