This hotel is very convenient to the freeway along with the mall, shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations etc- but it's on a hillside so it is separated from the noise/traffic. Easy parking and an outdoor pool. The staff was very nice. Good value for the cost

The pool was not open, the building was pretty dirty. The room was decently clean, weird odor.. front desk lady was not in a good mood because we had a dog and they had no rooms left that we booked.

Somewhat outdated. Pool area needs cleaning and maybe refurbishment. Faucet in room wouldn’t turn off completely. Just ok. Felt like an $89/night room but paid a lot more than that.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Security in the parking lot terrible. Had my Cadillac converter stolen off my car. Would suggest better lighting in the parking lot with cameras to possibly deter thieves. I was not very impressed with the breakfast. Would suggest scrambled eggs than omelettes, sausages rather than bacon.

Gross. Just gross. We ended up switching our room to another because of hair in the bathtub and on the bed. As well as dirt spots on the bed and bathtub. The second room was just as bad. Hairs in the bathtub and on the bed. CRUMBS on the bed too. Gross.

Exhausted after arriving at 2:15 AM to pull back the sheets to get in the bed and there was hair on the pillow and sheets. DISGUSTING!! Clearly the bed had been used and sheets were not changed.

Found blood on one of the pillow cases and mold on the tub and inside the plastic tub knob. Where the toilet water line goes into the wall it was old and wall needed repairsl as well as the wall where the shower head came out looked damaged. Will not be staying there again.

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. Our room had many stains on the carpet and on the sheets. The desk and bedside table surfaces had not been wiped. The hallways and stairwell have not been vacuumed. The person checking us in was not friendly. The eggs and sausages at breakfast were cold. Overall the hotel is rundown.

I like the single queen room with the small couch layout. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and affordable. Location is good -high on a bluff which helps eliminate traffic noise. Toilet seat was weirdly very short-maybe only 12” to 13” high. I’m 5’2” and it was almost too short for me. I pity the tall person. I hope the other rooms don’t have this issue.

It wasnt a bad stay at all. I actually enjoyed it's location cause it sits back away from all the road traffic noise. I like that they do breakfast and it's actually pretty good and you have a variety of options to choose from. Gripes would be it would have been nice to have an opening window for some ventilation. The rooms seem stuffy after a while. The loud sound of the fridge kicking on at random times in the night is a bit off-putting. Everything seemed wiped down and it looked good but there was like large crumbs of something all over the floor like they forgot to vacuum but it's not as bad as I'm making it sound. I had a nice size TV in my room and a good queen bed that fit me @ 6'3" and 185 lbs. Also there are a strange amount of people that just sit in the parking lot in their vehicles all night. I didn't hear of any happenings but it's still slightly odd. But other than that I'd say it's a great place to stay with gym, conference hall and pool. Price was beautiful! I stayed a whole week for less than $350!

Everything about the hotel was excellent except the bed was a little firm for my taste and the pills were a little lumpy. I usually bring my own pillow so that's my fault. But if that's the worst I can say, then I would say the hotel is well worth the price as it was $50 less than hotels on the same road just a few hundred yards away.

Just an average room for an average price. Nothing special but we were able to check out at noon which was a big plus. Got to go to the HOF and the wife got to stay in the room. We were both happy! Breakfast was fair. Room was at the end of the hall and quiet.

From the moment we arrived, the person working the desk was combative with me. They then put us in a room where the air conditioner and the phone didn’t work. They had a maintenance person come and fixed things…but there was no apology and no discount. Everything was also old and smelled old. There was dust everywhere. You could tell that the cleaning is limited. I will not stay there again.

The hotel is older, the carpets are darker so I think they were clean, but they look a bit dingy. Staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was good. We were there 4 nights and only did it one day. They did offer it if we wanted. We opted not to.

Comfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue.

The staff was extremely nice and moved us rooms to be on the same floor as our family. However the breakfast lady the next morning was extremely rude after some people overflowed the waffle maker and the coffee pot wasn’t working.

Breakfast was ok, single coffee machine for all guests made the process slow. Good selection of Breakfast foods, the microwave (needed for oatmeal) isnt in the dining area though, and no peanut butter available for toast.

The hotel was nice but I do have to complain about the breakfast. It is served from 6:30 - 9 am and we got there around 8:40 and there was no eggs or bacon left and no one around to tell them that they were out till a lady showed up at 8:55 and started tearing down what was actually left over, which was barely anything. So if you want the buffet breakfast that is advertise, get there early, I guess.

The hotel was very dated, which I knew by the photos but maintenance and updates are definitely needed, although it did seem very clean otherwise. Our room was missing a remote for the TV and the floor was wet by the mini fridge. A very basic hotel, we didn’t use the pool or free breakfast due to our short time there. I would like mention that we requested a replacement remote and we were told one would be brought to us, but it never was and I had to go back to the front desk and ask a second time, but the front desk staff did seem nice otherwise. There is a sign out front about quiet hours and listed oddly specific things to avoid doing, such as singing too loudly in the shower. While we were at the front desk, checking in, the clerk, took a call in which he was talking to someone about renting a room for a few hours or giving an hourly rate to the person on the phone, which also gave me the ick. Overall, it was OK for the short time we were there, but I probably wouldn’t stay again as somebody else mentioned in the reviews it gives the shining vibes.
