We booked three nights. Very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not in working order the first night and the hot tub was not working for our entire stay. Had we been notified of this prior, we would have booked a room elsewhere!

Rear door proped open/unsecure. Burning cigarettes on ground outside of door. Hot tub out of order even though I called to check on that 2 days prior. Pool area cold and dirty. Restroom in pool area out of order. Heater in room did not work. Heat light in bathroom did not work. Whole property not very clean. Would not recommend.

The property seemed to be under construction and lacking in cleanliness/maintenance in some areas. I had booked this location because of the pool access but it was not open/in order during my stay. Lastly, my check-in process was painstakingly long. When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk for about fifteen minutes (there was a sign noting they had left to take someone to the airport). Then, it took about fifteen more minutes for the gentlemen in front of me to book a stay and another ten minutes for me to check in.

A good value. Comfortable and clean rooms. A few minor repairs needed but not enough to call maintenance for in the evening. Stayed there so we could catch an early flight and the shuttle was warm and ready for us at 5am.

Major renovations happening to the hotel - condition was overall a mess. Multiple rooms had no air conditioning working, our room had no shower curtain and the tub drain was badly clogged. Drains around the pool area were clogged as well. Outside doors were left unlocked all night - no key required for entering the building late at night. Would definitely look for another location to stay at next time.

My room was infested with bedbugs. As a result I checked out after 2 days in what was supposed to be a 6 night reservation. They refused to refund the cost of the remaining 4 nights even though I had checked out. I am appalled at how little they care about the health and welfare of their customers. Expedia was of no help in this situation.

Dirty, gross. Bathroom floor was oddly both sticky and slimy depending on where you stepped. Carpet was sticky and gross. Refrigerator was filthy. Shampoo and lotion bottles were so dirty I was afraid to use them. In room coffee packets were already opened. Ice container was growing. Staff was nice but unprofessional and even creepy. 2 hours before checkout time they parked a cleaning cart outside our door and started making a bunch of noise and woke us up. When I opened the door to see what was going on the guy was standing right at our door and wanted to “clean” our room right then. I told him we weren’t ready to leave yet and closed the door. But he stayed outside the door waiting - I could see his feet pacing back and forth in front of the door - it was super creepy. I would have been really scared if I had been alone. Bed was comfortable, amazingly. Too bad they didn’t let us sleep.

I had a three night stay and the only time anyone came by to clean the room was the morning when I was getting ready to leave. The heater made a crackling noise all night long when it ran and woke me up every time, the little shampoo and soap containers in the room were previously used. There was a layer of dust covering everything meaning I couldn’t even use the ice bucket to get ice as it was dirty. The mattress was lumpy, the ironing board needed a new cover. The only thing that was pleasant was the morning breakfast. And there was plenty of coffee in the lobby.

The room smelled like mildew and urine. It was an awful experience. I walked around the room in my shoes for fear of what might be in the carpet. The shower didn't drain well and filled with water almost immediately. The sheets and linens seemed clean enough. Had there been other hotels available at the time I would have left wether or not I got a refund.

Arrived hotel was in total disaray. Desk person told me they were going through remodel. Old carpet laying around outside. Lobby dirty. When i arrived in room there was an empty beer can by chair. Shower curtain was old and molfy looking. Faucet was barely hanging on in bathroom. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be laundered. I requested a wakeup call, but never received it. I was going to leave my car there for 10 days as it was only $5.00 a day. I was awakenef by loud techno music at 12:15am just blasting, so i called the front desk and he took care of that, but room above me made so much noise all night long so i barely slept before my early morni ng flight! I have stayed here before, and it was never this bad. I am a solo traveler so i expressed myconcerns to older gentleman in the morning when i checked out. He recommended that i file a complaint. I told him i have never felt afraid to stay in a hotel.

Was apparently being partially renovated however everything was extremely dirty, no tp in the bathroom, missing screens on the windows, weird smell etc. We checked in and felt super unsanitary and unsafe for myself and my two daughters to stay there so we went back and checked back out asked if we could get a partial refund at least as we were supposed to stay two nights and given the circumstances of us not feeling safe thought between the hotel and expedia they would be somewhat be understanding but nope they were both fine with taking my full amount of moneyfor the stay with no refund even though we were at the property for 10 mins. Would never recommend staying here or booking with expedia.

