The king deluxe room I stayed in immediately had bugs everywhere. Crickets, spiders, everything just kinda hanging around. Including the dead ones. You can hear every single noise happening above you and next to you. A lot of people stomping and just being loud all throughout the night. Terrible soundproofing. The door jam you can see straight sunlight through, not sealed. There was a vent in the bathroom that was just completely open that led to some water pipe idk. The toilet did not flush correctly. There were no hair dryers anywhere on property. I couldn’t help but feel disgusting during my stay there. I was going to cancel first night there but there were not other places available around. I will never come back to this place. I don’t recommend it. To anyone. Ew.

We booked this hotel at 10 pm as we were driving to it. I wish we had taken more time to look into it because I would not have chosen it if we weren't desperate. The price we paid was not worth it. In the morning after breakfast we discovered the shower in our room did not work. I noticed one of the unused towels we had placed on the floor had grime on it, not sure if it picked it up from the floor or was dirty in the first place but either way something wasn't clean. Breakfast was mediocre but I wasn't expecting anything fancy anyways. The pool was not open despite being the middle of summer.

The room was clean and okay. The couches in the room were stained and probably need to be replaced. The hand railings on the stairs were wobbly and definitely need to be replaced. The pool was closed and it showed on Expedia this nice pool area and it was not existent.
