We had a great stay on this nice little home perfect backyard open and straight to water. Large rooms and comfortable to move about. Very close to all things to be done. As far as water sports restaurants shopping centers I would highly recommend this for a nice relaxing day. The house was great. She is on site that she would never know she was there unless you need her, I get this one. Heck yeah I’m coming back.

My husband and three kids enjoyed the best extended weekend getaway! The house sits perfect on Lake Hamilton! Fishing and swimming just out the back door. Night time views of the Lake were amazing! Host is easily accessible and answers any questions promptly.

Our family of 5 stayed for a few days and here’s what we really liked. The location is great and we were close to a ton of things to do and places to eat. The backyard and private pier are super relaxing with really perfect views. The house was a good size for our family and it was nice having the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and out process was easy. The kitchen is a good size and stocked with all the comforts of home. There were a few things that could have been improved. The host lives in the same house. She has a separate entrance to where she stays and does not appear to have access to the rest of the house. This should have been included in the listing. We did feel a considerable lack of privacy and it affected our entire stay.

We loved our stay! Beautiful house right on the lake . The view from every room is amazing! Private dock to hold boat and swim / fish from. Really close to anything you wanna do yet secluded and private. Owner is very nice and lives right next door if anything comes up you might need.

Well maintained property with mature shaded back yard opening onto a swimming and boat dock on the lake. We had an excellent family vacation with four teens and grandparents. Definitely coming back.

Great place to stay right on the water, has a boat dock with easy access to rentals or lunch. Owner lives on the property which was not noted in description and you have to park around her access spot but she was very easy to work with and not seen often. The beds could use some updating and were a little uncomfortable and the tvs could use some updating for the rainy days but they worked. If I would recommend to someone I would say a family with older kids would be great.

Cyndy is awesome. She is very accommodating and quick to answer any emails/texts. The house is perfect for two couples. The bedrooms are on separate ends of the house offering privacy and space. The best part of the house is the lake view. The enormous windows from the living space offer a beautiful lake view. Accessing the water is easy and there is plenty of outdoor seating and space. We will visit again!

We bring our family to Hot Springs every year in the fall, we love to explore something new every time we come. The home owner told us about some great breakfast venues that were amazing! The Pancake Shop and The English Muffin were equally great! The Lakehouse was peaceful and my children loved to feed the friendly neighborhood geese and ducks from the pier.

If I could give more stars I would, Cindy is an absolute gem. The property is stunning with views from every corner of the house, clean, and cozy. Close to everything you would ever need and more. Just steps away from the lake, busy enough for the kids to catch waves but not too busy for swimming all day. Location is everything to us , but the house was absolutely perfect for our family of five to cook all week and enjoy the lake life all week. We will definitely be back.

Five stars all the way around! We spent a week in Hot Springs to enjoy the lake and visit family. The Anderson House was perfect for our family of four. Our teen boys were more than comfortable and enjoyed the easy access to the lake. The house was immaculate and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Cyndi is very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay at The Anderson House again on a future trip!

Cyndy’s property was just lovely. We were looking to take some time away from everyday life and unwind. This was a wonderful spot to do just that. Her home was spotless and inviting. The view was incredible. Cyndy was also warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home with terrific views on Lake Hamilton was perfect for the 2 couples staying there. This is an older house with lots of character that has been updated where it’s important. The backyard deck and patios are perfect for morning coffee and happy hour wine. Very convenient to get to restaurants and sightseeing in Hot Springs. Would definitely stay there again!

We've been visiting Lake Hamilton since our 47 yr. old was about 9 or 10 because we fell in love with this lake. More often than not the VRBO properties were just as advertised and owner/managers have been great to respond to our needs. This property was beautifully located and was as pictured, however, besides spices, flour and about a half bag of coffee it was not stocked as well as others where we've stayed. There was a religious theme throughout which we did not object to but most TV channels had religious themes as well. The guys were interested in watching Wimbleton but no ESPN channels, no Turner Classic Movie channel, no ID channel or movie channels. There were TVs in all rooms including the kitchen but not much variety. Be sure to bring your condiments, mayo, mustard, coffee and paper towels. The hostess was responsive to our questions and this is a lovely location close to grocery stores, the mall and good restaurants AND bathhouse row!

