The Hotel is lovely. It has its own car park, which is a bonus, the hotel is very well maintained, our bedroom was large, with a clean, roomy bathroom, comfortable bed with stunning views from the second floor. No lift, but the receptionist did offer to bring the luggage upstairs. The Hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and a very well cooked breakfast was served both mornings. The evening meal wasn’t so good unfortunately and was shockingly overpriced for what it was. The waitress was very jolly and helpful and did her best to bring us what we wanted, but the meal was disappointingly mediocre. Having said that, we all agreed we would stay there again, but find somewhere else to eat in the evenings.

Great location, smart decor. Lovely room with Marina view, staff were all friendly and helpful. Really nice bar/restaurant too. Would definitely recommend & would stay there again when in the area.

Room was great, very spacious and as advertised a nice view across the marina and port area. Bathroom clean and modern, shower was good pressure wise, however for half the time of the 2 night stay the water temperature was barely warm, reported to staff twice. During the second night a couple of total power outages caused by a function downstairs was interesting, and highlighted that no emergency lighting was installed in the room or bathroom, fortunately, opening the curtains gave enough light coming of the marina lights to partially illuminate the room. Breakfast was nice, staff throughout the stay were warm and welcoming and helpful. Hotel overall was clean warm and nice, however parking leaves a lot to be desired, there are not many available parking spaces in the car park which fills up quickly if there's any sort of function on, and not that many out the front either, outside of that, the area is somewhat restrictive with parking regulations, and if you're visiting the area as many guests will be, they need somewhere to park, and this is a major problem

Very nice location on the sea front. Bar and restaurant was of high quality but travelling in February, there weren't many other options nearby. Nice to have free off-street parking (limited amount so would need to arrive early if fully booked probably) Would definitely consider again if visiting the area.

Easy parking at the front. Staff very friendly and helpful. In fact one who's name ive forgotten even gave me a little jug of milk for my room because i didn't have enough. I didn't have breakfast but ate both evenings and the food was absolutely delicious. My room was huge but still cosy and beautifully decorated. I would most definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

We've stayed here several times before. The hotel is well positioned, the rooms we stayed in are of a good size. The menu choices, whilst limited, offers choices for all. Free car parking is available. The staff are amazing, super helpful and welcoming.

Hotel was lovely, Very clean and comfortable with the all the amenities you could need. The only one gripe was our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. Theres a long walk from the car park to the front of the hotel then having to tackle the stairs was exhausting as we were on a motorbike and had to make several trips to bring our things in. Neither myself or partner are in thr best of health so did find that part difficult. However once in the room and settled we very much enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. Would return again but would make sure we had a room on a lower floor!!

Good points - room was lovely with a view of the marina and river. Bad points - shower door was broken, toilet flusher was broken, no cold water in room (cold tap ran warm water), bed not the best.

Very disappointed this was NOT the deluxe room we had paid extra for. I was really looking forward to staying in the room I had booked. When I queried the room and the fact that the toilet flush was broken I was offered to look at a standard room & the housekeeping were to blame for not reporting the broken flush apparently. They had also never heard of hotels.com. The window only opened a tiny bit so we had to go and buy a fan. In the morning they replaced the toilet flush and offered me the room I had booked that evening. There was no point in packing and unpacking as we were leaving early the next day. Also the room was advertised with a coffee machine and I queried this then later I noticed the reference to the coffee machine replaced with free teabags!. Looking back on the photos we paid for a deluxe double room with reviews “Exceptional” I think we were given a basic double room with a harbour view. Photos 1 the room we booked and rest if photos what what we were given 😡 I’d like back the money I paid for a deluxe room for the room we were robbed off with. Also don’t expect to get any sleep as a noisy pub & restaurant below.

It was a nice hotel and staff were lovely, but a few things in the our room, there was a dirty mark on our quilt cover on the first night, toilet was black and there isn't a brush and they didn't come in to do it until the night before we left, even when we have put the sign outside the door We tried to talk to the receptionist a few times but there was either no one there or she ran off everytime we walked towards her, so we gave up

Really nice 2 night stay, was a bit noisy and was concerned it would be noisy late in to the night but no it went really quiet at closing time. One issue we had and that was the neighbouring room thought it was okay to smoke in the room, should of said something but i was already leaving. Nice cosy room, shower pressure was not the best but was okay. Would stay again for sure.

