This was a disappointing stay. It was inexpensive for Park City… but I thought due to it being shoulder season. I think it’s because this place is kind of crappy. We stayed in a studio room with a Murphy bed. So many things were broken: screen door was sitting on balcony, balcony door lock didn’t work, elevator, hot tub, hair dryer. Curtains were far too small (and translucent) for the exterior doors. The Murphy bed and 2 provided pillows were the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on and it took 90 minutes for me to fall asleep and I am still sore now, this following afternoon. I sleep better on the ground, camping. I will give credit to housekeeping…the place, for all its dings and blemishes, was very clean. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs were a nice temp.

Location was amazing! Right in the middle of Park City Mountain Village! Unit could have some better furniture but it was ok. Communication was great for checking in/out etc. parking was a breeze.

The check in process is a convoluted joke. Good luck. Pack light, you will be toting your luggage a minimum of 1 flight of stairs before access to the only elevator that was currently working. I would stay here again if I was skiing and flew in from somewhere with an overnight bag.

Rough check in. Incredibly frustrating trying to find the correct building. We overheard two other families discussing experiences similar to ours. Very long walk to room because parking is not adjacent to building A. Then once in room, we had to go back to the car with the parking pass on the back of the door. Hello…. Send a map with directions for building A versus B. Send a parking pass via email versus the lengthy walk. Again when leaving, the same frustrating process of retrieving the pass or receive a 450 charge. Definitely puts a damper on wanting to visit again.

I’ll start by saying, the room was massive and the location is perfect. The garage parking that comes included is great, and there are city buses that stop within a 15 second walk from the room. And the Park City Adventure Park is a couple minutes walk. But that’s where the positives end. The lodge was built in the 1980s, and this room shows it. The microwave is more than 40 years old and the showers have not been updated since the 90s. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, not that it even mattered because half of the channels on the TV did not work. It asked for a pin when I called their 24/7 number, the worker told me that they had no way to get it because it is up to the owner of the unit.

Holes in the carpet. Long black hairs in the shower and on the shower walls. Toilet does not flush well. Outdated furniture and fixtures. Customer service was good but they need to change some internal processes to eliminate me having to call 4 times. They were nice when I called but I shouldn’t have had to call.

My unit was B152 (in the B building). The wall treatments were peeling the the unit was dark. The bed mattress was thin and not comfortable. The floor was old and had splinters. The fireplace was malfunctioning and too loud to operate. Management did not respond to service questions or reviews. Definitely would not stay here again.

Very clean. Furnishings are a little tired, but functional. The lighting is a little odd. Good in the kitchen, but little in the main part of the room or in bed. No good place to read. Walk to the lifts is great. That's the main draw.

The unit was perfectly clean. Access was great and the heat and hot water were great! There is only one closet and one above the counter kitchen cabinet. Very few pots and 6 sets of dishes.

We had a great time. One of the toilets in the unit does not flush correctly and requires two flushes every time. They need more dishes. Only 4 coffee cups! The electric oven needs repair the thermostat does not work. I have stayed in this unit at least three times in the past. Never a problem before.

The condo was very spacious and unique architectural windows. That being said, there were no blinds or coverings for the many windows. Each morning, the sunlight woke everyone up way too early. Any kind of window coverings would of been helpful.

The unit was in terrible condition. The shower/tub did not work . No running water so we were unable to shower during our stay. The balcony was in disarray and the furniture was torn and disgusting. There was wasp nest all over so we were not able to go out and enjoy the space.

Easy and convenient, but older. Not built with ac or functional windows. The place had a makeshift and very loud in-room ac unit that woke us several times. And it was still hot even when outside temps were in the low 60s.

The unit didn't have air conditioning as advertised. It was 90 degrees when we got there at 11 pm and we couldn't cool it down, even with all the windows and doors open. We couldn't stay there. We were really disappointed because when we booked it said the unit had air conditioning and the property management people said it doesn't. We were mislead.

This unit is located in the perfect location for our family. It was ski-in/out, right by the ice skating rink/food/transportation. The condo was perfect for our family of four, with two bathrooms and a large bedroom that fit us comfortably. The only thing I wish it included, was laundry detergent, as there is an in-unit laundry available, but no supplies (need at least 1-2 for the week stay).

The check-in process was well explained in the email communication sent after booking. We stayed in building B which was okay however the view out of the window was a parking lot and not the mountains, like we had a choice. The room was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable. As this is a ski hotel and mainly used in the winter, our stay was in the summer and they supplied an in-room A/C unit which was quite noisy. The television was a perfect size and awesome picture quality however I was unable to figure out how to watch local channels and the guide left in the room was useless. Although the video and information literature about obtaining a WiFi password was provided, no WiFi password was given. I had to call the number and the person who answered had a very strong foreign accent which didn't help in writing down the password. She did suggest to text me the password which was a great idea. No hotel keys given. Room door and access from the garage or into building B required either a nine or six numbered code provided. It helped me to take a picture of this information on my phone. Another note, the scenic beauty was amazing but this is a mainly a winter resort. All most all restaurants in the resort didn't open until 10 or 11 for breakfast. If you're an early riser, you need to drive into town for a cup of coffee or meal. With so many options in Park City, we won't be staying here again.

