It took way to long too check in. We got there our rooms were not ready asked to give them a 1 1/2 we come back 2 hours later get our keys one room no one could get in lick was broken had to use a master key to get in our other room. It took all of 2 seconds room was dirty bed not changed no bath towels or wash rugs bathtub filthy. Ask to give them time again then I get two more rooms okay fine they weren't near each other like we wanted One room was okay minus them broke on the door The nice supposed to be the new really remodeled room there is a 1-in cap all the way around the door bye 2:00 it was so hot and there was getting miserable The jacuzzi did not work The outlet at the makeup counter and stuff did not work was not happy at least this one had towels I will not be going back

Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Check-in was easy and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again.
