It was a old hotel, they tried very hard to keep it nice. We got there, and wanted to swim, they had the pool unlocked for us(a storm had closed it earlier), Very thankful for the pool for my granddaughter last night of vacation.

First we had to go to an ATM because they have a 50$ cash deposit i was unaware of, but that\'s no big deal. Then the lady at the front desk accused my daugher (14) and her friends of breaking into the pool, which they did not! The door was already open and there were no signs anywhere stating that it was closed. Also how is an INDOOR pool "closed for the season"???? I got two rooms and there was no ice bucket in one, and the coffee pot didn\'t work. The lady who checked us out was nice though. We will never stay here again.

Always great service. From the front desk to the housekeeping, they're always very nice and extremely helpful. Clean room and a great deal for the price! Wish i would of had more time to enjoy the pool.

It's a motel, very basic, decent condition for a decent price. Not very dirty but not sparkling clean either. Our pillows were in bad shape and when asking for replacements, we were told housekeeping will be informed. Never got replacement. Breakfast includes: coffee, juice, PBJ, waffles. No protein or fruit. Can hear people talking in the hallway and cars in parking lot. Parking lot is well lit and feels safe in general.

It was ok. The pool wasn’t open and there was gross stuff floating in it. Housekeeping came 20 minutes beside checkout and were rather aggressive about getting into the room. We opted for a late check out and they finally left. Would stay again in a pinch.

Room smelled horrible of old stale smoke. Bugs in the beds. People smoking / taking and carrying on outside their rooms till late hours as we did not arrive to check In till 10:30 - 11pm. We did not stay. we found some where else to stay. The staff reasonable at least.

The staff was super friendly. That’s about the only good thing about it. The blood stains on the wall and on the bed sheets were wild. There was also a bunch of dead bugs on the floors, and the room just wasn’t clean at all.

It was dirty, just the going to the room, there was dirty adh trays/buckets outside the rooms. The room had a lot dirty areas, such as the bathroom area, not cleaning in corners and so on. The breakfast was a continental, the only warm item was waffles. I would mnot stay here again.

I arrived and found the phone didn't work there wasn't an alarm clock and the remote was broken. The front desk did address these issues right away and i was happy with the results. The light on the wall outside my room flickered the entire time of my stay. The door jam to my room looked as though the door had been pryed open and the latch was missing. You could see light through the door where the jam was damaged. The balcony was covered in spiders. I counted like 12 in total. This hotel was close to the job i was working. Traveling for work i would stay there again. Traveling with my family i would choose a different hotel. Many construction workers were staying there and prices didn't seem consistent.

My only complaint was the TV. It kept freezing up. Took us about 3 1/2 hours to watch a 2 hour movie. Get rid of the Vizio brand. The room was very large, the bed was really comfortable. The bathtub needs the stopper repaired but all in all it was a nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly.

Ok for a basic inexpensive hotel. Room had a bit of a musty smell, perhaps old cigarette smoke from a former guest who broke the rules. Wifi signal was weak/inoperative, even though our room was close to the office. Free breakfast was sparse, no fruit, just cereal, waffles and some cheap breads including banana muffins that tasted like the old banana bubblegum cigars.

I've never had a bad experience at Bestway. This time was no different. The staff is always sweet and helpful. The check in process is easy,quick,and the front desk staff is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!

We asked if we could have a ground floor room because of my husband's issue of walking stairs. W also called and asked if the room was available the day before we were scheduled. We talked to Brenda and she took care of us adding Friday on to our regular schedule. Very pleased with the service we received. We will be back! Thank you, Curt and Cecily Steinbaker

One of the best valued lodging in Madison, Indiana. The staff were all outstanding. We were totally surprised that the room service was performed on the daily basis. We will stay here again if we pass by the area.

Our pillows were in bad shape and when asking for replacements, we were told housekeeping will be informed. Never got replacement. Breakfast includes: coffee, juice, PBJ, waffles. No protein or fruit. Can hear people talking in the hallway and cars in parking lot. Parking lot is well lit and feels safe in general.

The room was fine for our stay. Did not have a hair dryer but was not an issue. The service of the staff was wonderful. All very friendly and helpful. They worked hard at keeping things tidy. Recommend Harry’s Stone Grill for dinner. Was Fantastic. Stuffed mushrooms are the best!

The only thing that didn't work for us was the Breakfast. To many Carb no protein or milk products except milk for the cereal no yogurt.

I checked in on a Tuesday evening. The lady that did the check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean, great cable selections. The selection of food was the normal hotel breakfast. The check out was quick and professional.

This was our second stay in two years, they have improved IMMENSLY. Room and staff better. Grounds have improved. Continental breakfast was served, NOT buffet breakfast as posted on marquee. Good tv reception but NO HBO as posted on marquee. Considering the price and availability it was worth it. Will return next year.

Ok for a basic inexpensive hotel. Room had a bit of a musty smell, perhaps old cigarette smoke from a former guest who broke the rules. Wifi signal was weak/inoperative, even though our room was close to the office. Free breakfast was sparse, no fruit, just cereal, waffles and some cheap breads including banana muffins that tasted like the old banana bubblegum cigars.

The wifi wouldn't connect. There were bugs in the pool. The TV kept lagging. And the breakfast was trash. People were nice but they forgot to give us towels and rags.. was not worth staying the night.

We stayed here based on price and location. We were extremely pleased with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean,quiet, and dark at night. The only minor issue ( and I hesitate to call it an issue because it really wasn't), was the paint needs refreshing in the rooms. We highly recommend Best Way Inn, and will gladly stay here again when we are in Madison!

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, jedoch war der Kühlschrank am Gummi komplett verschimmelt. Zudem machte der Kühlschrank sehr seltsame Geräusche. Der Vorhang war gerissen und mit Flecken behaftet. Es wurde ein Klebeband an der Kopfstütze vom Bett angebracht, da diese sonst aufs Bett gefallen wäre. Die Auswahl war beschränkt auf (Waffel, Toastbrot, Muffin, Marmelade).

Don't stay here. Pool broke. Door didn't reach the ground so there was a 3 inch gap where smoke would come in from the guy smoking on his truck tailgate. Sheets like sandpaper
