Très bel hôtel bien desservi et idéalement situé. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et assez spacieuses. Les lits et le ménage sont faits tous les jours, remplacement des serviettes également tous les jours. Mise à disposition gratuitement de serviettes de piscine / plage, avec possibilité de les changer 3 fois par semaine. Le petit déj est copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts (sucré/salé) ! Rooftop sur le toit excellent ! Le seul bémol pour le manque de personnel parlant français, tout est principalement en allemand ! Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet établissement. Je recommande.

An sich ein gutes Familienresorthotel, welche jeden Abend eine gute Unterhaltung für groß und klein anbieten. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man auch u.a.an den Liegen, den Spabereich oder am Fitnessraum. Essen war soweit gut, etwas ausbaufähig was die vegetarischen/veganen Speisen angeht. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war stets super, alle freundlich und höflich!

Good was good . Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. Several bits of Gym equipment and most of the spa were faulty. The sauna worked , but the door to it didn’t. The ice cave was not cold . The steam room was just warm ….

In a great location, with a lot to offer (yoga class etc), nice multiple outside/indoor pools, nice parking lot and more. All this with a super reasonable price. Definitely will visit again!

This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent.

Staff were very welcoming and professional. I liked the choice of food for breakfast and the overall atmosphere. The bathrooms were spotless and the size of the room very decent. I would add some usb sockets and a trash bin in the sleeping area of the room.

Schon öfters hier gewesen aber dieses Jahr wohl das letzte Mal. Für diesen hohen Preis darf man so ein Zimmer nicht anbieten. Maximal als Econemy Zimmer. Aussicht siehe Foto. Schöne Anlage aber der Pool war nicht sauber. Das war die letzten Jahre besser. Kinderabendprogramm lieblos.

We stayed here for one week in June with one adult and two children. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean when we arrived, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. Twice during our stay, we had to complain about a significant number of ants in the apartment. However, the worst part was waking up one night to find a mouse in the bed and several more on the floor. We had to insist on getting a new room immediately, and to our dismay, we did not receive any compensation for this dreadful experience. On the positive side, the pool was nice, and the food was quite good. However, overall, the service provided should have been much better, considering the issues we faced during our stay.

Die Anlage an sich ist schön gemacht und hat eine super Lage. Aber leider hatte ich von meinem Balkon einen Ausblick auf Müllsäcke die zu einem Berg aufgebaut waren und sonstigen Müll. Waschbecken Abfluss schmutzig, sah nach Urinstein aus und konnte definitiv sauber gemacht werden. Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Da ich spät angereist war, bin ich am nächsten Morgen zu Rezeption und habe um einen Zimmerwechsel geben, es hieß sie sind voll ausgebucht und ich werde auf einen Warteliste gesetzt. Am nächsten Morgen bin ich nochmal zur Rezeption und gefragt erst hieß es es ist nichts frei dann hatten sie doch was aber wollten 20€ Gebühr für den Zimmerwechsel berechnen. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit da das Zimmer erstens nicht günstig war zudem Blick auf die Müllberge und schmutziges Bad. Man kann nicht immer ein Meerblick oder Poolblick Zimmer erwarten das ist mir schon klar aber auf Müllberge muss ich im Urlaub auch nicht schauen müssen und das bei über 100€ pro Nacht für das Zimmer und zudem sehr schlecht gereinigtes Bad. Bilder können gerne eingereicht werden. Sehr schlechter Service und die hören einen an der Rezeption nicht mal ordentlich zu bzw. unterbrechen einen einfach. Das ist Respektlos.

Great breakfast. Rooms small but modern. Single beds only, not ideal, pillows were awful. Room floor was not very clean on arrival. Roof top bar is stunning, a must see! Good location, great transport links for much of the island. But for me the pool & sunbathing areas were a real let down, in urgent need to refurbishment, but based on what we paid we cant complain too much. Nice time was had, but all in all due to the run down pool areas we spent most of our days at the beach or another hotel pool.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach. That said we enjoyed the hotel’s bars and dining facilities too. The quality of the fresh food was good and seemed to cover all dietary choices. The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Bei uns waren wir so oft die Liegeb den halben Tag besetzt ohne das sie benutzt wurden. Diesem Problem muss das Hotel entgegenwirken. Nicht im Ansatz hat man sich darum gekümmert. Des Weiteren waren einige Tische beim Essen reserviert und stellte ein ähnliches Problem wie mit den Liegen da. Nach Beginn der Essenszeit waren Gäste oftmals erst nach über einer Stunde am reservierten Tisch. Hotel schien überfüllt zu sein. Sauberkeit des Hotels war gut. Speisen waren auch in Ordnung bis gut. Parkmöglichkeiten kostenlos. Alles in allem nur durchschnittlich. Schade

