Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall

J'avais quelques inquietudes en lisant certains commentaires. Il est vrai que l'hotel est vieillisant. Les tapis aux étages sont d'une tristesse. Ils font sales. Les chambres sont propres mais les meubles vieillisant, l'émail de la baignoire qui s'en va, ne donnent pas une bonne impression. La ventilation de la salle de bain n'etait pas nettoyée. La filtration de l'eau de la piscine semblait peu fonctionnelle. Dommage, apres une journee sous le soleil du Texas, ce serait un agreable avantage. La localisation est vraiment pratique. Il y a des fruits et du café de courtoisie. Les restaurants à coté, le centre commercial et bien entendu la distance à l'aeroport sont un avantage. Ca depanne, mais ce n est pas ce à quoi je m'attends d'un Marriot.

Car was broken into, plus 3 others with no security around the area. But the seafood restaurant next door has security.

There was no hot water for the shower and the manager didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience, offer an apology or even suggest that another room might be available for a shower. It was the morning and instead the veracity of my claim was questioned. She then stated upper management would be in contact with me, but that never happened. Those who are not conscious of the customer’s experience have no business being in the hospitality field.

Hotel was nice. Unfortunately parked cars were broken into overnight. Very sad to see lots of bokeh windows.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, convenient location to medical office complex. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Convenient to shopping and airport.
