Nice Hotel, garden and spacious suite with beautiful view. Great friendly staff. "Sand" beach is very small but was enough for us in April as the hotel was still quite empty. Mostly rock beach with platforms. Spa and gym close too early at 6.30pm.

Fantastisk fint hotell med nydelig mat, strand og masse flotte aktiviteter. Utmerket service i alle ledd. Meget hyggelig personale, men det var et konstant mas for salg av massasje og drikkevarer på stranda og i barene. Om vi ikke ga tips ble servitørene synlig irriterte. Meget stive priser i restaurantene og i mini markedet. Fine og store rom men nedslitte senger. Treningssenteret var meget dårlig. Dårlig utstyr og plass til maks 3 personer. Ved utsjekk ble jeg også oppfordret til å gi tips til personalet noe jeg hadde gjort under oppholdet. Syntes det var ubehagelig å bli presset til p betale enda mer ved en utsjekk.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Pools dürfen gerne etwas wärmer sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet würde ein bisschen mehr frisches Obst anstatt Konserve vertragen. Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundliches Personal.

The best thing by far was the staff! Always very attentive but the pool, bar, in the restaurants and at reception. I noted that I did not have a preference on Expedia to request two single beds, so I messaged the hotel through Expedia, this message for some reason was not received despite receiving a message. However, the hotel managed to sort a temporary solution and moved rooms after 2 days. The food at the buffet was very good with lots of options. The hotel itself was a little dated, with some rooms different than others. The gym lacked free weights and only had a cable machine and cardio machines, I think that could be improved on. If you don’t have a car it may be a little difficult to get around, though the small town/ village of Elounda is just about walkable. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel if your looking to stay in the Elounda area.

This is a very large complex which is set very close to the sea and within a 30 minute walk of Elounda town & Square. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff are friendly. There are several pool areas and a beach side sunbathing Terrace with a nice but expensive pool bar. On balance, this being the end of the season, the whole place felt very tired and cleaning standards were not good. Dirty bits of napkin propping up table legs, filthy floors, huge balls of dust in our room etc. plus general maintenance needs and standards were disappointing. Overall, there are parts of this resort that feel five star and others that feel three star at best the rooms feel very dated and tired. We also found that the photos depicting our Seaview classic bungalow did not show the reality of the tiny outside space either. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, but very busy and there is seating inside and outside, but inside sadly reminded us of school dinners in the canteen! Quality of food was generally good but the quality of the coffee was truly dreadful so don’t bother and get one in town instead! Views from our room were beautiful and the resort was generally peaceful at night and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. This resort has so much potential to be wonderful and a real five star experience based on its location and facilities. But poor cleanliness, dated rooms in need of maintenance and lack of attention to details let it down.

Basic gym equipment/ unable to do weight training - poor gym for a 5star resort. Spa was incredible Dining options weren’t great and couldn’t order snacks to the sun loungers - not even a fruit salad.

Beautiful resort on the water. Lots of walking around the resort to get to the pools or beach but well worth it! The only downside was people were reserving chairs by just putting towls on them as early as 8am. By the time we got to the pool at 9:30 there were no chairs at all. Need to have staff saying you can’t do that feather than a small sign. We loved the overall hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in dit hotel. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom door het uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Ze stonden altijd klaar om al onze vragen te beantwoorden en gaven ons het gevoel dat niets te veel gevraagd was. De kamer was simpelweg *waaw*! Heel ruim, modern ingericht en vooral brandschoon. Het bed was supercomfortabel en de voorzieningen in de kamer maakten ons verblijf extra aangenaam. Ook het prachtig uitzicht maakte het een luxe ervaring. Het ontbijt en diner waren ook fantastisch met een breed scala aan keuzes. De boottocht die we maakten en aangeboden werd door het hotel was een super ervaring. Kortom, dit hotel is een echte aanrader!

