We stay here a few times a year to visit a friend and this visit had an extra bonus in the new-opened Thai restaurant -Sawaan. It was excellent food- a cut above the usual and really delicious. We will always return to the Quays but now have another incentive.

I thought the motel was a good choice and great value. It's a short and very pleasant walk into town along the foreshore. My room was comfortable and spacious. Onsite is an excellent Thai restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious dinner. Shame I was only there for one night.

Previous reviews I mentioned placement of bathroom hooks, way to high to reach (still) Very surprized that no room service unless 3 day stay not on hotels.com website. Understand about sheets,towels not being changed for the environment,but one face washer and one hand towel to be shared for two persons was not good.Unhygienic. Not so much an issue of protecting the environment (read the notice in the bathroom) but of cutting labour costs. Also, mini garbage bins need to be bigger, especially for more than one night stays. No feminine disposable bags. As one with some limited hand movements found the toiletries difficult to operate. Perhaps an accessible room would have been different. Maybe bring your own. No clock, no inroom phone (digital age) but some folk still don't have these gadgets(i do). The "do not disturb" sign did not attach, too worn out sticking.Handy onsite upstairs(no lift)Thai restaurant, dine in or takeaway. Perhaps they would deliver to room for disabled guests.Tried this restaurant and found one dish to be good but avoid the money bags, expensive and awful.Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives and would return again and hopefully some of the negatives would be positives.

We were pleasantly surprised with this booking. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Staff at office were very friendly. Location excellent. The only negative would be that it is a code lock to enter... unclear if combinations change in between guests. Combination was given to me on a printed paper which leads me to believe it was not a new combination. And there was no deadbolt (or chain lock) from the inside of the room. So we were slightly disconcerted that anyone, staff, or previous guest could enter room while we were not there or worse, while we were there. But, having said this, nothing eventful happened regarding this.

I’ve stayed here before and it has lived up to all expectations. One suggestion this time around….. the room I occupied this time had the bathroom washbasin located in the room instead of in the bathroom! This was quite strange! Maybe, consider moving it into the bathroom.

Fantastic property. 10/10. Room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and lovely spa bath. Great king bed. Very easy parking. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great position too.

The place is so comfortable and wonderful, very relaxing. My kids love the place, near to everything , can walk to all places we can interesting to visit. Its so nice.

I thought the motel was a good choice and great value. It's a short and very pleasant walk into town along the foreshore. My room was comfortable and spacious. Onsite is an excellent Thai restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious dinner. Shame I was only there for one night.

The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The staff were lovely and parking was so easy. The location is wonderful - within walking distance to town and right across the way from the marina. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr gute, saubere Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung! Renovierte Zimmer, kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffee, Tee, Kekse, Wasser und Milch inkludiert. Preis Leistung ist wirklich herausragend gut! Das Restaurant über dem Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Such a shame that they advertise a restaurant, and it’s only a $140 per head fixed menu…. The local Soldiers club was fabulous.

We stay here a few times a year to visit a friend and this visit had an extra bonus in the new-opened Thai restaurant -Sawaan. It was excellent food- a cut above the usual and really delicious. We will always return to the Quays but now have another incentive.

We always stay here to visit an old friend in a nearby nursing home. The room is perfect for us with a separate bedroom. The addition of the restaurant is excellent- we have now eaten there three times. Great work to the Quays staff. ❤️

It’s an excellent motel and quite clearly it’s recently renovated. Value for money is good. I’m a travelling salesman and my only concern it’s a distance from town. I walked into town anyway but summer would be better. Not much eats except Thai restaurant up the road which was shut the other night when I was in the Bay

Excellent stay! The motel was well located for a short walk into town and was opposite the water for a nice evening stroll. The room was very clean and smelt really nice, and there was plenty of parking outside. The biggest selling point for the stay was Nicole who works on reception. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to give me advice about what to see and do on the next part of my road trip, which was hugely appreciated- a huge thank you to her. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a great 3 nights stay at the Quays hotel Batemans Bay. Located close to the golf club and soldiers club for dining options. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything in working order. The staff were great as well. Highly recommended if in Batemans Bay.
