The room was very clean and comfortable in the bathroom was too. It was also large the TV worked. There’s a refrigerator and I believe there’s a microwave although I didn’t use it. The grounds are pretty with a lovely sitting area in the shade of some trees. The hotel staff were awesome. Very eager to make our stay happy and comfortable. Offered us water and fruit to take on our trip with us. The breakfast was fantastic. So much fruit and berries and everything fresh and organic. It is a motel and it looks like a motel. But considering that it is a motel it was absolutely fantastic.

Excellent motel. Very convenient for visiting museums in the area. The breakfast was incredible…tons of organic fruit, yogurt, cereal, healthy breads with toppings including peanut butter. Owners were kind and helpful. They even encouraged us to take fruit for the road. The only negative was that the pool was not open.

I was looking for a retro type motel that accepted pets. The Willows exceeded my expectations. The room was cozy. The grounds and landscaping captivating. The breakfast was healthy with a wonderful choice of fresh fruits. The Greek restaurant next door was excellent. I didn't use the pool but it looked inviting

What a gem this motel is! The staff is friendly and helpful, the complementary breakfast amazing with all the best fresh fruit one could ask for, the room and beds comfortable and the pool and outside seating perfect for a summer day.

The motel was well located walkable to Williams campus and town. Most hospitable and clean, well maintained place with nice breakfast, ample parking and everything working well, thanks to resident manager, a most gracious person. All staff were able and friendly.

What a great little place. You get your own parking space right outside the bedroom. The rooms are compact but have air conditioning and the housekeeping staff are fantastic. We had our bins emptied, new towels and toiletries each day and the room was spotless! As for the breakfast buffet! It was a revelation, fresh fruits any kind of bagel or bread and just so generous. I have to admit I was sceptical when we arrived but really enjoyed our stay here. Really good value for money. We walked into Williamstown from the hotel.

Great place to stay. Wonderful, friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable room at reasonable price. Convenient location within walking distance of Williams college, restaurants, and some local hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of parking and outside seating for having coffee in the sunshine.

Staff very polite. Breakfast provided, but in cramped front desk area, no hot choices, but good fruit selection. Coffee was not good. Rooms looked like not updated since 1960’s. Shower plumbing was bad. You could scald yourself if not careful, very low water pressure. Room smelled like fabreze was used to cover up smells. If the price was like under $100.00 a night, I would give more slack, but not for almost $140.00 a night. Not a good value.

This is our second stay at the Willows Motel. The owners are very, very nice and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean with very comfortable bedding and nice linens. The free breakfast of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals and wonderful coffee is excellent. The exterior could use some touch up paint, but that's a very minor complaint.

Spotless, well-appointed room. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was way better than your average motel fare--lovely spread of fresh organic fruit, dried fruit, nuts, yogurt, and more.

The motel room was big and the beds comfortable. The owner was very nice. It had snowed on the second day we were there and we were on the top floor. The stairs were not shoveled and were slippery. I have 2 hip replacements and a new knee replacement and I was very concerned that I could slip. The handrails were snowy as well. Other than that, it was fine with a good location.

Fine for a two-star motel. Breakfast was impressive, however, there isn’t really a place to eat it in the reception room/front desk area. It was a nice day so we ate at the picnic tables outside. If it had been raining or snowy, we would’ve had to eat back in our room or on the chairs opposite the front desk. The room next door was noisy at 10:30. I called the front desk and they dealt with it immediately, which I appreciated. Really friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Overall a great experience for a Motel, but regarding the cleanliness of the unit (and the fruits being served for Breakfast) there is definitely room for improvement. Nice and kind staff and caring people running the motel. Overall happy about the service and price.

Motel needs updating. Decor was old and mismatched. Shower knob was loose and it was difficult to adjust temperature, and faucet needed work. Staff was very friendly, breakfast bar was very nice and fruit assortment was fabulous. I will not stay here again.

We came on a weekend that had some unsettled weather. On Saturday morning, we woke up to snow, sleet and rain. The driveway and the path up to the main house should have been shoveled and treated. My husband fell in the driveway. Thank heavens he wasn’t hurt. The continental breakfast was very nice. The owner was pleasant and accommodating.

Amazing breakfast with fresh fruits, brand name yogurt and breads, nuts and berries. The room was recently update with new carpeting, mattresses, bedding and curtains. They were new but not my style. The furniture could use a coat of black paint to freshen it up. Excellent customer service. We would stay again.

Small room, but well organized and clean. TV and WI-FI worked great. Very friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with a beautiful array of fresh fruit as well as yogurt, cereal, rolls, coffee, juices. It was nice to have so many healthy options. If we’re in this area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Just about the friendliest staff, you could ever ask for. And the price is extremely reasonable. The rooms are very basic, but it’s in a great location. They said it would be a good breakfast and it was. The great selection of fruit and other goodies, though there’s no place to eat them. You have to take things back to your room. Apparently there’s a pool, but I didn’t see or useit. There’s a nice little place on the side to relax in the sun. The beds were very comfortable but don’t look for a hairdryer

It's walking distance to campus. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. The a/c is strong! The best thing is the continental breakfast with organic berries and a wide assortment of other high quality breakfast foods and drinks.

