Diciamo che ci si aspettava qualcosa in più... l'unica cosa positiva e la posizione ma siccome noi ci veniamo spesso rispetto alle altre volte siamo scesi come struttura e organizzazione...alla fine però non ci si lamenta perché il contorno della zona copre anche il resto...

I booked a stay through hotels.com for Apartamentos Piramides. When I arrived at the hotel (2nd Feb around 9:00pm) I was told they had no record of my booking. I spent over 4 hours at the reception desk that evening and nearly 3 hours the next morning to try and resolve the issue. I also hadn't eaten since just before the flight which meant over 23 hours without food or water. I used the online chat and Anchit (a supervisor) refunded the amount to a voucher (including a small compensation of £50) so I could re-book. This also didn't work even although he spoke with them on the phone. Thankfully the hotel allowed me to sleep in a (dirty) room. I couldn't unpack as I didn't know if it would be resolved. I was there for four days cycling and this massively affected my plans, losing meals, time and a chunk of my time cycling. Effectively, I would say that I lost a day, meals, not to mention the massive amount of stress and anxiety this caused me. The staff the next morning were really helpful and sympathetic, the staff the evening I arrived weren't great.

Hadde utsikt inn mot midten. Helt ok. Begge håndvask hadde lekkasjer og ble ikke fikset tross klage. Senger nye men veldig stive. Basengene var helt grei. Rommet var relativt ny malt men veldig simpelt. Ingen oppheng av noen slags eller natt lamper.

Cheapest hotel in Las Americas, perfectly adequate for the price paid. No air conditioning but there are fans to rent. Huge pool area with plenty of loungers
