Nashville is our happy place but this rental made our stay so much more enjoyable than a hotel. We loved the rooftop, the comfortable bed and all the amenities. We even ordered food in and took a break from all the Nash adventures and enjoyed binge watching tv in the living room. Location was perfect and secure parking was an added bonus. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing us with an excellent accommodation.

Property is very well maintained, clean and great communication from the host. There is a couple of run down abandon house next door and behind the complex so that was a little concerning seeing the people who were seeking shelter there. The “garage door” that was supposed to be securing the parking never shut it stayed open all the time allowing anyone to enter and be around our vehicle. Thankfully nothing was bothered or stolen. Rental was well stocked w all things needed for stay. The noises from the heater kicking on and off were disturbing throughout the night, I’d suggest bring a sound machine to maybe help w that. All in all a very nice trip and place to stay.

We stayed over a long weekend and this space was well located for visits all over the Nashville area. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to manage stairs well as bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Bed was very comfortable and the W/D was a great bonus.

We had a wonderful trip to Nashville and loved staying in this unit. It’s perfect for 2 people, clean, convenient to the city and has secure parking. Communication was terrific and we had no problems at all. We will definitely be back!

The communication with the owners and management personnel are top shelf. All the information you need for a seamless check-in/out. A lot of really useful information about the area, restaurants and attractions. We had to reach out for a couple of questions and the response was immediate and appreciated. The condo is well appointed with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect space for a couple. The rooftop deck is a great place for morning coffee and to unwind in the evening. One thing that stood out is the high-quality linens, sheets and towels. An added touch of comfort that was appreciated. The location may have had a storied past but is being revitalized. It was quiet and never felt unsafe. The walk to downtown is about 20-30 minutes. The route goes through some areas that you may not be as comfortable to walk through at night. An Uber is $8-10 and is probably what you want to do after walking around downtown all day anyway. One thing to be aware of is the stairs. The bathroom/bedroom is on the 2nd floor. We didn't have any issues, but someone with some mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb stairs often. We loved our stay and think you will enjoy your stay there as well.

It was nice and quiet. A quick uber ride from downtown. The condo is a lot of stairs. No first floor bathroom. No tv in the bedroom. It is a unique set up. We enjoyed our stay, but it was a lot of stairs. Not the most convenient set up if you happen to injure your knee the week before you go on vacation. Very pretty and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Great place if you don’t mind stairs.

Great location for proximity to get to all the things you want to see while visiting Nashville. Property owners were great and very prompt to help us with the check-in issues we experienced. Great local recommendations of things to do while visiting. Loved having secured parking. Property area is well managed. I do agree with other postings about of not walking back late at night to the property if you do elect that option vs Uber, but never felt unsafe. Overall great place to stay while in Nashville.

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for our first getaway together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. We were only a mile from downtown and were able reasonably walk to downtown. The owners/managers constantly gave updates leading up to our stay With what to expect during our stay. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

The condo was clean and very easy to access. It’s in an up-and-coming location within easy reach of downtown. The host and property manager were very helpful with suggestions and keeping us updated on the process. I would definitely recommend the location.

My husband and I recently stayed and had a great time. It is in a neighborhood undergoing gentrification as mentioned in another review but we had no issues. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups. The location was convenient, and uber rides averaged $7 to broadway. One night the Uber rides were expensive (30) and the scooters were out of service, so we had to walk. We visited during CMA fest and there was another couple walking. Its a decent walk until you reach the overpass where it is dark. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and it was stocked with cofee and diahes but we disnt use anything. There is a chargwing atation in the bedroom which i thought was thoughtful but they were missing a C charger. The washer had mildew my husband the handy man scrubbed some of it off. On the positive side, there was gated private parking and the bed was comfortable. Molli the property manager was amazing. She reached out to me a few days prior to provide me with details. The day before sent check-in information. We drove from Texas and arrived sooner than we anticipated and Molli was very accommodating as we were exhausted from the drive. We would definitely stay there again, as the location, parking, and comfort outweighed the inconveniences.

This condo is very clean, well kept and perfect for 2 people. We loved it and had a wonderful stay. The bed is very comfortable. All the directions for the different parts of the house (such as the thermometer, the fan in the bedroom, the door lock etc) are all accurate. We had a tiny bit of trouble figuring out how to get into the parking lot but once I went into the condo to see if there were instructions and found them, it was easy. That might be something to be included after booking before arriving. I don't want to cast any shadow though. This really is a great place to stay. I will stay again, if we ever make it back down to Nashville.