All inclusive is worth it. Enjoyed the spa services as well - a little overpriced in my opinion but you will still enjoy it. Accommodations were clean and housekeeping was responsive. Had an issue with the staff not being culturally humble when I arrived and there was a misunderstanding that was offensive to me and was difficult to approach them after.

The property is amazing with incredible views to relax. The food and drinks were very good. Rooms are big and clean. The only minor downside is the bars being understaffed, so you have to wait regularly for 20-30 minutes for drinks. Especially the beach bar.

We stayed in a premium suite with ocean view balcony. The pools and buildings are very nice, and the staff are plentiful and helpful. But the resort is isolated, and the resort seems to discourage guests from leaving. The "concierge" seemed completely unprepared to help. She could not recommend any restaurants in town, or recommend any tours. She could not help with public transportation or private car service. Our best help came from taxi drivers. They promoted a "movie night", but would not tell us what the movie would be until that day! Most of the guests appear to be older couples and their adult children, who just plan to lay on the beach and eat. The "gym" facility was a joke. A small room totally out of scale to the resort. The slate floor in our room was filthy. Every time we walked on it in bare feet, our feet became black. The private beach area attracts plastic waste. The sand was covered in plastic trash and plastic was floating in the water. This is a general problem in the Meditteranean today. Meals were very expensive. The lunch buffet was 41 euro per person. In addition, I arrived to lunch wearing a t-shirt and swimsuit, and was asked to go back to my room and change into shorts. They had no problem with the young woman wearing a thong and mesh cover up. I expect more for what we paid, at what was presented as a luxury resort.

Grande Chambre agréable avec terrasse, salle de bain pas très propre, besoin de rénovation, hôtel avec beaucoup d’escalier pour accéder aux équipements, hôtel calme, buffet très bon à part le café le matin , service très long pour avoir son café ,très peu d’animation le soir , on aurait voulu une ambiance de musique grecque, la seule soirée grecque était payante, dommage pour les autres, surtout au prix élevé auquel nous avons payé la chambre. Il n’y a pas de centre ou commerce à pied dans les alentours , il faut être véhiculé .

Tolle Restaurantmöglichkeiten neben dem Hauptspeisesaal, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Essen und Anlage top, die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind zwar sauber, aber leider etwas älter. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel mit eleganter Ausstattung liegt sehr schön am Hang und ist im Village Stil gebaut, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer (bungalow sea view, upper floor) war im hinteren Hotelbereich und hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht von Elounda. This is a lovely hotel built in the style of a Greek village going down a hill to the sea. Our room was modern with a lovely sea view. The buffet breakfast and evening buffet meal in the main restaurant were very good as were the other restaurants. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make out stay enjoyable.

The hotel was good and clean, and the staff were friendly and very polite. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the room we booked looked quite different from what was advertised – it was outdated and did not include the private sun loungers that had been shown. The buffet selection was good, but the quality could be improved, and guests were dependent on staff to provide cutlery and other essentials. One of the main downsides was that, despite having booked all-inclusive, every time we ordered water at the table (which was kind of obligatory), we were presented with a bill – although the amount was always zero, it was solely for tips - to sign for tips. This happened several times a day and was quite annoying. In our opinion, this practice does not match the standards of a five-star all-inclusive hotel. That being said, we still had a lovely holiday overall and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

A fabulous view across the bay this hotel did not disappoint. Great accommodation and we upgraded to the room with a private pool, well worth it. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice the alternative restaurants where an affordable treat with an extensive wine list offering both local and regional mainland options. I can recommend this hotel to friends and family.

