Comfort Suites Bethlehem Near Lehigh University and LVI Airport

Large, clean room. Nice spot downstairs for unwinding and for breakfast. Desk staff very helpful. Loved my stay.

The hotel is a little dated, but very clean. Rooms were clean, no old or musty smells, and great breakfast options. In the evening time, the breakfast area turns into a bar area with food options, as well as live music/karaoke, which was a nice surprise, to hang out with my hubby, and have a drink.

Everything met my expectations for a quiet overnight stay. Breakfast bar had plenty of options. Staff was very cordial.

Stayed overnightbto catch a flight. Requested recommendation for dinner. Front desk suggestion got us sick...Explained we were flying out and would need shuttle. Getting to airport not an issue. Called when we got back and there was no shuttle. First rep never told us we needed to schedule a pick up. We were never told drivers were only available til 5pm. Then our flight was an hour late arriving. Next rep told us there was no shuttle. No driver. My husband and I and disabled 83 yo mother steanded at airport. Had to have our daughter order us an uber while she was working 2 hrs away. Never stay at this hotel again. Communication absolutely horrible!