It was OK. I wasn’t there to party and wanted to enjoy the space so details really mattered. Apparently there was some work that needed to be done prior to my arrival and there was evidence that the handyman had entered the apt, debris at the entranced, used towel, used rubbish bin etc. I wanted to wipe down the countertops, but no basic cleaning supplies provided. Rooftop wasn’t very inviting-furniture has seen better days. Kitchen mit and potholders were pretty filthy. Apparently the house next door out the back window is abandoned and has crime scene tape-not so comforting. On a positive note, the bed was very comfy. Molli was very communicative, quick to respond and super pleasant. I appreciated the apology for things not being just so, but there was no compensation or discount offered considering the almost 600 paid. For my previous stop I paid about the same amount and it was absolute, luxury and worth every penny. This place was close and convenient to everything in downtown Nashville, but felt like attention to details on several fronts was missed.

We really loved the location it was just right outside of the main streets to Nashville. Really easy to get back and forth from. The place was amazing very clean and comfortable.

This unit feels like a basement apartment- high windows, very small footprint, cinderblock walls, but nicely appointed. Not suitable for more than 2 people. Note everytime you need the bathroom you have to go upstairs.

This townhome offers great convenience as it is so, so close to downtown/Broadway St. and all the amenities this town offers. The unit is expansive and offers everything you may need. We had challenges with the wifi as Xfinity was changing the lines, however, Bree and Shaun were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient and clean home away from home.

The ONLY extremely minor inconvenience I would have is that I did not feel safe walking my girlfriend from the rental to where the downtown scene was. With that being said, an Uber was only 7 bucks. Overall an amazing experience, we spent half the time out on the rooftop and the other half sleeping in that 10/10 bed. We were most sad to leave how comfy that bedding was. Thank you for an incredible experience

This was a nice location, the building and neighbourhood is clean. We had trouble with our check in code not working and then no one answered their phones for about 30-45 minutes. There was no toilet paper though that was rectified a few hours after we notified them. And the bed is a bit soft and lumpy. Otherwise it was really nice

It was nice and quiet. A quick uber ride from downtown. The condo is a lot of stairs. No first floor bathroom. No tv in the bedroom. It is a unique set up. We enjoyed our stay, but it was a lot of stairs. Not the most convenient set up if you happen to injure your knee the week before you go on vacation. Very pretty and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Great place if you don’t mind stairs.

It was OK. I wasn’t there to party and wanted to enjoy the space so details really mattered. Apparently there was some work that needed to be done prior to my arrival and there was evidence that the handyman had entered the apt, debris at the entranced, used towel, used rubbish bin etc. I wanted to wipe down the countertops, but no basic cleaning supplies provided. Rooftop wasn’t very inviting-furniture has seen better days. Kitchen mit and potholders were pretty filthy. Apparently the house next door out the back window is abandoned and has crime scene tape-not so comforting. On a positive note, the bed was very comfy. Molli was very communicative, quick to respond and super pleasant. I appreciated the apology for things not being just so, but there was no compensation or discount offered considering the almost 600 paid. For my previous stop I paid about the same amount and it was absolute, luxury and worth every penny. This place was close and convenient to everything in downtown Nashville, but felt like attention to details on several fronts was missed.

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for our first getaway together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. We were only a mile from downtown and were able reasonably walk to downtown. The owners/managers constantly gave updates leading up to our stay With what to expect during our stay. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Right before our trip, the property manager reached out to ensure we had all the information we could possibly need to locate the property and get settled in- this was especially great since we were getting into town kind of late. She was super helpful and sweet! It was a very comfortable stay, and it seems they thought of everything. Very conveniently located, without being right in the epicenter of activity. We’ll definitely be back!

