1- There is old man in the reception, he doesn’t have any respect and he speak very rudely ( camera recording can be opened and see his behavior). 2- I booked a standard room and they didn’t inform that there is no windows. I found room without windows at sides, only opening up to the roof. 3- The internet connection is very very weak that I couldn’t open any internet page. 4-The landline telephone in the room is not working so you can’t call the reception for anything. 5- I found three cockroaches in my room and there are photos

I liked the location. I didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't have a functional restaurant.

Listed amenities were false. No 24 hour business center, no restaurant on site offering breakfast, bed linens were dirty. Whenever I left the room the key cards wouldn’t let me back in effectively locking me out of the room multiple times. Upon leaving, noticed bug bites on my person. Checked out after 1 day of a 3 day reservation. Asked for but was refused a receipt upon checkout. Indifferent staff to my concerns.

Sleeping with open window is impossible as way too loud during the night. Tge staff was okay, half way to unfriendly. I asked for a second glass for the room in tge afternoon. No glass in the whole hotel available, it should be brought the next day. Staff forgot. The same for repairing the hairdryer and the powerplug in the bathroom. Poor service. Restaurant permanently closed. Carpets in room old and dirty. Within 15min walking you reach the old town, so location is good.

Een deel van het tapijt in de slaapkamer was nat door een lek in de badkamer. Verder, ondanks anders vermeld op de Expedia pagina kan je hier geen baggage achter laten om later op te halen. Ligt vlakbij een aangenaam park en op wandelafstand van enkele attracties.

Ill always give an honest review of where I stay. So..we arrived early, and were greeted by a horrible, ignorant, rude man that barked at us . As we were early, we were willing to pay for an early check in, but a lady came along and kindly let us check in early. We were very grateful . This was the only positive. We stayed in a duplex and it was grim- faeces smears in the toilet, bed not made up- we had to dress our own bed, damp patches on the wall and loads of spiders and spashes of stuff on the walls But we were grateful for the early check in and made the most of it. We had a couple of run ins with the vile old man there, any time we had to ask anything he was so vile and nasty- we shouldn't be met with such hostility in a hotel we are paying for. On check out, we asked to leave baggage and the woman barked at us and got furious, saying they have no luggage room and that theyre already looking after bags(?). I was like youre a hotel and you dont have a baggage room.. ive travelled 70 countries and over 200 hotels and never encountered this! I said i cant wait to review this place and she started screaming at me. It's funny, i had the equivalent of 40 euro in rom i wss going to tip her by way of thanks for the early check in...that went on a nice lunch elsewhere. Theres also no restaurant, signs everywhere threatening fines and its generally awful. The bed was comfy though.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Leider ist das Restaurant derzeit geschlossen, somit auch kein Frühstück. Ansonsten gut bis auf ein pasr Kleinigkeiten.

The room was nice and clean. I wanted to live not too far away from the North Train station, and it took me 20 minutes by foot. The park Cismigiu is 2 minutes away, the old city 20 minutes to walk to. They do not provide breakfast because they do not have a restaurant ( this was in August 23) but there are some shops about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and a nice Trattoria Buon Amici ( Italian restaurant) 3 minutes away.

We loved our recent stay for NYE in Bucharest. Staff couldnt be any more helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the kitchen was still under renovation, meaning we had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Plus the lift was still being refurbished too, which was a bit annoying as we had a pram with us. However this is not the staff's fault and this was all fully explained on check in. The hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard and looks very smart and is very clean. Our 2 year old was left a little elf toy and chocolates on the bed on day two from staff which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again, good hotel in a good location with very friendly staff.

Struttura accettabile, anche le dimensioni della camera erano abbastanza adeguate, ma la pulizia inesistente. Dopo esserci lamentati della sporcizia delle federe e delle lenzuola macchiate e ricoperte di capelli ovunque, ci è stato risposto con arroganza che erano nuove e non potevano cambiarle. Lasciando correre questo fatto, ci siamo poi accorti che l’armadio, l’unico, ad anta scorrevole nella camera era completamente rotto, un’anta non scorreva ed era impossibile utilizzarlo; anche riguardo questo appunto e richiesta di aiuto ci è stato risposto che dovevamo farcelo andare bene e non erano affari loro. Dopo questi due appunti l’atteggiamento della receptionist nei nostri confronti era a dir poco arrogante e con un tono incredulo come se stessimo dicendo menzogne improponibili. Senza trascurare la chiamata che ci è stata fatta come rimprovero dopo aver chiesto al ragazzo delle pulizie di cambiarci le federe, in cui ribadivano di come fosse inammissibile la richiesta. La doccia della camera era completamente piena di calcare che tralasciava un odore sgradevole, ma per il resto il bagno andava bene. Non ci torneremo, peccato perché la struttura è stata apprezzata per la zona comoda vicino al centro.

Location by a nice park and walking distance to center and old town. Tram also passes by the hotel. You get what you pay for, room smelled like perfume and piss but other than that it was comfortable. Big TV, good water pressure and fridge. Disappointed that they didn't clean the room but only stayed 2 nights.

Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Warm clean rooms. Very nice decor throughout. If im in the area i would stay again.

