First night we was there I woke up to roaches everywhere all over, I went to the office and asked to switch rooms, we got to our new room the floors was not vacuumed, the microwave didn’t work fridge was crappy and the room smells like a musty mildew basement that has 2 inches of standing water

Booked a room early in the day, I didn’t plan on staying long so I packed light, drove 2 hours, and staff told me they canceled my reservation because they were booked, they didn’t call or text, nothing. They just gave me an unexpected surprise. I didn’t have enough cash for another hotel and was told the refund could take 7-10 days. Had to sleep in my car, only I couldn’t sleep because I was freezing. Don’t book a reservation here online in the winter, you might freeze to death in your car instead. They don’t care either they will just blame it on 3rd party sites, and put your money in their pocket.

I try to find the good in things as much as possible, so here it goes. The bed was comfortable. The shower head was good with hot water and good water pressure. That's the best I can say. I'm poor, so this is all I could afford on my trip. I'm now more encouraged to not be poor anymore.

The nastiest place I have ever stayed. The smell of mildew smacks you in the face from the moment you open the door. The condition of the room and grounds are terrible. A mess in the parking lot. I couldn’t make it 5 minutes in the room with that smell. I left my keys and never went back. Don’t waste your money no matter what the price is.