All considered the place is nice and good quality for money but I didn’t get the “5 stars resort” vibe especially regarding meals. Main pros are service (staff extremely nice) and settings (beautiful views and nice location if you have a car). Main con is food. Meals in the main restaurant weren’t great (other than breakfast). Quite repetitive and while some dishes were nice others were below standard. Other negative point is that even with all inclusive you had to pay for most dishes at the other restaurants available (or very limited choices for dishes included in the all inclusive package) but the restaurants were nice, great settings/service and food was good there. However the staff was very kind and helped us find another room more in line with what we were expecting. Views are amazing especially on the sunrise and the little private beach is great even if it may be difficult to have the flexibility to chose between sun and shadow in certain moments of the day. This is a very large complex which is set very close to the sea and within a 30 minute walk of Elounda town & Square. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff are friendly. There are several pool areas and a beach side sunbathing Terrace with a nice but expensive pool bar. On balance, this being the end of the season, the whole place felt very tired and cleaning standards were not good. Dirty bits of napkin propping up table legs, filthy floors, huge balls of dust in our room etc. plus general maintenance needs and standards were disappointing. Overall, there are parts of this resort that feel five star and others that feel three star at best the rooms feel very dated and tired. We also found that the photos depicting our Seaview classic bungalow did not show the reality of the tiny outside space either. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, but very busy and there is seating inside and outside, but inside sadly reminded us of school dinners in the canteen! Quality of food was generally good but the quality of the coffee was truly dreadful so don’t bother and get one in town instead! Views from our room were beautiful and the resort was generally peaceful at night and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. This resort has so much potential to be wonderful and a real five star experience based on its location and facilities. But poor cleanliness, dated rooms in need of maintenance and lack of attention to details let it down.

Views from our room were beautiful and the resort was generally peaceful at night and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. This resort has so much potential to be wonderful and a real five star experience based on its location and facilities. But poor cleanliness, dated rooms in need of maintenance and lack of attention to details let it down.

Excellent service and very quality and good selection of food and drink on the Premium All Inclusive Plan. Special mention to Mirabello! We had a small problem with the ladder into the private pool. We spoke to the staff and it was fixed in a couple of hours! Also it will work out expensive if you are not on the "all inclusive" rate Staff really friendly and nothing too much trouble. Only issues; its a long way from Elounda (4KM) and as usual some people love to "towel claim" sunbeds but that's not really something the hotel can control. All in all excellent

All inclusive is worth it. Enjoyed the spa services as well - a little overpriced in my opinion but you will still enjoy it. Accommodations were clean and housekeeping was responsive. Had an issue with the staff not being culturally humble when I arrived and there was a misunderstanding that was offensive to me and was difficult to approach them after.

A beautiful week spent here - all staff wonderful,couldn't do enough to help, polite and pleasant, especially Maria our Mythica hostess and all of the Spa team. Everything/everyone is so relaxed and relaxing.... Yes, there are things to have a wee moan about if you want to (the All Inclusive is not totally all inclusive, which can be a bit tedious, the pool area is very small for the size of the hotel, but there is ample area down by the beach and seafront - we are late risers so not too fazed by it - a tip if you are, is to book a swim-up room). But everything good about this hotel far outweighs those factors - the location, the views, the staff, the food, the rooms, the Spa. Loved it.

The best thing by far was the staff! Always very attentive but the pool, bar, in the restaurants and at reception. I noted that I did not have a preference on Expedia to request two single beds, so I messaged the hotel through Expedia, this message for some reason was not received despite receiving a message. However, the hotel managed to sort a temporary solution and moved rooms after 2 days. The food at the buffet was very good with lots of options. The hotel itself was a little dated, with some rooms different than others. The gym lacked free weights and only had a cable machine and cardio machines, I think that could be improved on. If you don’t have a car it may be a little difficult to get around, though the small town/ village of Elounda is just about walkable. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel if your looking to stay in the Elounda area.

The hotel was very well laid outand the staff were excellent. We had an issue with the room but as soon as we spoke to reception our room was changed. The only niggle (very small) was there no hotel information in the room so we did know for example when the hotel had a gala night.

