The staff was absolutely the best experience I've ever had travelling - extremely pleasant and friendly, helpful, quick to respond to concerns or needs. Manager was on site every day during my stay. The breakfast was hot and fresh and one of the better continental breakfasts - it was way more than just box cereal and bagels - hot eggs, potato and a taco meat (chicken or pork during my stay) with "street taco toppings", bread/muffin options, waffle maker, homemade overnight oats, yogurts and drinks. The room was unfortunately, outdated and well used and had several stains on carpets and furniture, but was still very clean. The chair at the kitchen had a broken leg (front desk sent someone up immediately and they did fix the chair all in less than 15 minutes). The dishwasher was louder - but it was fine to run that when we had left and dishes were useable for the meal we cooked. The beds were not comfortable and sagged in the centers (double queens w/ kitchenette), couch also was saggy (though was not used as a sleep space). I do believe they are in process of doing an upgrade - there were a large number of shipping containers in their parking lot which limited space, but I never had trouble finding a spot. The mall was within walking distance and ihop across the parking lot. 100% recommend the staff - you all were absolutely amazing.

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, efficient, and so kind. The room was great and the bed so comfortable. We loved that the sky bridge to the mall was just across the parking lot from the hotel, making it easy to go walk each day. Chevy's Fresh Mex, attached to the hotel, was delicious. We loved that breakfast included hot options, with plenty of protein, not just carbs options. We will definitely consider staying again when we're back in town.

If you like the sound of airplanes, you'll love this place. Didn't have coffee or coffee cups at 7:15am when breakfast starts being served at 6:30am. People loitering outside of the hotel at all hours, but mainly during the evenings. Got lucky or second to last night a saw a roach scurrying around in the kitchen portion of our room. A bit disappointing for the ranking it had on Hotels.com. Won't be staying here again.
