Loved the St Pierre Park Hotel - exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable public areas, great leisure facilities with easy parking too. Our room was very comfortable with excellent, modern bathroom, good in-room drinks tray, ironing board etc and plenty of space. The whole hotel was immaculately clean with well kept grounds and the breakfast service offered lots of choice from buffet to individual menu items. We all loved the pool and sauna and wish we had stayed longer to try all the other leisure facilities on offer! Waitrose a couple of minutes walk away if you have forgotten anything! For a family break I cannot imagine anywhere better. Thank you so much to all the team for a fabulous stay. We will be back!

We had a fabulous 4 days at the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional, and food generally was a good standard. Every member of staff went out of their way to make the stay so enjoyable. Room with views over the lake was excellent. Two big events were put on over the weekend, but no excessive noise. Out only slight disappointment was the spa facilities were fully booked,.which the ladies in our party were looking forward to using.

Staff in bar and restaurant were polite and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Room was large and clean with everything we needed. Used pool daily which was clean and quiet, liked the kids free times

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful pool. Great food both at breakfast and in the bar. Friendly staff, although don't try to get the front desk to book you a taxi - they didn't tell us there were none available until the time we were due to leave, just download the Guernsey taxi app yourself. Grounds are lovely and good for a toddler to play ( though obviously you need to be alert to the open water). We had a family room with 2 connecting rooms. Really spacious and lovely to be able to shut the door in the evening and still have some adult time. Hotel is close to bus routes, we walked to both the mini golf (great fun) and Saumarez park. Would stay again!

Having previously stayed at the hotel many years previously, we decided to book for a post-Christmas break and to attend the new year celebration. Our room was well looked-after by housekeeping with bed-making and turn-down provided. The pool was lovely and the gym well-equipped. The New Year's Eve event was very enjoyable with delicious meal and good local band. Breakfast was a delight with help yourself continental and full english on offer. Alternatively, one could order from the kitchen. Food at the Terrace bar was lovely too. Unfortunately the weather was not kind enough to really appreciate the grounds and outdoor hot tub. The staff could not be faulted. Our stay ticked all our boxes. Hopefully it will tick yours.

I"ve stayed in many of Guernsey\'s wonderful hotels! this is not one of them.The staff was ok, but none of them would give me slippers or flip flops! how do I walk around the pool area? Towels at the Pool was another horror! I paid additional fees for my grandchildren to swim one day. No Towels... Its for Spa members only. Why are you a hotel then?? Ridiculous policies ruin this property!!

We made use of the pool and outdoor hot tub which was nice to do on a sunny day. We had lunch on arrival while we waited for our room to become ready and it was tasty and of good quality. Could have happily spent more time in the hotel itself but we were busy exploring. It is a bit of a long walk down to the main town but we walked down most days and taxi'd back up.

We had a lovely four night stay at this hotel. The accommodation was of a very high standard and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The location was ideal for exploring the whole island . The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or meal in the sunshine. Best of all were the staff, everyone we met was efficient and friendly but unobtrusive and very professional at every level. Thank you.

Staff friendly, efficient and easy to talk with. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food options apart from breakfast and Sunday lunch were limited. Unfortunately the menu in the Terrace was not very good, we didn’t go into the Hugo or main dining room so we can’t judge the options there. The waiting staff had to wait on the Terrace and the dining rooms which on one evening just couldn’t cope. A nearby hotel had a fantastic restaurant and bar menu which shouldn’t be difficult to replicate at the St Pierre Park which locals unanimously believe is the best hotel on the island.

A lovely hotel with great facilities. We had a Master Suite with it's own garden and private hotub, very luxurious. Be aware that the hotel is a popular event venue and at times the events and the kitchen noise can be intrusive, worth checking on arrival if any events are planned. The staff are very helpful and understanding around the noise issue. Food and Drink quality is superb.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, engaging and go above and beyond to make our stay a highly pleasant one. The food is exquisite, the mattresses are so comfortable and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and will be back again (hopefully soon!)

Overall excellent as usual! - early continental breakfast (0530) was no problem. My only (small) complaint is that there are no USB sockets (or even normal sockets) near the bed. Overall excellent

This is a lovely hotel to stay in. The rooms are spacious and quiet with nice views across the grounds, everything is clean and well maintained. We made use of the pool and outdoor hot tub which was nice to do on a sunny day. We had lunch on arrival while we waited for our room to become ready and it was tasty and of good quality. Could have happily spent more time in the hotel itself but we were busy exploring. It is a bit of a long walk down to the main town but we walked down most days and taxi'd back up.