Abbiamo pernottato per 4 notti. Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato la camera sporca, porta carta igienica rotto, scotch che teneva il cornicione della porta del bagno, lenzuola sporche e mancavano le luci nel bagno e nella camera, abbiamo contatto hotels.com ,molto professionali, per cercare di risolvere il problema e farci aiutare dato che la reception non era disponibile. L'indomani mattina ci hanno proposto il cambio di stanza, in un'altra che era ancora più sporca e malandata della prima(muffa nella doccia e ragnatele), quindi siamo stati costretti a rimanere nella prima che almeno la doccia era l'unica cosa pulita. Inoltre, avevamo prenotato la camera standard per 2 persone con letto matrimoniale e abbiamo trovato una camera comunicante con quella accanto dal quale si sentiva tutto e non c'era privacy. Non meno importante abbiamo chiesto di tenere le valigie , dato che l'aereo partiva nel tardo pomeriggio e c'è stato detto di no perché non c'era spazio. Prima e ultima volta.

Very clean hotel! Kind stuff! Overall it was a pleasant staying.

A ver es cierto que por 50€ la noche no vamos a pedir el Ritz, pero lo que se ve en la web dista años luz de la realidad del hotel. Esta en un estado muy malo, por no decir lamentable. Las habitaciones muy abandonadas, sucias. Las zonas comunes igual. No somos delicados, hemos dormidos en sitios para tener pesadillas, pero muy cortito, casi más un dos estrellas.

Excellent location, beautiful building, nice bathroom - however, the room temperature regulation was bad, especially the bathroom felt often like the entrance to a sauna (it was too hot and difficult to ventilate), and the toilet refiling after flushing took almost half an hour and was clearly audible in the room (which means that you will definitely wake up your roommate when going to the toilet at night). The fridge does not work.

Stuck me in a room with no windows at the end of the reception hall so every single conversation at reception echoed through my room.

Very quiet and a great air conditioning system.

I understand this hotel is cheap so was not expecting anything incredible. However the hotel is very dark and trying to find the room on its own was interesting as the signage isn’t great. The website says this is in the city which it’s 10 15 minutes walk anywhere and you are unable to buy water from reception in the evening. We arrive at the room to find that it is very small and basic ( which was as expected) however there was no windows so we felt very closed in. The air conditioner was on the whole time due to the temperature being 40 degrees and after 10 minutes of being in the room its was hot and muggy. The AC machine makes funny noises to the point you wake up every hour making you think someone is trying to break in .

I arrived at 12 am , door was closed and the receptionest was sleeping. I waited almost one hour to find someone helping me to call the hotel number because i didnt have a sim card on romania when i arrived

The room was much larger than what we anticipated from the photos, which was great! The reception also kindly accommodated our late check-in which was super helpful.

Check in times are untill midnight, after that you cannot enter so basically just sleep outside. You will not be announced by them about this inconvenient so that’s why they have non refundable policy. I don’t know why are they still open with this kind of policy.

Staff is very friendly

I had a fantastic stay at Trianon! The central location was ideal, allowing me to easily access everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep, thanks to the diligent efforts of the cleaning team. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this lovely hotel in the future.

Man from reception was very very rude.

The staff is nice and they are very attentive with my needs. I come here because they don't disturb me and when cleaning is during the day is quite. The hotel is safe and central location.

The Trianon Hotel is 15 minutos to Nord Bus/Train station and 15 minutes to the city center. Can go Washington everywhere from there

Helpful reception, good clear instruction and communication, near and clean, modern room.

Cercano al centro andando. Edificio algo deteriorado en el exterior pero correcto. El interior cuidado y limpio. Personal muy amable, nos dejaron entrar antes de tiempo y guardaron nuestras maletas el último día.

L'hôtel est très bien placé à cote du parc Cismigiu et du centre de Bucarest, la place d'Université. Le personnel est très professionnel et aimable. La chambre est propre et assez moderne. On peut prendre un bon petit-déjeuner à la place Kogalniceanu, à 10 minutes de marche à pied .

El alojamiento no tiene nada de especial. Cero servicios de recepción ni restaurante o lobby bar.

Första intrycket var sådär men trots en lite tvivelaktig reception var detta ett ganska ok hotell. Det ligger i ett lugnt område med trevliga parken Cișmigiu runt hörnet. På fredagskvällen var parken full av människor som drack vin, åt medhavd kvällsmat eller bara promenerade. Väldigt trevligt att vara i ett vanligt bostadsområde, man blir snabbt trött på gamla stan och alla turister. Vid parken ligger även ett par restauranger, ganska skönt när man inte orkar traska in till gamla stan. Spårvagnen från Gara de Nord stannar precis utanför. Vi hittade inget bra sätt att åka kollektivt in till gamla stan, men det går säkert. Trevlig promenad genom parken dock. Vårt tvåbäddsrum hade fönster mot innergården och var väldigt tyst. Det var nog delvis nyrenoverat, men en del, som golvet till exempel, var ganska slitet. Bra badrum med stor dusch även om toaletten spolade ganska dåligt. Sköna sängar med dito kuddar och täcken. Mycket bra knappt märkbar luftkonditionering. Hotellet har tyvärr ingen frukost och de få restauranger som fanns i närheten öppnade först nio.

Çeşmeci parkının yanında bulunan otelin kahvaltı seçeneği bulunmuyor. 2 katlı otelin çatı katında kaldım. Boyum 1.87 olmasına rağmen herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Çatı pencerelerinde perde mevcut ve açıp kapamasını kolaylaştırmak için odaya merdiven bırakmışlar. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterince iyiydi, temizlik konusunda sorun yoktu ve çok sessizdi. Hemen yakınında market olması avantaj.

Alles prima. Leider kein Frühstück im Hotel. Es gab aber einen Heisswasserkocher und Kaffee im Zimmer. Gerne wieder.
