Parking was easy, very well lit. Breakfast was quite good, enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit. The room where breakfast was at was really nice and open, plenty of seating. Room was very clean, beds were comfy and AC Unit worked well with out any squeaks of noise like I’ve dealt with at other places so sleeping was great.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and my only issue is while they do have a Laundry area the dryers never work. I had some cloths to wash and dry after a swim and the dryer took my money but it didn't even start. I asked an employee if they had a working dryer in another floor and she called someone and they told her no . I told her to put an out of order sign so someone else doesn't waste there time trying. They also had the coffee machine in the breakfast area out of order sad moment for me . I'm hoping next time I stay the laundry area works I'm not a fan of having to go out to the local laundromat to do a load of cloths. Other than that everything else is on point.

Walking into the property there was a strange smell. We weren’t greeted upon arrival by the person checking people in he was busy chatting with another guest. Once we got checked in our room also had a strange smell. The bathroom toilet was also dirty and the fitted sheet had stains on it. There were many flies in our room and in the breakfast area. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We arrived In the early morning hours with a a reservation and once we finally got checked in we went to our room which was not ac cooled. We were tired and going to bed and noticed insects (German roaches) infested the mattresses and headboard. We were finally issued another room and sent to the fourth floor. The room was adequate yet hot inside. The young lady at the front desk would not give us door cards to the new room without surrender v the door card for the infested room. That didn’t sit well since I wanted to inspect the new room for bugs. The new room was across the hall from the Elevator and every time the elevator made it to the 4tb floor it sounded like it was as tearing the elevator apart with a loud metallic bang. We were told that breakfast was served from 6 AM to 10 AM and when we arrive for breakfast having not gotten a lot of sleep at 9:15 they were tearing the breakfast down and putting it away so we did not get to eat all we wanted nor were all the items available. We were not the only person that got the same message. The lobby was also without AC and the front doors were wide open morning and night

1. The staff was amazing, very helpful and informative. 2. The beds are very uncomfortable. 3. The tiles on the floor in the bathroom we’re coming up. 4. This place most certainly needs an upgrade. 5. The pillows were horrible, need to replaced. 6. The water in the shower and the sink have a horrible odor. 7. The carpets need a cleaning and the walls need painting. 8. We were very disappointed for the price we paid.

We were assigned to room 406 which is on the front side of the property and faces the highway (I35). We could hear trucks and other loud vehicles all night long and we weren’t able to enjoy a full night of sleep. Very disappointed.

Staff was less than welcoming, but I am thinking that is just the culture. Checked in at 4p we were on the 4th floor the a/c was set to off so it was hot in the room for it being August in Texas, set it to 60, middle of the night got hot again. Heard every truck/car driving by, heard every door slam on our floor. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Casino is 10mins away. Road construction is ridiculous down 35.

The property was average. I hoped the AC in the hotel would be lower than 79. The AC in the room worked good but with the actual hotel so hot it felt humid in the rooms. Nice quiet stay and breakfast was delicious.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. There was no bathroom vanity fixture , it was capped off , so the lighting was bad there and bad in the room also due to only 2 lamps for lighting. The desk chair was an old office chair with busted adjustments, it was worn and you could not raise or lower the seat . The tub water spicket also had a steady leak of water.

Very slow check-in. Took an hour even though we had reservations that couldn't be found in their computer. The first assigned room was already occupied by another guest. The staff finally prevailed after much confusion and the next room was great.

There was no hot water, phone in room didn’t work, when I called the hotel and asked for front desk it hung up. When I checked out and brought all this to their attention their only response was “sorry for the inconvenience”. They made no effort to make anything right or offer a discount.

We arrived around 3:40pm. when we arrived, the check in tablet could not find my name or reservation. The gentleman behind the counter had to check us in. However, we were told our room wasn't cleaned and would have to wait. While standing in the lobby for about 10 minutes we were told we had to sit down. There were 2 other parties unable to check in because of room availability. After about 20-25 minutes, he called us to the counter and we were able to check in. Once in the room, the TV didn't work. there were two remotes but neither controlled the tv properly. The staff wasn't very pleasant and didn't seem to want to be working. They were not very proffesional.

The female at the front desk lacked customer service. Had an air pod in the whole time. Seem annoyed when we checked in, and really annoyed when we paid cash for snacks and water. Service was terrible. The gentleman in front of me checking in was also frustrated with the female worker. Owners and managers this is a reflection on you. Please train her in Basic customer service 101. Please do not tolerate this from staff. Otherwise you will continue to have upset customers. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but our experience could have been much better. I gave a 3 star not because of the actual hotel. The Hotel was very clean and nice. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. But due to lack of front desk female customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms. One staff member not very welcoming. Pool in excellent condition. Breakfast good. The only problem that might hinder my next stay is hotel over charged me by $75.00. I had a dog on trip which was suppose to be $25.00, but they have charged me $100.00. I booked through Expiedia so i will be contacting both to see who over charged me. If this can be resolved i would be happy to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms. One staff member not very welcoming. Pool in excellent condition. Breakfast good. The only problem that might hinder my next stay is hotel over charged me by $75.00. I had a dog on trip which was suppose to be $25.00, but they have charged me $100.00. I booked through Expiedia so i will be contacting both to see who over charged me. If this can be resolved i would be happy to stay again.

Access difficult due to road construction. Breakfast was better than expected. The attendant was terrific. Entire staff was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Likes: The property seemed new, very clean, quiet, check-in and check-out were easy, staff were helpful, and nice breakfast. My wife and I are coffee lovers, and we liked the coffee served there. Comfortable stay! Will give 9/10. Dislikes: Had little difficulty or inconvenience to get in and get out to/from the property, maybe due to the ongoing highway expansion work. Dining is not too far away but nothing close to the property.

Parking was easy, very well lit. Breakfast was quite good, enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit. The room where breakfast was at was really nice and open, plenty of seating. Room was very clean, beds were comfy and AC Unit worked well with out any squeaks of noise like I’ve dealt with at other places so sleeping was great.

Clean, soft beds, nice people at the front desk. Breakfast was amazing. Stayed here pre-pandemic and breakfast was amazing then too. Best I've ever had at any LaQuinta I'd ever stayed before. Had a great stay, totally recommend!

My husband and I book this staycation and we left at 4:30am because the bed in this suite was absolutely horrible. The mattress was hard as sleeping on the floor. It’s on top of a thick metal frame which makes it feel like a brick. Did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast because we could not sleep at all that we chose to leave

First, we accidentally booked the wrong date and we immediately addressed it with a phone call and rebooking the correct date in hopes they would cancel the wrong date. They did not. This hotel has very good ratings but reviews are deceiving because it is not a good place to stay. Got food poisoning while there. Called the front desk and asked them to put water on my credit card and leave by my door because getting up and walking anywhere further than the bathroom was very painful. They would NOT do this. I also asked for more toilet paper because as you know, food poisoning will make you go through the TP in no time at all. It took them THREE HOURS to bring up a roll of toilet paper. The internet is horrible, the staff was horrible and the place looks very deceiving in person versus pictures on Hotels.com. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN....EVER! We have about 25 more visits to this location and we will take our money to a different hotel even if it means paying more. We will also have many more stays in this location in 2027 and 2028 of which this hotel will not see one cent. It all boils down to that customer service.....there is none at this hotel. If you can deal with that and few others things, stay there. BUT you will not like it.
