They had the whole weekend messed up. We had two separate reservations for Friday and Saturday nights. When we checked in the desk clerk said it would be ok to stay in the room even though it was a separate reservation. Saturday morning they called and wanted to know why our stuff was still in room. I then explained what the clerk had told me the night before. She said that was not right and to stop hy the desk when we got back into town. We paid for Friday night with credit card and told them Saturday was paid already through Expedia. Guess what they charged us again for Saturday night. They are working on correcting it but boy what a mess!! The rooms are showing their age with what looks like mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. We have stayed here at least 10 times and have not had problems before. The hot tub was broken duting our stay too. No breakfast which is disappointing. This hotel could be so nice!

We have stayed here before and liked the property but the elevator had missing buttons, the carpet on the stairs is peeling up, the door to the bathroom would not stay open and they stopped serving breakfast. For $170 a night I expected more. We will not be staying here again.

Check in was slow and riddled with issues as there was computer maintenance being done. Air conditioning did not work and the room was really hot. Windows were screwed shut so no way to regulate air flow. Ice machine broken. And no continental breakfast because of Covid!!! Get it together people. It was an absolutely miserable experience and we won’t be back

It was a quiet setting with other nice nearby hotels. Nice for possible future stays with the kitchenette~however there were brochures with incorrect info stating that complimentary breakfast was provided, which it was not. Had I known in advance I could’ve purchased items for breakfast rather than having to purchase items at their hotel store. Also I was so looking forward to use of their jacuzzi, only to change into my swimwear and upon entering the pool area discover the jacuzzi was drained

When we booked the room it was said that it had a hot tub. After we arrived we went to get in and it was broken. Talked to the front desk and was told it had been that way for weeks. Hand sanitizer was out in the hallways and when reported to the desk the person said "sorry, Ill get you the hand sanitizer and you can go refill the dispensers." Not my job! Room was clean, so that was good.

Our room was clean, the carpets and the bathroom need to be upgraded, the toilet lid was stained, and it didn't flush well. The water pressure was amazing! Shower was awesome, but water was on the floor after each use. Everyone was friendly, no coffee or breakfast was offered.

The bed is comfortable and the a/c works well. The shower was amazing. Upon entering the room, I could smell body odor from previous patrons which was a turn off. Linens are old and thinning, no breakfast provided, just not what I would normally expect for a stay at the price I paid.

We chose this property because of the kitchenette and being able to make her own meals, however, it was less than desirable, not what it was represented to be. We had five people in our room, and there were only silverware in place settings for two, there was only one pot and it was terrible. In addition we had to have staff help with the tv which wasn’t working and the outlet in the bathroom was sketchy. No one came to give us housekeeping service the second day at all.

The person who checked us in was great. The beds and pillows were comfy. However, having lived in Wyoming for nearly 13 years, I should have thought to get a different room when I saw we were on the windward side of the building. The infamous wind screamed through the poorly secured window all night even shaking the balcony door at times. Obviously, the hotel can do nothing about the wind blowing but the room definitely needs upgraded windows. So if you think of it, as for a room that isnt at the front of the building!

Our check-in was great with the staff giving us a great room on the first floor which was a blessing as my wife just recently had hip surgery. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great Stay!!

The WiFi didn’t work in my room (307) and the front desk gentleman said it’s working here at front desk. Also I said phone isn’t working and he said ya several rooms have phones that don’t work. Also hand sanitizer at 1st floor elevator was empty from my first day there, til I left 6 days later.

Front desk clerk was too busy visiting with 2 guests who were just loitering in the desk area, than to check us in. Finally had to just step in between them to get checked in. After she did check us in, she loudly announced our room number to them as she handed me the keys. Once we got all the way to our room, the keys didn't work. Went back down to have them redone. Clerk was still visiting with one of the loitering guests. After rescanning the keys, again loudly announced our room number while passing the keys back. In the morning, opened up the curtains, only to find the last guests left-over take out food, and beer can in the window well. Not impressed. Won't be back. Surprised the ratings are as high as they are.

They billed my car twice on top of that they took 50.00 out too .for deposits They charge me twice for my stay on my card. And then blame expedia And on top of it.I never got my $50 back for my deposit.Called many times to talk to someone about it and no one returns my call

We had traveled all day and night from Glacier Park and the gal who checked us in at almost 1am was the nicest most professional front desk agent I've ever dealt with. I do this trip twice a year and will make this my stop every time because of her.