Location was amazing! Right in the middle of Park City Mountain Village! Unit could have some better furniture but it was ok. Communication was great for checking in/out etc. parking was a breeze.

There is no human at check-in. You enter your name in a kiosk and an envelope comes out. We were dispensed the wrong key. Much smaller unit than we reserved with not enough beds. No one on site to help. We corrected it for the next night but were exhausted from travel and slept on couch.

The check in process is a convoluted joke. Good luck. Pack light, you will be toting your luggage a minimum of 1 flight of stairs before access to the only elevator that was currently working. I would stay here again if I was skiing and flew in from somewhere with an overnight bag.

Rough check in. Incredibly frustrating trying to find the correct building. We overheard two other families discussing experiences similar to ours. Very long walk to room because parking is not adjacent to building A. Then once in room, we had to go back to the car with the parking pass on the back of the door. Hello…. Send a map with directions for building A versus B. Send a parking pass via email versus the lengthy walk. Again when leaving, the same frustrating process of retrieving the pass or receive a 450 charge. Definitely puts a damper on wanting to visit again.

The place is clean and nice but very basic amenities. Coffee is bad and they offer powdered creamer and basic sugar. Shower amenities are basic. The amount of locatios you have to enter a 9 digit code is very cumbersome. Instructions to find this specific room were veey confusing and there is no front desk, only a number. The staff is extremely friendly though and seemed to be familiar with the same complaints. They were responsive and helpful any time of day

Great location, able to walk right out the door to numerous activities. Easy check in and check out. Room had ample space, stocked with all the necessities for a family. Very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone.

I’ll start by saying, the room was massive and the location is perfect. The garage parking that comes included is great, and there are city buses that stop within a 15 second walk from the room. And the Park City Adventure Park is a couple minutes walk. But that’s where the positives end. The lodge was built in the 1980s, and this room shows it. The microwave is more than 40 years old and the showers have not been updated since the 90s. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, not that it even mattered because half of the channels on the TV did not work. It asked for a pin when I called their 24/7 number, the worker told me that they had no way to get it because it is up to the owner of the unit.

This unit is located in the perfect location for our family. It was ski-in/out, right by the ice skating rink/food/transportation. The condo was perfect for our family of four, with two bathrooms and a large bedroom that fit us comfortably. The only thing I wish it included, was laundry detergent, as there is an in-unit laundry available, but no supplies (need at least 1-2 for the week stay).

The check-in process was well explained in the email communication sent after booking. We stayed in building B which was okay however the view out of the window was a parking lot and not the mountains, like we had a choice. The room was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable. As this is a ski hotel and mainly used in the winter, our stay was in the summer and they supplied an in-room A/C unit which was quite noisy. The television was a perfect size and awesome picture quality however I was unable to figure out how to watch local channels and the guide left in the room was useless. Although the video and information literature about obtaining a WiFi password was provided, no WiFi password was given. I had to call the number and the person who answered had a very strong foreign accent which didn't help in writing down the password. She did suggest to text me the password which was a great idea. No hotel keys given. Room door and access from the garage or into building B required either a nine or six numbered code provided. It helped me to take a picture of this information on my phone. Another note, the scenic beauty was amazing but this is a mainly a winter resort. All most all restaurants in the resort didn't open until 10 or 11 for breakfast. As first time visitors this place was VERY accommodating. I chose this place due to the fact that there was no snow in the east & we had a friend who has never skied... However, it was WAY too overpriced for a group of non-avid skiers & certainly not all the lifts were operating. The shuttle from the airport was $140--ONE WAY! ---literally feel raped with the cost of lift tickets, food at certain restaurants were ridiculous- Pizza & Noodle on main street- $30 for tortellini & Alfredo- NO MEAT, Go to fresh market & make a full meal for your family at that price ...But just like Disney, the place was packed & people payed-(roll eyes of ridiculousness).. The accommodations we stayed at were great & had all the amenities we needed. There is a Fresh Market within walking distance but I would recommend the bus or car service if you have an abundant bags of groceries. Bus service is free to many locations.We had a really nice time but I will never return when I can get lift tickets in PA & NY for over half the price...

Great unit. Clean and well done. Finding unit and parking was definitely confusing. Reservation said Blg B but we ended in A and Blg A parking was closed. We parked in Blg B parking but that was not an easy find either.

Parking instructions were very specific, however inaccurate due to construction on the parking garage. We arrived late at night, and parked across the street in a parking lot that was VERY POORLY marked. We looked for signs, knowing parking is rarely without restrictions. No overnight parking was allowed, and our car was towed.

For the summer traveler- if you receive a YouTube video with instructions, watch it. It will save you so much time parking, finding your room, etc. It was a wonderful off season stay! Worth every penny. They didn't advertise the pool was still heated but it was an amazing surprise. Wonderful water temp and no crowds. Close by restaurant and several downtown on Main favorites were open for business. Great hospitality and peaceful surroundings. Summer is a great time to visit the Lodge.