Buen desayuno en general (con buena variedad), excepto los zumos de máquina; los peores que he visto nunca en un hotel de 4*, el café de máquina también muy malo y la bollería que sobraba del día anterior (no debería ponerla) Personal de recepción y comedor muy amables. Al hacer el check in, te piden anotar en un papel los datos de la tarjeta de crédito (en lugar de retenerte con el TPV un saldo en la tarjeta como depósito). Limpieza de la habitación escasa. El primer día nos encontramos bastoncillos usados de los oídos en el baño. Colchones demasiado duros para mi gusto (aunque esto ya es opinión personal). Personal del spa poco amable. Te echan a las 19:05h (a pesar de que en teoría abren hasta las 19:30h). No dejan entrar a menores de 16 años (ni siquiera acompañados de adultos) Spa y gimnasio con mal mantenimiento; la mitad de las cosas no funcionaban.

Nous avons séjourner 4 nuit dans cette hôtel, franchement les espaces communs piscine spa et tout le reste etait parfait le petit déjeuner offre une grande diversité de quoi bien se faire plaisirs le matin le seul bémol etait la climatisation qui fonctionnait un peut quand elle voulais mais sinon c'etait top

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit wirklich super netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Allerdings ist es dort so hellhörig, dass man morgens um sieben Uhr schon senkrecht im Bett steht, weil es so unfassbar laut ist. Wäre das nicht gewesen, wäre es perfekt.

Great breakfast. Rooms small but modern. Single beds only, not ideal, pillows were awful. Room floor was not very clean on arrival. Roof top bar is stunning, a must see! Good location, great transport links for much of the island. But for me the pool & sunbathing areas were a real let down, in urgent need to refurbishment, but based on what we paid we cant complain too much. Nice time was had, but all in all due to the run down pool areas we spent most of our days at the beach or another hotel pool.

This hotel is located perfectly 2 min walk to beach and shops. Staff all very friendly. Etremly clean. I have 3 negatives the air conditioning was not cold i do not agree for paying for a safe in a 4* hotel. Never had to before. And breakfast food was cold. The sky bar was excellent anazing views and the drinks in the hotel are as cheap if not cheaper than in the bars.

Nice hotel, courteous staff. The rooms need soundproofing. I could hear the person snoring in the next room. Also, heavy chairs being dragged across marble floors make for a very noisy environment.

The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc.

The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed.

We spent 3 nights at the Grupotel Gran Vista & Spa for summer vacation and was deeply disappointed. Our room faced a blank glass wall—hardly the “view” shown in the listing photos on hotels.com. When I asked reception if this was a room or a prison cell, I was told we’d need to pay an extra perimium €150 for an upgrade. They offer another room which was worse. The hotel refused to move us without additional fee, even they had plenty rooms avialable with a view. The advertised photos of rooms on hotels.com are misleading, so book with caution! I refused to pay extra fee since Photo and description of rooms while booking are not same we got; specially room balcony view and the information of room are totally misleading. Check in staff lovely and efficient. Good quality food. Excellent service always from lady with big dark glasses and red lipstick with always a big smile. Male waiting staff and servers of meat and fish always grumpy. Roof bar staff friendly and efficient. Our room cleaners were grumpy, but made beds and changed towels daily. If you were not up by 9.15 they hung the ‘no’ sign on your door. We did have a different lady on one occasion who did an amazing job. Did what the others do but swept and cleaned floors which the other cleaners didn’t do. She was very efficient and friendly. Lady in spa always friendly and efficient and speaks all languages very well. The snack bar by the pool run very well. Great food and great service always. Superb beach nearby with loads of restaurants and shops