I’ve stayed here previously and never had an issue, however this stay was not good. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were dirty or falling off the wall. The toilet paper roll was on the floor as the holder no longer will stay in the fixture. This was definitely a “get what you pay for” visit, and I won’t make the same mistake again.

Usually I don’t have much to say about things. This hotel was horrible! Smelled like marijuana. It was not clean. The pool and hot tub was not filled(which was why we chose this hotel). The front desk person was never there. Overall not a great experience.

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked. The whole property wasn't clean, inside and outside both. There was broken glass in the parking lot. Rooms were still being renovated and should not have been rented. Outside doors didn't lock......

If you are just looking for a place to sleep, sure, its fine. However, i wouldn't go back for any other reason. They didn't have the room I booked, and was switched to room with much smaller beds. The heater rattled all night, the light switch cover on the bathroom was broken. The hotel seemed to be under renovation. We could hear the baby crying a few doors down. Positives, the beds were clean.

Room was average for the price. Pool had been out of service for months. Wake up call was given 1 hour before requested so lost sleep. Not many people there but still given a room next to someone loud and next to busy highway. Shuffle service was good

Convenient location. Back access door does not lock making us uneasy about having our rooms just inside the building. Bathroom light worked only spotty, heating/cooling unit functions poorly. Breakfast fair: waffle mix so runny that waffles did not get cooked through. Floor not vacuumed in 1 of our 2 rooms. We needed a place to stay prior to a funeral so it served its purpose but the place needs an update!

I would say the people that run it are also doing the cleaning of the rooms. There was really no one ever behind the counter…..if you need anything you are to pick up a phone and call “0”. Had to wait about 20 minutes before I had service to check in.

We've stayed here many times, inexpensive and close to the airport. We live 90 minutes away so it works great for early flights and late arrivals. This was the last time we'll ever stay. The room was fine. The continental breakfast was bad, really bad. Eggs were cold, not just not warm, actually cold. Bagels were solid, not frozen, just solidly stale. The hotel smelled bad as we entered, the stair landing had old mattresses and bed frames lining the walls. When checking out in the morning I realized I was charged double. The girl at the front desk was the same person that checked us in, she seemed to have no idea how to use the computer, my bill has my name on the heading, someone else's address and someone else's name is later on the invoice. She was unable to fix the mistake and asked me to call back later after her brother got in. Talked to him after 11am, said he'll fix it, 9 hours later, still waiting. Hate losing this place, it was real handy.

Basic hotel for the area. Stayed in July 2024 and was a decent stay and decent breakfast, but this time in Sept of 2025, a very different and disappointing experience. Based on our recent stay, they should not advertise breakfast, more like light snacks with a breakfast theme. Last year in July 2024, it was a good breakfast; What happened in 1 year?

It was what we needed for a weekend visiting family. Comfortable bed, loud air conditioner but we prefer that to hallway or other outside noise. Hot showers and spacious room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

I had a three night stay and the only time anyone came by to clean the room was the morning when I was getting ready to leave. The heater made a crackling noise all night long when it ran and woke me up every time, the little shampoo and soap containers in the room were previously used. There was a layer of dust covering everything meaning I couldn’t even use the ice bucket to get ice as it was dirty. The mattress was lumpy, the ironing board needed a new cover. The only thing that was pleasant was the morning breakfast. And there was plenty of coffee in the lobby.

Clean, pet friendly Has everything I wanted 2 bed room was a little small but was comfortable. The pool area- even though the hot tub was not working- the pool was so warm the kids had a great time, and next time I am bringing my suit too! A good breakfast. friendly staff, will stay again!

I didn't use the airport shuttle. I used the parking lot and the door from the back parking lot had a debris that made me uncomfortable on the outside as well as in the hallway on the inside.

Curtains were shredded, ice bucket had mold, vending machine was not even stocked well, no creamer for coffee in the room, couldn’t get a WiFi signal, and it was dirty. My 13 year old didn’t feel safe because the door close to our room didn’t shut correctly and we were able to get in without the key card. We left after about 1.5 hours and went to another hotel. We will never be back again and I will be asking for a refund.

Tried reservation 12Jun for 04Sep and told no vacancy. Later asked at Cobblestone-Mosinee about Americinn and they were unaware of any other motel than Quality Inn. Looked for QI and found Americinn!! Tried for reservation again on 01Sep and obtained room. Stopped at motel mid-PM 04Sep to confirm and was met by 3 workers that spoke only Spanish. Still took room.