They tried to charge my 50$ deposit twice and charged me for my room twice on my debit card now I’m dealing with all that with my bank because they flagged everything as fraudulent, when I asked the guy at the desk why they tried to charge the deposit twice he said “sometimes that just happens” they took the money for my room and deposit in one transaction then tried to take an additional 50$ one minute later. I paid with a debit card and now my whole world is ridiculously intense and I will literally never associate with this hotel again!!!!! On top of the money theft and creating an extremely unnecessary headache in my life they knocked at my door at 830 am and then again at 9 am and then 3 more times between 9-11 to clean it so being rushed out of a hotel room I paid double for seems pretty rude to me. I paid for the room til 11 and I will leave when I’m ready to leave at 11 and since you can’t check in before 3pm I find it absolutely ridiculous to start knocking on doors at 830 am.

I was triple charged for one night stay. I reserved a room. Upon check in they said the room was paid just needed to charge the 50.00 deposit. Before I left I checked my account and seen they had charged me and extra 280.00 when the charge was 189.00. They seen it was there mistake but since it was a Sunday it would be couple days to refund.

The location is outside of Casper BUT you can access Second Street right at the hotel and that takes you right into Casper! The room is compact but has a table, an office chair, a small kitchen with a good size refrigerator, a couch as well as a bed, so it does have "all the fixin's". A good bang for your buck.

The room is compact but has a table, an office chair, a small kitchen with a good size refrigerator, a couch as well as a bed, so it does have "all the fixin's". A good bang for your buck.

Was close to the interstate and made it very convenient. Comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. No breakfast, just coffee and things to buy.

Very good, would definitely stay again. Rooms were quiet, clean, spacious and comfy. Didn't realize there wasn't a breafast, but would just bring food next time since there was a small kitchenette!

It was a quiet setting with other nice nearby hotels. Nice for possible future stays with the kitchenette~however there were brochures with incorrect info stating that complimentary breakfast was provided, which it was not. Had I known in advance I could’ve purchased items for breakfast rather than having to purchase items at their hotel store. Also I was so looking forward to use of their jacuzzi, only to change into my swimwear and upon entering the pool area discover the jacuzzi was drained

What we didn't like about the property, is there is no free breakfast. Some how I missed that part when I booked the hotel. We will not be staying at this hotel again. For the price we paid, there should have been breakfast. We had to make an extra stop at the grocery store and spend extra money so we could eat breakfast. For a family of 6 people, that adds up fast.

Check in was fast and easy. The young man at the desk was friendly but gave me an eye roll when I had to ask for help with the tv. The beds were decent and the room was clean for what you could see. I had to move the sofa bed to retrieve my Grand daughter’s glass case that fell behind it, and that area appeared to have not been cleaned anytime since it was put there. Made me wonder how often they deep cleaned their facility.

Dont plan on staying in a balcony room if it rains. Our balcony door leaked so bad the carpet 2 feet into the room was soaked. Couldnt change rooms. All they gave us was bath mats to step on

1. Room was extremely Hot! Air conditioning didn’t work . It was 105 degrees outside. 2. Front desk clerk became very rude after my complaints of the air conditioning and she complained of my family visitors. 3. Room wasn’t clean and the bathroom stunk like urine! 4. I was Offered a refund by the front desk clerk to leave due to the air conditioner not working at around 7pm. I told her I had nowhere to go, I was from out of town. I left for a short time and found another room to rent that had air conditioning. I believed I was getting a refund. I had to leave from overheating, it was 105 degrees, it took me a while to find another room in town because it was fully booked everywhere. I checked out at 10pm. 5. I checked for my refund the next day and it wasn’t there. 6. I called to talk to the manager and she refused to give me my refund being I checked out so late and the staff said I was harassing the clerk while she had other customers. I was only informing her that all her recommendations never helped . She never came to the room and the manager was calling me a liar, that she always comes to the room to help. She never did. They acted like this situation was my all my fault. *i would’ve never talked to that lady once if that air conditioner would’ve been working! I am not a rude person, and I never intentionally harassed that lady, I was only informing her. **** I will never rent a room here again *****