We stayed here for one week in June with one adult and two children. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean when we arrived, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. Twice during our stay, we had to complain about a significant number of ants in the apartment. However, the worst part was waking up one night to find a mouse in the bed and several more on the floor. We had to insist on getting a new room immediately, and to our dismay, we did not receive any compensation for this dreadful experience. On the positive side, the pool was nice, and the food was quite good. However, overall, the service provided should have been much better, considering the issues we faced during our stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach. That said we enjoyed the hotel’s bars and dining facilities too. The quality of the fresh food was good and seemed to cover all dietary choices. The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

We arrived late with our baby and the reception staff were very helpful. The lady gave us some milk so our little one would be content as it was 2am. We were taken to our room and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful and pleasant. A lovely clean hotel that catered for all your needs!

All and all good. We got a room on the ground floor with balcony on the ugly backside. We asked to change and it took 4 days. The hotel was us from Sweden and 90% german with small kids. If you travel with small children this is a good hotel for you. Me and my son (13) would have prefered a more chill hotel. The gym need to be refreshed. Old and some machines are broken. We renares a car from the AirPort and drove to Alcúdia beach every day. That beach is so much better and beautiful. The hotel staff was friendly and good food. Also healthy choices. All and all good!

The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent.

Wir sind mit dem Öffentlichen Bus vom Flughafen angereist, kostengünstig und genauso schnell wie mit einem Shuttle der 10 mal in Hotels hält. A32 ist die Linie. Das Hotel ist Sauber und es gibt wirklich viel für Kinder. Pools, sowie Animationen oder Kinder Disco für ganz kleine. Wirklich toll gemacht. frühstück war auch super, viel zur Auswahl für jedermann. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in the Granvista. It was clean, safe, quiet, lots of activities for everyone, amazing staff. Our apartment was on the top floor so we could enjoy the sun on our terrace. The kitchen was quite well equipped but there was no condiments at all. Not a big deal, but if you want to cook - you need to buy basically everything. There is plenty of big shops around with Aldi being on the other side of the road. What surprised us a bit, the tv didn’t had any Netflix or YouTube, just Spanish tv (always with dubbing). Overall we had very pleasant stay and we would recommend it for sure! Thank you! Gracias :)

Les lits et le ménage sont faits tous les jours, remplacement des serviettes également tous les jours. Mise à disposition gratuitement de serviettes de piscine / plage, avec possibilité de les changer 3 fois par semaine. Le petit déj est copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts (sucré/salé) ! Rooftop sur le toit excellent ! Le seul bémol pour le manque de personnel parlant français, tout est principalement en allemand ! Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet établissement. Je recommande.

Det var väldigt stökigt och stressig atmosfär vid frukosten plus att maten inte levde upp till förväntningarna. Annars var det ett okej hotell med många bekvämligheter men kommer inte bo på så stort hotell igen.

We are really happy we chose this hotel. Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day. Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon. The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell. Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing next to the machine. On Sunday they even gave prosecco for breakfast which was very nice surprise. Overall, amazing standard hotel, with lots of pools for kids and nice meals you can choose for your taste, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you, Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends and family.

So, several things was not ok actually for the price they charge for the room. The rooms was not clean, it was full of ants that literally was all over the place and during night they even crawled the beds. The adapter you put your card in to activate electricity was broken so our kids was not allowed to touch it. Both my sons got injured in the pool due to the pool ground having cracks, they both ended up cutting their toes and we had to use bandage throughout the vacation. Overall it really felt like a 2 star hotel rather than 4 star.

The hotel looks nice. We booked a room in the main building but we were given apartment at the far end of the complex. They called it upgrade but we felt like it’s downgrade. The view was at the storage space of old sun beds. The hotel behind had extremely loud karaoke till very late every night- it was a nightmare and we were not able to go sleep. The biggest issue was luck of water. Every day of our stay there was no water to shower, brush teeth or even to use the toilet! The stuff didn’t seem to be bothered and could not provide an update. They even stop picking up phone calls at the reception to not deal with it. There was no apology given or any compensation. They didn’t try to resolve the water issue quick enough so paying customers can have access to a basic need in a hotel- having a running water. We are very disappointed and wouldn’t go back to this hotel.