Overall good stay. Its an older hotel so dont expect marble vaneties and gold taps. The breakfast was unique - more fruit than in most high end grocery stores. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The shower was fine.

Owner is very friendly and helpful. Had a bad experience with another local motel (trying to bill me for a cancellation even though it was within free cancellation window). Owner here was transparent and nice, taking care of a change to first night of reservation and gave us a large corner room. The good: - beds are very comfortable -- good mattresses - AC unit and room comfort were great despite hot temps outside - fridge, TV, etc all in good working order - Nice towels for a small local motel - Terrific breakfast -- huge selection of fresh fruit, homemade muffins, beverages, etc. Really unique - Property is kept up well and easy to access & park The bad: - bedspreads -- took them off the bed immediately and not a fan of the old spreads which are a throwback. But once removed, beds were fine. And that's really my only real criticism Have stayed here twice in past two months and both stays were very good

Paul and Bupi were the people who checked us in/out, served breakfast and helped clean rooms. Positive attitudes, extremely friendly and the best breakfast you can find within a 30 mile radius. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone traveling to the Williamstown area!

Fine for a two-star motel. Breakfast was impressive, however, there isn’t really a place to eat it in the reception room/front desk area. It was a nice day so we ate at the picnic tables outside. If it had been raining or snowy, we would’ve had to eat back in our room or on the chairs opposite the front desk. The room next door was noisy at 10:30. I called the front desk and they dealt with it immediately, which I appreciated. Really friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Paul was a lifesaver! I had to make a last minute, late night trip up to Williams. Due to weather, the driving conditions were awful, and I didn't get in until well after midnight. Paul called to check on me while I was on my drive, and made sure I got settled into the room. The room was so warm and cozy - exactly what I needed after a harrowing drive. Thank you Paul!

This is my second time staying here. It is a family run business and the owner is very friendly. The TV was not working and he came and fixed it. They moved me to a different room because I wanted a refrigerator in my room. They are very accomodating and I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay over during our AT hike. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast has a large assortment of fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt. We will stay here again. It is located next to a really good Greek restaurant and a Cumberland Farms

The motel was well located walkable to Williams campus and town. Most hospitable and clean, well maintained place with nice breakfast, ample parking and everything working well, thanks to resident manager, a most gracious person. All staff were able and friendly.

It's walking distance to campus. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. The a/c is strong! The best thing is the continental breakfast with organic berries and a wide assortment of other high quality breakfast foods and drinks.

Great place to stay. Wonderful, friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable room at reasonable price. Convenient location within walking distance of Williams college, restaurants, and some local hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time in Williamstown. The Willows Motel is perfect for a weekend stay - breakfast is fresh and delicious. Staff is super attentive. Walking distance from town center.

There were only two towels in the room, but we were a total of three guests. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room, but no coffee pods. The free breakfast was fruit, cereal, and bagels set up in the very tiny lobby where you check into the hotel.

I stayed at Willows for the first time: I loved that they are pet friendly and offer breakfast. The breakfast options arranged by the friendly gentleman named Bhupinder was healthy and lovely, there was Panera-brand bread and bagel options. The room was very clean and that is my highest priority, the TV was nice with many channel offerings. The only thing I would ask to improve for motel level service is to have better quality shower soap. The soap is ok for handwashing but not for a shower. Bring your own soap.

Excellent motel. Very convenient for visiting museums in the area. The breakfast was incredible…tons of organic fruit, yogurt, cereal, healthy breads with toppings including peanut butter. Owners were kind and helpful. They even encouraged us to take fruit for the road. The only negative was that the pool was not open.

I thought the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming. He provided a couple of waters and made a point that if there was anything that was needed to reach out, he would take care of things. When I booked the motel and read reviews, everyone commented on the breakfast that was provided. Although there was no hot items there was a variety of healthy choices. There was a lot of fresh fruit, yogurt, berries and oatmeal. They also had bagels and breads from Panera which was fresh. For an older motel, it was in very good shape. If in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay there again

Overall good stay. Its an older hotel so dont expect marble vaneties and gold taps. The breakfast was unique - more fruit than in most high end grocery stores. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The shower was fine.

One could not ask for a more gracious host, who always asks how the room is and provides a truly beautiful breakfast with three types of nuts many fresh fruits and berries, coffee, yogurt, muffins, cereal, bagels, bread and English muffins. The room is small, but comfortable and quiet and very clean. Housekeeping comes every day to spruce up the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed that the pool was not opened. Room very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the Clark, Williams College and the cute business district of Williamstown. Breakfast was surprising with a wonderful array of fruits and berries, nuts and figs….along with breads and cereal…good coffee!