Room was great, very spacious and as advertised a nice view across the marina and port area. Bathroom clean and modern, shower was good pressure wise, however for half the time of the 2 night stay the water temperature was barely warm, reported to staff twice. During the second night a couple of total power outages caused by a function downstairs was interesting, and highlighted that no emergency lighting was installed in the room or bathroom, fortunately, opening the curtains gave enough light coming of the marina lights to partially illuminate the room. Breakfast was nice, staff throughout the stay were warm and welcoming and helpful. Hotel overall was clean warm and nice, however parking leaves a lot to be desired, there are not many available parking spaces in the car park which fills up quickly if there's any sort of function on, and not that many out the front either, outside of that, the area is somewhat restrictive with parking regulations, and if you're visiting the area as many guests will be, they need somewhere to park, and this is a major problem

Arrived at hotel and finally found check in. No record of my booking so showed reservation on app. Despite being almost empty they said they only had a standard twin available. Room wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t the deluxe double I’d booked and paid for. Food was ok. Service very good.

Easy parking at the front. Staff very friendly and helpful. In fact one who's name ive forgotten even gave me a little jug of milk for my room because i didn't have enough. I didn't have breakfast but ate both evenings and the food was absolutely delicious. My room was huge but still cosy and beautifully decorated. I would most definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

It was a nice hotel and staff were lovely, but a few things in the our room, there was a dirty mark on our quilt cover on the first night, toilet was black and there isn't a brush and they didn't come in to do it until the night before we left, even when we have put the sign outside the door We tried to talk to the receptionist a few times but there was either no one there or she ran off everytime we walked towards her, so we gave up

Very nice location on the sea front. Bar and restaurant was of high quality but travelling in February, there weren't many other options nearby. Nice to have free off-street parking (limited amount so would need to arrive early if fully booked probably) Would definitely consider again if visiting the area.

Great location for day trips to anywhere in Pembrokeshire, especially Skomer. Overlooking the marina and only 5 minutes walk from a wide selection of good cafes and restaurants, but their own food is good too! Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped but the bed was a little hard for me (like most hotels). Not all rooms have baths but I was able to change at no extra cost.

The Hotel is lovely. It has its own car park, which is a bonus, the hotel is very well maintained, our bedroom was large, with a clean, roomy bathroom, comfortable bed with stunning views from the second floor. No lift, but the receptionist did offer to bring the luggage upstairs. The Hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and a very well cooked breakfast was served both mornings. The evening meal wasn’t so good unfortunately and was shockingly overpriced for what it was. The waitress was very jolly and helpful and did her best to bring us what we wanted, but the meal was disappointingly mediocre. Having said that, we all agreed we would stay there again, but find somewhere else to eat in the evenings.

Great hotel no issues except the breakfast didn't have any fruit or yogurt and they are always available in other hotels which I find much healthier than a cooked breakfast.

Really pleased with everything. Cannot fault a thing. Room was lovely and clean. Location is really good. What i find very important is how staff are, and every single person we encountered were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, all so very friendly and helpful. Food was also very good! We ate breakfast and dinner and again can't fault it at all. I would definitely stay here again.

There was no hot water in the room when I tried to shower in the morning. I reported this to the manager, who said it was because there were too many guests trying to shower the same time.However, I was travelling with friends in other rooms, and after checking with them, they attempted to shower at different times between 6:30 am and 9:00 am, so this explanation doesn’t seem accurate. Breakfast was also disappointing, with cold toast and only one slice of bacon provided.

I have booked for 4 people but its only ready 3 people towels and pillows. I am grateful that didn't book for more than 2 nights. The space is really big but should get rid of the really old sofa bed , put 2 single beds . Very uncomfortable to sleep , very noisy if windows open. Parking space is at the roadside and few behind the hotel. I couldn't park in the bay after 8.30pm

Hotel ist an der Hauptstraße gelegen, ein paar Parkplätze stehen vom Hotel kostenfrei zur Verfügung, ansonsten an der Straße parken. Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Das Doppelbett war klein (Länge und Breite), das Zimmer war aber groß genug. Ansonsten ist alles etwas älter und es knarzt hier und da mal und es ist recht hellhörig.

We visited here in July when the weather was very hot. The building is old and our room dis not have Aircon. However when we arrived at our room staff had put a fan in there, which helped! The mattress was fabulous. Fab spot and lovely hotel.

The room was clean a little water damp on the ceiling in the bathroom but that's to be expected over than that the room was clean the staff were polite and helpful and the food was great
