Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren Gut bis sehr gut. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war genügend da gegen parkplatz und Wald. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Schönes Hotel im Pinienwald direkt am Strand. Sehr schön gelegen. Ruhig und doch nicht zu weit weg zum Zentrum von San Vincenzo! Das 25m Pool und der Fitnessraum begeistern alle aktiven Gäste. Das Frühstücksbuffet wie auch das Abendessen war sehr reichhaltig und gut! Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Familienzimmer hat genügend Platz und es war immer sehr sauber. Die Lage vom Hotel ist wirklich super, direkt am Strand. Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm ist immer für frei, da jedes Zimmer einen eigenen hat, wirklich top. In der Bar bekommt man tagsüber alles was man braucht, Essen und Getränke. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, auch das Personal im Restaurant und der Bar war sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Siamo arrivati a notte tarda e abbiamo trovato un receptionist gentilissimo ad accoglierci, il check-in è durato pochi minuti e siamo stati subito accompagnati in camera, pulita, spaziosa, recentemente rinnovata e con un bel terrazzino. Avevamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati dopo la chiusura del ristorante e la cucina ha preparato per noi una cena fredda ottima e varia che ci aspettava in camera. Durante tutto il soggiorno tutto il personale è stato sempre cortese e sorridente, abbiamo conosciuto la direttrice che era sempre presente durante gli orari del servizio e pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Pulizia della camera e della struttura impeccabile, gentili e amichevoli le signore che si sono occupate della nostra stanza. Buffet vario e abbondante a colazione e cena con il maitre sempre pronto a rifornire le pietanze che stavano finendo. Ci siamo trovati così bene da chiedere anche late check-out alla partenza per godere un altro po’ di questa vacanza. Struttura consigliata per una bella vacanza di puro relax. Adatta a famiglie anche con bambini piccoli e coppie

Do not stay at this hotel! It is so old and smells terrible. Everything is very dated and unpleasant. Furthermore, the air conditioning simply does not work. I spent the day out, and when I returned, the room felt like a sauna. I had bought some chocolates, and they were all completely melted. When we went to the front desk to complain, we were informed that the system was designed that way—that it merely "pulled in" outside air—and since it had been a very hot day, the room was hot as a result. They suggested that we open the balcony door and sleep with it open. They even claimed that the temperature is uniform throughout the entire hotel and that, consequently, they couldn't adjust it because other guests might complain! Completely absurd and unacceptable. I had to leave in the middle of the night—my daughter and I—to find another place to stay. Bear in mind that this town is located in the absolute middle of nowhere, and by 8 PM, nothing is open—not even a pharmacy or a grocery store. I had to drive three hours back to Rome just to find a hotel. And to top it all off, they refused to give me any refund whatsoever for my terrible experience.
