Great hotel . Full service and friendly staff. Nice gym and rural/golf setting

Not at all what was expected. Greatly disappointed.

No airport shuttle although it was one of the highlighted features, and main reason why I had booked the room. Restaurant food and service were good and the night porter was helpful. Room is outdated, the phone didn't work, tv was plugged out, and when the heating turned on, there was a loud dripping noise. The service from all staff was attentive and polite, apart from the receptionist. If it wasnt from the initial contact with reception, I would have left happy given the price paid. The main issue was because when I asked about the shuttle, I was told bluntly that it hadnt been in operation since covid, six years ago. I then asked what takeaways would deliver and she said they don't allow takeaway into the hotel.

The beds weren’t the best. Restaurant was nice. The pool and steam room was clean. Staff was great.