We stayed in a premium suite with ocean view balcony. The pools and buildings are very nice, and the staff are plentiful and helpful. But the resort is isolated, and the resort seems to discourage guests from leaving. The "concierge" seemed completely unprepared to help. She could not recommend any restaurants in town, or recommend any tours. She could not help with public transportation or private car service. Our best help came from taxi drivers. They promoted a "movie night", but would not tell us what the movie would be until that day! Most of the guests appear to be older couples and their adult children, who just plan to lay on the beach and eat. The "gym" facility was a joke. A small room totally out of scale to the resort. The slate floor in our room was filthy. Every time we walked on it in bare feet, our feet became black. The private beach area attracts plastic waste. The sand was covered in plastic trash and plastic was floating in the water. This is a general problem in the Meditteranean today. Meals were very expensive. The lunch buffet was 41 euro per person. In addition, I arrived to lunch wearing a t-shirt and swimsuit, and was asked to go back to my room and change into shorts. They had no problem with the young woman wearing a thong and mesh cover up. I expect more for what we paid, at what was presented as a luxury resort.

This property has so many scenic spots to relax or sit in the sun with the most beautiful landscaping and flowers. The service was first class. We treasured our stay and we were sad to leave. The breakfast buffet was a special treat with so many delicious options. It was the most beautiful resort and just a short ride to the center of Agios Nicholas.

In addition, I arrived to lunch wearing a t-shirt and swimsuit, and was asked to go back to my room and change into shorts. They had no problem with the young woman wearing a thong and mesh cover up. I expect more for what we paid, at what was presented as a luxury resort.

We stayed in a premium suite with ocean view balcony. The pools and buildings are very nice, and the staff are plentiful and helpful. But the resort is isolated, and the resort seems to discourage guests from leaving. The "concierge" seemed completely unprepared to help. She could not recommend any restaurants in town, or recommend any tours. She could not help with public transportation or private car service. Our best help came from taxi drivers. They promoted a "movie night", but would not tell us what the movie would be until that day! Beautiful resort on the water. Lots of walking around the resort to get to the pools or beach but well worth it! The only downside was people were reserving chairs by just putting towls on them as early as 8am. By the time we got to the pool at 9:30 there were no chairs at all. Need to have staff saying you can’t do that feather than a small sign. We loved the overall hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Grande Chambre agréable avec terrasse, salle de bain pas très propre, besoin de rénovation, hôtel avec beaucoup d’escalier pour accéder aux équipements, hôtel calme, buffet très bon à part le café le matin , service très long pour avoir son café ,très peu d’animation le soir , on aurait voulu une ambiance de musique grecque, la seule soirée grecque était payante, dommage pour les autres, surtout au prix élevé auquel nous avons payé la chambre. Il n’y a pas de centre ou commerce à pied dans les alentours , il faut être véhiculé .

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Privatpool, sowie all inclusiv. Wenn sich am Buffet bedient ist es kein Problem all inclusive nicht zu nehmen. Wenn man jedoch ein Restaurant aussucht kann es teuer werden. Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit gut bedient. Das Essen hätte noch potential nach oben. Was uns nicht gefallen hat sind die Pappbecher am Pool und was gar nicht geht die Pappbecher an der Poolbar am Abend (Disko).

Fantastisk fint hotell med nydelig mat, strand og masse flotte aktiviteter. Utmerket service i alle ledd. Meget hyggelig personale, men det var et konstant mas for salg av massasje og drikkevarer på stranda og i barene. Om vi ikke ga tips ble servitørene synlig irriterte. Meget stive priser i restaurantene og i mini markedet. Fine og store rom men nedslitte senger. Treningssenteret var meget dårlig. Dårlig utstyr og plass til maks 3 personer. Ved utsjekk ble jeg også oppfordret til å gi tips til personalet noe jeg hadde gjort under oppholdet. Syntes det var ubehagelig å bli presset til p betale enda mer ved en utsjekk.

This is a lovely hotel built in the style of a Greek village going down a hill to the sea. Our room was modern with a lovely sea view. The buffet breakfast and evening buffet meal in the main restaurant were very good as were the other restaurants. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make out stay enjoyable.

