The beach view was idyllic and the lagoon view was equally serene. The staff was friendly and attentive. The suite was very clean and well maintained as was the indoor pool and spa. The only issue we encountered was a very leaky faucet in the kitchenette - but everything else was excellent.

Lisa at the front desk was lovely and quite tight when she told us what a great room 470 was. So comfortable and spacious and the views were amazing. Location was also perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back next year God willing! Thanks to everyone for a great stay.

I LOVED my stay here. The place had a wonderful nautical charm, and my ocean view room definitely only added. My FAVORITE thing about this property was the rooftop. It was overlooking a beautiful body of water. Sunsets there were so memorable

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very helpful with recommendations and friendly. Check in and check out was extremely smooth. The only complaint we have is that it was a bit loud inside the hotel in the evening and early mornings. This had more to do with the guests allowing children to run through the hallways than it does the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to Middletown/Newport.

Room was cleaned, had a nice view. Amenities were nice. I inderstand yhays a bot off season but breakfast was very poor. The only hot stuff, uou could get was a waflle. No meat, no eggs( only cold boiled). Also stuff at fromt desk very rude in my opinion. Always seemed fruatrated when a question get asked. Not sure why it was of season so its not like place was busy. Because those 2 things this place only got an good stay not excellent.
