Best Western Sugarland Inn

Room could have been cleaner and could have had more amenities. Staff was great!! Parking was good. Lots of noise in the hotel and out on the streets. Room was to expensive for what we got.

The room was very clean and well maintained. There was enough parking all around. It had very convenient amenities such as a weight room. The staff was very friendly.

Overall this was an average hotel.The room was fairly clean. Parts of the room needed a deeper clean like the doors, pictures and headboards. The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory with service from 6:00 AM -9:00 AM. The air conditioning system was fair. The AC system was noisy. Our next door neighbors in room 214 were smoking weed in a non smoking floor. We knew this because the smell traveled throughout the hallway.

Clean room, comfy bed and kind and helpful front desk staff.
