So happy I found this awhile back booking online. Literally steps from the beach, so relaxing, clean and beautiful room and kitchen with everything you need! Host was great & we couldn't have asked for anything more. Nice new outside shower also. Really the perfect spot!

We had a great return visit to this little cottage. My whole family enjoyed the location very much. Easy walk to the beach and to town. Everything was clean and the new outdoor shower was lovely.

Staying at this unit was fantastic. You can tell the owner take pride in this unit. It has warmth, charm, and creative artistic energy. It also had newer appliances and flooring. Unlike other units, the three adults did not feel that we did not have enough space. We used all rooms and loved the screened in porch, and outdoor renovated hot/cold shower(after being on the beach). As for the location, we were not far from the happenings and nightlife, yet we were more interested in more exploring the area by car. If we had bicycles, we could ride the bikes to Rehobeth Beach. We loved that we could walk about 2 houses from our unit and be at the beach. We walked the dog twice a day on the beach. One evening the cat came in his carrier (so he enjoyed as well).

Wife & I had a weekend away with our two doodles (Irish-doodle & cava-poo). Property was incredible - nothing out of place.. We felt as though the property owners offered up their primary residence…. We can’t say enough about this lovely property. 2 private parking spaces is also a plus.. Having stayed at many pet friendly places in Dewey Beach, this one is a must visit…. This is our go-to property.

This is our second year staying at Julie’s. As with last year, everything was great (although Mother Nature didn't quite cooperate!)The location and coziness of the property can’t be beat, and, with the new outdoor shower and beach amenities, everything was perfect until the hurricane rolled in!We’ve booked again for next year and can’t wait!

5 stars isn’t enough for the location. The beach was so close and really nice. Our dog loved being able to play on the beach in the mornings and the kids had a great time all time. Trolley pickup into Rehoboth right at the end of the block was also a major plus. The house is tiny, but the porch was lovely and with so much so close by it more than met all our needs.

Wonderful week! The place was exactly what our family of 4 (plus 2 dogs!) needed for an end of summer getaway. Literally steps from the beach and so convenient to restaurants and shops. Every day was walk dogs on the beach, breakfast, beach with kids, nap, dinner, after dinner walk with dogs on beach. Soooo relaxing! Property had everything we needed- beach gear, decently appointed kitchen, even dog towels. Fabulous stay!

This was the perfect spot to stay! Everything you need, lovely updated home and friendly neighbors. Safe area, close to the beach and dining. Labrador loved hanging out on the front porch area taking in all the smells while we were relaxing/reading!

Julie was an excellent host, with excellent communication prior to the trip on convenient check-in and what to bring. She also provided information at the cottage on all of the details from parking, garbage, local eats, etc. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, convenient to all, especially the beach within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Well maintained, clean, cozy. gave the accuracy of listing a four. Reason-My dogs went to a kennel as they always do when on a vacation. When I read the rules for pet friendly, at rental would never of thought permit needed.

It was our first time in Dewey and we enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the beach is great. The host was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations (and even a jump start at the end!). Highly recommended. Breakfast at the Sunrise cafe and crab cakes at Woody’s.

As with last year, everything was great (although Mother Nature didn't quite cooperate!)The location and coziness of the property can’t be beat, and, with the new outdoor shower and beach amenities, everything was perfect until the hurricane rolled in!We’ve booked again for next year and can’t wait!

5 stars isn’t enough for the location. The beach was so close and really nice. Our dog loved being able to play on the beach in the mornings and the kids had a great time all time. Trolley pickup into Rehoboth right at the end of the block was also a major plus. The house is tiny, but the porch was lovely and with so much so close by it more than met all our needs.

Setup was great to lounge with our small fluffs, quick walk down the road to beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well in the evening.

We had a great return visit to this little cottage. My whole family enjoyed the location very much. Easy walk to the beach and to town. Everything was clean and the new outdoor shower was lovely.