We had a lovely four night stay at this hotel. The accommodation was of a very high standard and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The location was ideal for exploring the whole island . The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or meal in the sunshine. Best of all were the staff, everyone we met was efficient and friendly but unobtrusive and very professional at every level. Thank you.

Friendly staff, although don't try to get the front desk to book you a taxi - they didn't tell us there were none available until the time we were due to leave, just download the Guernsey taxi app yourself. Grounds are lovely and good for a toddler to play ( though obviously you need to be alert to the open water). We had a family room with 2 connecting rooms. Really spacious and lovely to be able to shut the door in the evening and still have some adult time. Hotel is close to bus routes, we walked to both the mini golf (great fun) and Saumarez park. Would stay again!

Staff friendly, efficient and easy to talk with. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food options apart from breakfast and Sunday lunch were limited. Unfortunately the menu in the Terrace was not very good, we didn’t go into the Hugo or main dining room so we can’t judge the options there. The waiting staff had to wait on the Terrace and the dining rooms which on one evening just couldn’t cope. A nearby hotel had a fantastic restaurant and bar menu which shouldn’t be difficult to replicate at the St Pierre Park which locals unanimously believe is the best hotel on the island.

Breakfast while being extensive the cooked food was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were bland and almost watery. Unappetising. Also mushrooms and tomatoes. Meals in The Terrace were lovely. Gardens fabulous. Lovely walk to “19” with great bar and food.

Loved the St Pierre Park Hotel - exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable public areas, great leisure facilities with easy parking too. Our room was very comfortable with excellent, modern bathroom, good in-room drinks tray, ironing board etc and plenty of space. The whole hotel was immaculately clean with well kept grounds and the breakfast service offered lots of choice from buffet to individual menu items. We all loved the pool and sauna and wish we had stayed longer to try all the other leisure facilities on offer! Waitrose a couple of minutes walk away if you have forgotten anything! For a family break I cannot imagine anywhere better. Thank you so much to all the team for a fabulous stay. We will be back!

The staff everywhere were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was excellent & the bar great too. The spa & heated pool very clean. Everything here was perfect, we totally recommend the Pierre Park Hotel. Bus stop close too.

We had a fabulous 4 days at the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional, and food generally was a good standard. Every member of staff went out of their way to make the stay so enjoyable. Room with views over the lake was excellent. Two big events were put on over the weekend, but no excessive noise. Out only slight disappointment was the spa facilities were fully booked,.which the ladies in our party were looking forward to using.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, engaging and go above and beyond to make our stay a highly pleasant one. The food is exquisite, the mattresses are so comfortable and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and will be back again (hopefully soon!)

Having previously stayed at the hotel many years previously, we decided to book for a post-Christmas break and to attend the new year celebration. Our room was well looked-after by housekeeping with bed-making and turn-down provided. The pool was lovely and the gym well-equipped. The New Year's Eve event was very enjoyable with delicious meal and good local band. Breakfast was a delight with help yourself continental and full english on offer. Alternatively, one could order from the kitchen. Food at the Terrace bar was lovely too. Unfortunately the weather was not kind enough to really appreciate the grounds and outdoor hot tub. The staff could not be faulted. Our stay ticked all our boxes. Hopefully it will tick yours.

Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel set in lovely grounds and clean . Bedroom clean and housekeeping every day . Breakfast was really good. Evening meals in the bar were fab and delicious. So was lunch. We didn’t have a car so we used the local buses which were on time and a good way to get into town centre as well as visiting local beaches on the island and the fare was reasonable £2.00 to anywhere . Would like to mention one staff member the Conceirge Darlington who was most helpful . Very friendly and advised where to visit etc

Guernsey is a lovely island and everyone was helpful including hotel staff. This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. However, it is unfortunate that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The week I stayed was a week with unseasonably hot weather, and it was very warm in the rooms. A fan and a window do not give enough fresh air during times of hotter weather. Regardless of the weather, this should be considered for future use. Apart from this, the hotel was lovely and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would hope to return in the future.