All considered the place is nice and good quality for money but I didn’t get the “5 stars resort” vibe especially regarding meals. Main pros are service (staff extremely nice) and settings (beautiful views and nice location if you have a car). Main con is food. Meals in the main restaurant weren’t great (other than breakfast). Quite repetitive and while some dishes were nice others were below standard. Other negative point is that even with all inclusive you had to pay for most dishes at the other restaurants available (or very limited choices for dishes included in the all inclusive package) but the restaurants were nice, great settings/service and food was good there. You should be careful to the room you pick because apparently there are different ones under the same category… and they are really not the same. However the staff was very kind and helped us find another room more in line with what we were expecting. Views are amazing especially on the sunrise and the little private beach is great even if it may be difficult to have the flexibility to chose between sun and shadow in certain moments of the day. Swimmingpool area is nice but it is very difficult To find available sunbeds if you don’t go first thing in the morning.

I went on holiday with my friend and the views were amazing, the sea view , the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked half board and the food was mainly cold and repetitive, they also don’t offer water or drinks during meals and you have to pay for a drink for your meal and not allowed your own drink. Breakfast was amazing , staff really friendly. For the price paid, bare minimum is to offer water for meals. They also offer a room to change for ur flight after checkout which is lovely

This is a very large complex which is set very close to the sea and within a 30 minute walk of Elounda town & Square. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff are friendly. There are several pool areas and a beach side sunbathing Terrace with a nice but expensive pool bar. On balance, this being the end of the season, the whole place felt very tired and cleaning standards were not good. Dirty bits of napkin propping up table legs, filthy floors, huge balls of dust in our room etc. plus general maintenance needs and standards were disappointing. Overall, there are parts of this resort that feel five star and others that feel three star at best the rooms feel very dated and tired. We also found that the photos depicting our Seaview classic bungalow did not show the reality of the tiny outside space either. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, but very busy and there is seating inside and outside, but inside sadly reminded us of school dinners in the canteen! Quality of food was generally good but the quality of the coffee was truly dreadful so don’t bother and get one in town instead! Views from our room were beautiful and the resort was generally peaceful at night and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. This resort has so much potential to be wonderful and a real five star experience based on its location and facilities. But poor cleanliness, dated rooms in need of maintenance and lack of attention to details let it down.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Da das Hotel am Hang gebaut ist, hat man viele verschiedene Ebenen. Dadurch hat man nicht das Gefühl in einem All-Inkusive Bunker zu sein sondern eher in einem kleinen Dorf. Der Blick von der Strandbar ist absolut unschlagbar. Wenn man All Inklusive Plus hat, kann man auch in den Restaurants essen. Das a la carte essen dort ist nochmal deutlich gehobener als das klassische Buffet und sehr sehr lecker. Würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Veldig bra 10 dagers opphold med "All Inclusive". Selv om alt på menyen ikke var inkludert likevel som var litt skuffende så var maten veldig bra. Veldig koselig å gå rundt på hotellet som bestod av mange små kardemommebyhus og koselige stier.

An absolutely stunning property with the most proactive, helpful and attentive staff I've ever seen at a resort. Other reviews already highlight how beautiful the resort is, so thought I'd leave specific info about accessibility, as it was a lot better than I anticipated from previous info online. My wife uses a wheelchair, although can manage short distances/a few steps. Although the resort is on a slope with multiple tiers, most of the grounds are feasible for a wheelchair; going from main reception to the bungalows, most communal grounds and the route towards the beach are all slopes. To get down to the beach and the beach bar itself, there are maybe 10 steps. Similarly, to get to the buffet restaurant, there are a few steps. If you're in a situation like us, where a wheelchair is generally needed but a few steps are manageable, don't let it put you off the resort. The staff were SO helpful and kind. They pre-emptively offered taking us on the golf cart, let us park our car next to the reception, always found ways to make trips easier and even, the night before we were set to leave, had the hotel repairman repair a loose screw on the wheelchair! I can't thank the staff enough for their support; they made us feel completely relaxed and as though we had to make no compromises even with accessibility needs. Thank you.
