Fantastic hotel located right on the walkway only a few feet from the beautiful St Brelade’s beach. Room with balcony and sea view was amazing. We ate breakfast each day and dinner twice at the hotel restaurant- La Brise. Food was superb as was the service. Highly recommended

This property is located right on the beach. Great location, beautiful view if you get a water side room. Staff were friendly and professional and the restaurant menu and food are wonderful. I'd highly also recommend their sticky toffee cake ! Great place to stay.

Hotel is directly on the beach. Most rooms have a small balcony and a sea view which is wonderful. Ensure you book one of these. Note that there is no a/c in the bedrooms, but the picture windows open onto the balcony and can be left open to cool the room. The restaurant is good, I'd recommend eating there at least one evening. Breakfasts are great with a good buffet plus items cooked to order. There is no car park, but the "Tams" car park directly opposite is fairly inexpensive and free from 5.30pm to 9.00 am. (Check the times - may change) The two standout items for a review of this hotel are: 1) Location - right on the beach 2) The staff - they are, without exception, some of the friendliest, helpful and efficient hotel staff I've come across.

Could not fault this hotel. Stunning views, great customer service, short walk to bars and restaurants. On the beach, bus service on road outside. Lovely breakfast, well stocked room, extra amenities like a play/dvd room for children. Would return.

Exceptional staff - Gladys, Nancy and Isaac were great Sands restaurant had good options Hotel cafe and bar was a nice facility Attentive to plant-based diet. Pancakes on the breakfast menu were terrible (they looked toasted and were hard). Overall, the hotel was pleasant to stay in for a couple of days. It’s a bit dated in its decor but this is made up for with varied food options and the attentive and friendly staff.

Direct access to one of the best beaches on the Island, just step out of the door and onto clean sand with safe swimming for everyone. The staff cannot do enough for you, the food is excellent both in the restaurant and in the bar areas, but can get busy at times so advisable to book due to the popularity of the hotel and its commading views over the Bay.

This is my second trip to this hotel. The staff all remembered me from over a year ago and were the most accommodating. We were overwhelmed by the genuine kindness. Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The newly refurbished dining room had been done to an excellent standard and the food was fantastic for both breakfast and evening meal.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, efficient. They made our stay to feel like home away from home. Beddings and towels were fluffy. Views of St Brelade Bay from the balcony are amazing. Food was delicious and filing. Room was so comfortable and clean. WiFi speed was good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey. It’s close to the airport and just a 20 minute bus ride to St Helier.

It was on the beach, room view was the sea,facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy.

This is a lovely property right on the beach We booked a sea view room with balcony and if you can go for that .. it is def worth it for the views alone Check in very easy staff all lovely Breakfast was self service but good variety of items Bedroom small but well equipped with kettle tea/coffee and fresh water Housekeeping excellent We will be back .. hopefully to see more sun !!

Employees very friendly, the location couldn’t be better for days at the beach. The room I was in 320/319, very noise with footsteps overhead late at night causing disturb sleep. The room had a cooking smell could be from neighbouring buildings

A beautiful view overlooking a stunning beach. The room was lovely and the staff couldnt do enough for you. All staff were polite and courteous. The food was amazing in particular the Sunday Roast and the breakfasts. We would highly recommend and cant wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for making it an exceptional holiday!

We l have been to golden sands for the past five years. Staff are wonderful, setting amazing and a convenient bus service. But we are starting to find the cost of the accommodation is getting more expensive. We were on the 4th floor and the room we had really needed upgrading. We haven’t eaten in the hotel other than breakfast. Lovely as it was it got very costly.

Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well.

The Golden Sands Hotel is the most aptly named hotel I know. St Brelades Bay is golden and gorgeous, and the hotel is in a fine position right on the promenade. The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble, and the food is amazing.

My brother and i cane to Jersey to give my brother his first real break since our parents passed away. The hotel made every attempt to ensure we felt welcome, and as my brother is profoundly deaf this meant some of the staff learnt a bit of sign language. Nothing was ever too much to ask. We were greeted every time we walked by anyone, and i have to say this one of the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. Well done to everyone x

This hotel is amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and welcoming. They work very hard to ensure your stay is everything you want. I am lucky and have been yravelling a lot but this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The food in the restaurant for dinner is also amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and the owners are very lucky to have and everyone of their staff members. Thank you!

This hotel is so well situated right on a lovely beach (would recommend a sea view room) with bus stops right outside the door. Both the hotel and the area are very quiet. Breakfast is excellent.

Direct access to one of the best beaches on the Island, just step out of the door and onto clean sand with safe swimming for everyone. The staff cannot do enough for you, the food is excellent both in the restaurant and in the bar areas, but can get busy at times so advisable to book due to the popularity of the hotel and its commading views over the Bay.

This property is located right on the beach. Great location, beautiful view if you get a water side room. Staff were friendly and professional and the restaurant menu and food are wonderful. I'd highly also recommend their sticky toffee cake ! Great place to stay.

Hotel is directly on the beach. Most rooms have a small balcony and a sea view which is wonderful. Ensure you book one of these. Note that there is no a/c in the bedrooms, but the picture windows open onto the balcony and can be left open to cool the room. The restaurant is good, I'd recommend eating there at least one evening. Breakfasts are great with a good buffet plus items cooked to order. There is no car park, but the "Tams" car park directly opposite is fairly inexpensive and free from 5.30pm to 9.00 am. (Check the times - may change) The two standout items for a review of this hotel are: 1) Location - right on the beach 2) The staff - they are, without exception, some of the friendliest, helpful and efficient hotel staff I've come across.

The Golden Sands Hotel is the most aptly named hotel I know. St Brelades Bay is golden and gorgeous, and the hotel is in a fine position right on the promenade. The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble, and the food is amazing.

The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy.

Exceptional staff - Gladys, Nancy and Isaac were great Sands restaurant had good options Hotel cafe and bar was a nice facility Attentive to plant-based diet. Pancakes on the breakfast menu were terrible (they looked toasted and were hard). Overall, the hotel was pleasant to stay in for a couple of days. It’s a bit dated in its decor but this is made up for with varied food options and the attentive and friendly staff.

A beautiful view overlooking a stunning beach. The room was lovely and the staff couldnt do enough for you. All staff were polite and courteous. The food was amazing in particular the Sunday Roast and the breakfasts. We would highly recommend and cant wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for making it an exceptional holiday!

The golden Sands is a stunning family run hotel right on Saint Beard Beach, and the highlight are the excellent staff. The restaurant is great and the rims are average sized and well worth the Seaview. The only comment would be no air-conditioning, not normally a problem given the Seabreeze but it was really hot during our day. I’ll definitely return.

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location, only steps away from the amazing St Brelades beach. The room was very clean with a very large comfortable bed. Very quiet on an evening. Breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Would definitely recommend.

Reception : Glady's extremely helpful - a lovely person Breakfast : Excellent choices for most tastes - staff really helpful and hardworking Bar : Staff are knowledgeable and helpful The hotel is lacking in only some live after 9 P.M. evening entertainment.

We found in advance that parking here is on a pay & display basis and the best car park for this is the Tam Car Park which is directly opposite the front entrance to the hotel. If you can download the Pay by Phone App on your phone this is by far the best and easiest way to action this process. Some people buy the car park scratch cards but this does become fiddly and time consuming. Once inside the hotel we received a really warm and friendly welcome. Upon check-in we were given room 414. This room was superb, clean, spacious and looked over the car park to the rear. Breakfast in La Brise was second to none and the choice you have is extensive and the staff in here superb. We would highly recommend a stay here and when we are next in Jersey would have no hesitation in staying here.
