Enjoyable stay, the only issue for me was the low cold water pressure in my room meant that the shower was unpleasantly hot no matter what adjustment I made to the controls. I reported this to reception who were going to investigate.

Terrible experience. Staff does not know what they are doing. They even dont know what is the wifi password. At check in they say breakfast included. But in morning after breakfast they charge £17:50 for bfast saying it was not included for just toast and egg but they charge full. Absolute disaster, will never gothere. Food hygiene 3 anyway.

Great location for the waterfalls, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There is a nice restaurant attached to the Hotel drinks are expensive but the food is reasonable, not the quickest service but if you are not in a rush it's fine. The bath could do with updating and a plug in the sink didn't fit well (put a flannel round plug fitted ok) Having a lot of work done to the front which will be nice when finished.

Grounds have some interesting photo opportunities for weddings but disjointed and tacky for any other time.
