Staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful!! The rental was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed! Plenty of towels which we loved. My teenaged boys loved the Rec Center! Close to plenty of things including a grocery store. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. It was a little dated but very very clean. The staff in the activities center were incredibly kind and helpful. The property is in a great location near all the hubbub of the Dells but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

Unfortunately the first room we were given was under attack by lady bugs, just seemed as if a door had been left cracked or open. Staff promptly relocated us to another room, which even had some more modern furniture, not to say the previous was at all outdated. Pool and hot tub were great(very big). Beds were clean and comfortable. TVs are also pretty up to date if that’s important. Patio was very nice. Walmart is right around the corner. Overall really enjoyed the stay, the price and amenities can’t be beat. Will definitely be back next year.

We enjoyed our cozy 2 bedroom apartment with access to a pool table and hot tub. This place has very friendly staff which was refreshing. The only thing I wasnt impressed with was the swimming pool. It went up to 3 1/2 feet deep and the pool area itself was that inviting. However that being said we had the entire area to ourself which was very nice. Over all it was relaxing weekend getaway with my mom.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back again. Our condo was clean and had everything thing we needed to prepare meals. Only one complaint is the mattress in the pull out sofa was very thin and springs jabbing into back. It needs to be replaced. The pool area was great and close to our condo. Can't wait to come back for our next stay!

We’ve stayed at this property a lot. The pool the hot tub the staff and all the other amenities are first rate. If there’s an issue the staff is right there to help. We had a leak in the ceiling from the shower , maintenance was there in less than 10 minutes to fix it. Will keep coming back!

We liked the property and its amenities. Having a full kitchen, patio space with grille, and easy parking were very convenient. The friendly staffs were a big plus as well. However, the place did feel outdated and could use some updates. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The place was dusty and the floors didn’t seem mopped. My toddler ran around the unit in his socks for a bit and his socks turned black. So we had to make sure he kept his shoes on at all times.

This Place is Awesome! I’m a seasoned traveler and our unit was one of the cleanest, most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Stayed here with my elderly father and the bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable for us both. Ken and Joyce are wonderful, super kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I booked this facility after seeing the high review rating. 1. The unit was looking very old. 2. Not very clean 3. They have indoor and outdoor pools - but not heated. 5. Overall this is not a place to relax. I should have chosen hotels over this I had to cut my stay short and left after 2 nights instead of three. Pros: 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Fireplaces.

Property was very nice and apartments were nice. The only issue I had was our apartment didn’t have a nice smell to it, the bed and couch had a terrible smell, there was a spider and ants when we arrived an and the bedroom was extremely hot due to only one air conditioning unit in the living room and the fan only had one speed.

My best friend and I stayed here for a quick mama getaway and we were very impressed! It was exceptionally clean and the grounds were beautiful. The location is perfect and central to everything, but just far enough away for some serenity. I’m excited about coming back with my husband and kids!

Pretty Basic, nothing luxurious for the price. In the property you did have everything you need. But for someone who has stayed at many vacation rentals across the U.S. Somethings inside the property were rusted or dry rotted.The decor is an outdated . And outside amenities published on the site were not the same as advertised. Staff were ok …could have a little more well dressed and friendly. All in all if you need something quick and outdoorsy with not much luxury …more on the camping side this may be a good place for you. Kitchen was fine Bathroom and jetted tub very small. Also limited parking . but these things you can work out. For the price I didn’t want to have to .

Overall, my family of three enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom unit. This place is not fancy, but no place in the Dells is. It was clean, spacious and quiet. It came well equipped for a stay of a few days.

It was very pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean. We never heard any noise from either neighbor on both sides of us. Unfortunately our air conditioner did not work and the upstairs cable couldn't get the playoff game. Other than that the family had a blast. We will be back next year.

Loved habing my own unit with bavkysrd psyio and the ability to bbq. Habing two bathrooms was great too with a teenager and preteen in the house. I only wish there was a ceiling fan in the kids room but we made do. Geeat place to get-away and relax.

This Place is Awesome! I’m a seasoned traveler and our unit was one of the cleanest, most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Stayed here with my elderly father and the bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable for us both. Ken and Joyce are wonderful, super kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately the first room we were given was under attack by lady bugs, just seemed as if a door had been left cracked or open. Staff promptly relocated us to another room, which even had some more modern furniture, not to say the previous was at all outdated. Pool and hot tub were great(very big). Beds were clean and comfortable. TVs are also pretty up to date if that’s important. Patio was very nice. Walmart is right around the corner. Overall really enjoyed the stay, the price and amenities can’t be beat. Will definitely be back next year.

Location was perfect, close to everything, but the property felt secluded and tranquil. The staff at the check in counter was amazing, friendly and helpful! We had a great time and will definitely return in the future.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Tamarack! My husband and I stayed for a weekend vacation and couldn't have been more perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super easy. This would be amazing for a family trip too!

We’ve stayed at this property a lot. The pool the hot tub the staff and all the other amenities are first rate. If there’s an issue the staff is right there to help. We had a leak in the ceiling from the shower , maintenance was there in less than 10 minutes to fix it. Will keep coming back!

We were really amazed with everything from the price we paid to the layout of the house and the staff being so welcoming and having wonderful communication. The house literally had everything we needed as far as appliances and essentials. We will certainly be back to stay every time we come to the Dells. We were 9 mins away from Wilderness and literally 3 minutes away from the shopping center that was a super plus.

My best friend and I stayed here for a quick mama getaway and we were very impressed! It was exceptionally clean and the grounds were beautiful. The location is perfect and central to everything, but just far enough away for some serenity. I’m excited about coming back with my husband and kids!

The staff/check in was inconsistent we were treated rather briskly and given minimal directions, leaving us to fend for ourselves in finding our unit. We overheard other guests / parties getting walked through every aspect of their stay, amenities, etc. The actual property is poorly lit at night and on a dark road, to complicate matters there are lawn decorations obstructing several of the "colony" signs so we drove around multiple times and then finally my husband had to get out and walk to find our rental. The actual property is outdated, and was barely surface clean. The carpet in the rental was grey from wear and needed cleaning badly The window AC units kept the property coolish but were so loud it was hard to have a conversation or watch television in the living room with them running. The door to the front clost came off the track, the bathroom towel rack fell down repeatedly and large chunks of the cabinet by the dishwasher were falling/flaking off whenever we closed it tightly. To top off our stay we were responsible for trash, dishes, and bathroom linens or risked being charged a fee for cleaning; after paying what we did a night for essentially a glorified motel?! This is definitely not a 4 star property and for the $ there are much better options.

Property had an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, a room with board games, pickleball, arcade, a pool table. It felt like a neighborhood with condos. We had a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, patio. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and quiet. Shades or better black-out curtains needed for the twin beds room... we hung a blanket for night #2. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great kitchen, room was mostly clean. I don't think they're made for summer visits. Window air conditioning in the downstairs and a bedroom upstairs which was not very effective. Had a fan pushing air upstairs and a fan pushing air into the 2nd bedroom. That room stayed hot, they slept on the couch. After cleaning the filter on there ac downstairs it did seem to work a bit better. Otherwise a nice large area with a couple bigger pools.
