Hotel is great location, stayed here 3 x before Always good . Only problem this time was Maintenance work . Only one lift was working Was one 5th floor had to use the stairs most times . When works are finished hopefully the hotel will be back to its normal best .

The room was okay. There was no iron, toothbrush, coffee maker, or tea. They provided two beds joined together, which is not ideal for a couple. The hotel itself is good outside of the room, with a nice pool and other activities.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I found three big roaches in two different rooms—completely unacceptable for any hotel. After reporting the issue, they fumigated the room and expected me to sleep there immediately after, which was out of the question. The situation was so bad that I had to change hotels. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to give me a refund, despite the horrific conditions. The lack of proper pest control and basic customer service made this an absolute nightmare. Tigotan looks good in the pictures but save yourself the trouble and stay away!