The communication with the owners and management personnel are top shelf. All the information you need for a seamless check-in/out. A lot of really useful information about the area, restaurants and attractions. We had to reach out for a couple of questions and the response was immediate and appreciated. The condo is well appointed with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect space for a couple. The rooftop deck is a great place for morning coffee and to unwind in the evening. One thing that stood out is the high-quality linens, sheets and towels. An added touch of comfort that was appreciated. The location may have had a storied past but is being revitalized. It was quiet and never felt unsafe. The walk to downtown is about 20-30 minutes. The route goes through some areas that you may not be as comfortable to walk through at night. An Uber is $8-10 and is probably what you want to do after walking around downtown all day anyway. One thing to be aware of is the stairs. The bathroom/bedroom is on the 2nd floor. We didn't have any issues, but someone with some mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb stairs often. We loved our stay and think you will enjoy your stay there as well.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Couples Escape and had a wonderful time. The property was so cute and exactly like the pictures. The communication from the host was outstanding. They sent lots of recommendations from things to do, coffee shops, and places to eat. This was very helpful to us. We used these suggestions to plan our trip and we were not disappointed. The property was a great location. Although it was very close to Broadway, we personally did not walk there, but taking an Uber was super easy and convenient. We had a great stay, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time at this property!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and can honestly say that it couldn't have been any better. Free on-site parking, close to everything and all the amenities made this trip relaxing and worry-free.The property manager, Molli, was great and had every detail of the trip down pat, which made it extremely comforting to know that someone had our backs.Bree (owner) was so professional and answered our questions usually within the hour so we could plan a stress-free little vacation.We will definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting Nashville!!Bill C

This was a nice location, the building and neighbourhood is clean. We had trouble with our check in code not working and then no one answered their phones for about 30-45 minutes. Great location for proximity to get to all the things you want to see while visiting Nashville. Property owners were great and very prompt to help us with the check-in issues we experienced. Great local recommendations of things to do while visiting. Loved having secured parking. Property area is well managed. I do agree with other postings about of not walking back late at night to the property if you do elect that option vs Uber, but never felt unsafe. Overall great place to stay while in Nashville.

Once making our reservations We had instant communication with Property Manager and Owner . Which made it easier for traveling purposes, and their flexibility to work to with us to make ensure our stay was perfect (beyond the typical management duties). Everything was exactly as the description describes. This little mini vacation was filled with the love of downtown Nashville and the people and this little is the heart of Nashville. We loved it and will tell all to book this unit. We hope to be back soon!! Location location !! It offers the flexibility of the entire State and attractions. The staff had ran a little errand for us to help make our holiday perfect. Once inside we feel in love with the management , check in and check out and suggestions for points of interest, right there. Even warm cozy robes!! To top off a fresh arrangement of flowers to kick off our special day 💟. Just all around a 10+ crew. Thanks for making our mini vacation / holiday the best in years !!

The property was as described. When we arrived we had ossues with oir door code, bit i called Molli the property manager and she immediately foxed the problem. During our stay we also had some.issues with the internet but Shaun called me to help fix the issue, turns oit they were doing some work on the lones on the neighborhood and the tv disconnected but problem.was resloved. The propert was cozy and perfect for my significant other and I. We were very close to broadway and other great places. We came to Nashville for a sofrball tournament and the location was in a great place to be able to get to our games and be close to other activities as well. The neighborgood is up and coming as described but never felt uneasy in the area. I would definitely stay with Bree and Shaun again when traveling to the area!

Nice town home. Neighborhood is up and coming just not there yet. Walked from Broadway one night when we could not get an Uber. Probably a mile, felt a little uneasy. We would and will stay here again.

The condo was clean and very easy to access. It’s in an up-and-coming location within easy reach of downtown. The host and property manager were very helpful with suggestions and keeping us updated on the process. I would definitely recommend the location.

We enjoyed our stay and the location of this rental. It is a very clean, well-decorated and comfy place. It was great for my husband and I; however, it has just one bathroom on the second floor so not conducive for two couples or elderly. Nice full kitchen. Only 1 1/4 miles from Broadway and a 15 minute Uber drive to the Grand Ole Opry. I wouldn't recommend if you want to walk vs drive/Uber to Broadway as neighborhood is a bit dicey. We walked home from Broadway once and were uncomfortable in some area. Very convenient location for Uber pickup and dropoff.

The ONLY extremely minor inconvenience I would have is that I did not feel safe walking my girlfriend from the rental to where the downtown scene was. With that being said, an Uber was only 7 bucks. Overall an amazing experience, we spent half the time out on the rooftop and the other half sleeping in that 10/10 bed. We were most sad to leave how comfy that bedding was. Thank you for an incredible experience

This property is probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Super clean and incredible communication. Neighborhood has a lot of construction going on, but super safe and quiet. Loved being able to park my big Silverado in a gated lot. Short Uber ride (>$9) to Broadway. Easy access to the highways. Will stay here again!
