Check in was bumpy as we arrived to find the place very much under construction. Office was a converted hotel room - water had been turned off all day and the pool was closed for repair. But the check in agent was EXCEPTIONAL. She handled everyone well and moved everyone checking in over to their sister property. Though we didn't end up with our King bed, we were actually happier with the other location as there were more amenities

The hotel is currently under renovations. The exercise room has been relocated to a former hotel room, so it is very small. There is no restaurant on site, and the vending machine only has food snacks, there was no availability of any drinks. The coffee machine that was in the room was not a Keurig, but a small coffee pot which was not desirable. It was nice to have a room with a walk out, but the chairs and the floor on the balcony were very dirty. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. All of the art work in the room and the hallways appear to have religious quotes .

I would have loved to leave a positive review but unfortunately I cannot. The check-in lady was lovely and I was hoping our stay would be the same. We checked in pretty late and left early the next morning for the mountain and didn't notice how dirty our room was. When we came back that following day, I was sitting in the tub and noticed a pad wrapper and used tissues thrown under the sink area which cannot be seen when standing in the bathroom. I then saw what I am assuming to be period blood dried onto the outter bowl of the toilet. After noticing this, I took a video and photos to show the front desk staff. I then saw dried blood by the toilet paper holder. I took a photo of that too. I then pulled back the bedding to ensure that bedding was clean and unfortunately, I saw blood patches all over the bottom of the duvet. It was obvious that the cleaners didn't clean they just remade the bed from the previous people staying. This is a huge health and safety issue as this is an unknown person's blood left throughout the room. I contacted Expedia as it was very late at night and no one was at the front desk to complain to, Expedia tried to contact the hotel with no answer. We were told to complain at check out. I showed a male staff member the videos and photos at check out and he was visibly uncomfortable. He didn't seem to care that we had to stay in a room with period blood from an unknown person. I was then told by Expedia that the hotel denied that I complained about this.

We were able to secure a room earlier than check in time. Upon entering the room, the room was dirty. The bed sheets were not changed and there were multiple photos taken. I don’t usually complain because I have worked in hotel cleaning and I understand the stress of it. When I spoke with the staff, they offered me an upgrade and then said that they cannot do it because I have a pet with me so they gave me the same room type that was “clean”. While this room was a bit cleaner, it wasn’t clean enough for the price I paid. The mattress was lumpy and I wasn’t going to go back to complain again. Additionally, I was given coupons for stuff to do near the resort and they did not work when I attempted to enter them despite following the process. Check out was long as there’s only one staff and they have to check you out one by one.

Can i give negative stars?? To start at registrat the guy accidentally Burped in my face during registration no excuse me or sorry, normally I'd brush this off but then He forgot tk guve us the access card for the swimming pool and later it took 4 tries to call the front deck for new sheets Sheets were dirty Most of the place is under lots of reno and no warning or notice or discount Mattress for the pull out is stained with something nasty looking You would think "golf resort" would be a higher end place to stay but nooo Other then the sheet our room looked clean and was spacious, whatever they clean with is strong smelling and I wouldn't say it's really in a good way it's like a masking odor type smell The hall ways are also insanely hot..like sauna hot

Room was clean and hotel was quiet. A great and relaxing evening for my wife and I. Check in was smooth. Check out was a little delayed with our room requiring inspection by housekeeping at checkout but aside from that was completely seemless and have no complaints.

Balcony was dirty but that was probably because of the construction

We walked into the room and it looked nothing like the photos on expedia. It was dirty and old. The bathroom was gross and smelled. The lamp shade was dirty. We called the front desk and got moved to the spa resort.

The room was spotless! Service at front desk was excellent. It was quiet, safe and parking was easy and abundant. I love staying here! I always stay when in Collingwood

The walls are thin. Don’t expect a quiet stay closest to the elevator or near rooms with young children

Room- was very clean. Bed- comfortable Quiet Reasonably price. An outlet near the nightstand would be a plus

Our room, 6109, is in need of an update. The head and foot boards for the beds are peeling, and hanging off. The screen was off on the balcony, and in general, other than the kitchen, is in need of updates.

