Westhill Country Hotel

Budget room was a decent size with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. However, sound travels through the walls a bit. Staff were helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t use the pool as the weather was cold, but towels are provided and you can lounge on the chairs outside. Full breakfast was delicious with buffet continental selection. Bus access to the hotel can be slightly limited, so plan in advance. The morning shuttle bus is useful.

I booked a single room ant it was newly decorated and very clean with very good facilities. My only comment would be that the single bed was on castors so it moved about when you were in it. It also had no headboard so the pillows fell down the back during the night. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. Hopefully double rooms have better beds. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were very good. I had a lovely cooked breakfast which was included, and it was very trasty and well cooked. Overall, all apart form the bed it was a very good stay and I enjoyed it.

The hotel is very clean and looked after. The staff are very helpful and breakfast has plenty of choice. The garden area is excellent with plenty of seating and lovely pool area.