Our granddaughter, new fiancé, and two friends stay the weekend at the Anderson Lake house for an engagement weekend. Cyndy was the kindest, most hospitable and wonderful person to work with. Would highly recommend… we appreciate her so much and the property is so nice. It’s just beautiful. you definitely need to stay here!!

Overall, our stay was very nice. Mrs Cindy was very great and very accommodating. However I did not know until I got there that she actually lived on the property in a studio apartment attached to the lake house. She did not ever bother us but however I would have liked to know this before arriving. Overall, my stay was very convenient and Cindy was a great host and has a beautiful home.

Everything was great for a nice quiet weekend get away. Neighbors were very nice too. Host was very nice and helpful as well and worked with us flawlessly! The dock was perfect for a proposal too! She said yes!

Peaceful shady property. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Scenic view over the water. Conveniently located to all the local attractions, restaurants and stores. Cyndy’s knowledge of the area was a big help. We look forward to returning for more R & R.

Five stars all the way around! We spent a week in Hot Springs to enjoy the lake and visit family. The Anderson House was perfect for our family of four. Our teen boys were more than comfortable and enjoyed the easy access to the lake. The house was immaculate and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Cyndi is very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay at The Anderson House again on a future trip!

Great place to stay right on the water, has a boat dock with easy access to rentals or lunch. Owner lives on the property which was not noted in description and you have to park around her access spot but she was very easy to work with and not seen often. The beds could use some updating and were a little uncomfortable and the tvs could use some updating for the rainy days but they worked. If I would recommend to someone I would say a family with older kids would be great.

Cyndy is awesome. She is very accommodating and quick to answer any emails/texts. The house is perfect for two couples. The bedrooms are on separate ends of the house offering privacy and space. The best part of the house is the lake view. The enormous windows from the living space offer a beautiful lake view. Accessing the water is easy and there is plenty of outdoor seating and space. We will visit again!

Beautiful property! Perfect for what we needed during our stay in Hot Springs over the 4th of July holiday. The description of the home and amenities is accurate. We have stayed at the Anderson house several times now and will continue to come back. We love the location and the house. Either swimming from the dock or launching out boat from the great dock we love everything about this place. Beautiful inside and out!

Our family of 5 stayed for a few days and here’s what we really liked. The location is great and we were close to a ton of things to do and places to eat. The backyard and private pier are super relaxing with really perfect views. The house was a good size for our family and it was nice having the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and out process was easy. The kitchen is a good size and stocked with all the comforts of home. There were a few things that could have been improved. The host lives in the same house. She has a separate entrance to where she stays and does not appear to have access to the rest of the house. This should have been included in the listing. We did feel a considerable lack of privacy and it affected our entire stay.

Lovely home with terrific views on Lake Hamilton was perfect for the 2 couples staying there. This is an older house with lots of character that has been updated where it’s important. The backyard deck and patios are perfect for morning coffee and happy hour wine. Very convenient to get to restaurants and sightseeing in Hot Springs. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay! Beautiful house right on the lake . The view from every room is amazing! Private dock to hold boat and swim / fish from. Really close to anything you wanna do yet secluded and private. Owner is very nice and lives right next door if anything comes up you might need.

Our family stayed in this quaint cottage that has exceptional views of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and had absolutely no issues with the property. Check in and check out was a breeze, and Ms. Cyndy is a gracious host. Only 15 minutes to most places. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this property for a short getaway and overall had an okay experience. The home itself was as described and had a nice setting, especially with access to the dock.One thing I would note for future guests is that the owner lives on the property in a connected space within the same house. While there is a separate entrance, the areas are divided by an interior door located off the master bedroom closet. This wasn’t entirely clear to me before arrival, so it may be helpful for others to be aware of the layout in advance.During our stay, the owner was present in her portion of the home, which may or may not affect guests depending on their expectations for privacy.As for the fishing, we didn’t have much luck aside from turtles, but that could vary depending on timing.Overall, it was a decent stay,

We absolutely LOVE Cyndy! She really came through for us: a massive cold-front had come through the night we arrived and the wind knocked a tree into a power-line that caused the electricity to be out the first day we were there. Cyndy kept us informed throughout the day and checked on us to make sure we were okay.The house is beautiful and the lake on which it sits is very nice. We just wish we'd had actual March weather so we could've enjoyed it better! LOLMy family and I heartily recommend this property and this property owner (Cyndy) and we look forward to coming here again!