Noisy air conditioning otherwise great

The heating was working properly so the room was a bit chilly. Housekeeping came and looked at it and fixed it up temporarily, but it got cold again during the night. I was only there one night, so it wasn't a big deal.

Very comfortable beds . Ample towels ,pillows and roomy.

Everything was great except the fact that the thermostat was locked at a certain temperature. It wouldn't let me drop it below 20 degrees C. The room got hot at night and the fan wouldn't come on to cool the room.

Hannah and Sahil were so friendly and eager to ensure that my stay was as best as possible! They were so professional and really know how to make guests feel welcomed. Thank you for making my stay one to remember!

At the time of check I was asked to wait since i came at 2.30 pm and the check in was at 4pm. The front staff told me they will text me once the room is ready but they never texted me back. I had to call and check after 4pm and then they said you can come check in. I was there for 3 nights, nobody from the staff ever came to clean the room or change the toiletries. No garbage cleaning as well, I requested couple of times for plates and the staff attitude was very bad. I did get it eventually but she was very rude over the phone.

We had a wonderful check-in experience. Although we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready, Ferdie went out of his way to assist us with an early check-in, allowing us to rest in our room sooner than expected.

Staff at check in were quite nice. Room is great!

Great spot with a perfect location.

We decided to stay in the area at the last minute and found this hotel with a very good deal. The receptionist is very polite explained everything in details. Room is clean and neat. There is a bit construction around entrance but there is no noice heard. Hotel close to town and a beach with sunset point

The hotel is currently under construction so not sure why they are charging a resort fee. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds were a little soft for my liking but not a big deal. Location is pretty good with a good thai restaurant in the plaza next door. Would stay here again.

Location - fantastic Room wasnt ready when we arrived so was somewhat irratating. we were a bit early but 4 hrs after guest checkout. Lots of renovations ongoing so construction equipment everywhere but didnt impact us. Beds and pillows super comfy but ultra loud fan in room prevented us from sleeping. Both free perks (hr kayak and range balls) couldnt be used as they closed the kayaks the day we were planning to go. Pool area by the golf course was super relaxing with great music and ideal water temp but they still have covid restrictions in place making the # of loungers available pretty ridiculous…. The waterside restaurant on site is fabulous.

The only good thing was the bed comfort. We stayed 2 nights. There was no maid service and they were ballsy enough to leave an envelope suggesting we leave a tip. The outdoor pool is at the golf course which is a short drive away and if you want to use it you have to make a reservation and you only get 1 hour as there is a 10 person limit. And where the spa is who knows, couldn’t find it. Construction material strewn all about. What a mess. No restaurant. This place is an accident waiting to happen. Wont be going there ever again. Not worth the price at all. The check in man and lady were nice but the evening guy was not. We booked a reservation for 2 at the pool but when we got there they didn’t have it. When we went back to the hotel we spoke to him about it an he had the nerve to say go complain to them. Just won’t be back there ever again.

In reality the room looked much less attractive than what it seemed in the picture. The beds have numerous signs of wear and tear, the carpet looked a bit dirty, not sure if that was its true color. The room service was surprisingly disappointing. I found that the shampoo was empty before I even started to use. So I called to request a refill. That was on the evening. I made a call again later that evening after waiting for over an hour. But no body came. Then on the next afternoon I made the 3rd call and finally got it refilled. Not quite something one would expect from a "luxury" resort. Only good experiences were the spa and dining.

We had a late checked in but pretty quick. The room is actually big and very clean. My favourite is our bathroom has heated floors. It is very quiet so we had a good sleep. Too bad, no breakfast but there’s a lot of good restaurants in the area.

The hotel was good and clean. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant right beside the hotel that was some of the best food I've ever had. All and all it was a good stay. Would definitely return
