Great hotel. No bar or restaurant onsite. If you stay there go to west end sports bar. Fantastic food and bartenders!!

Shipping containers in the parking lot caused parking to be an issue.

Just ok. Stayed 2 nights. Seemed expensive for a hotel with little amenities. They never attended to our room except to take trash. Eventually ran out of toilet paper and had to go down for more towels myself. The one way in and out of the property is super inconvenient.

There was limited parking due to large trucks parked in an already small parking lot. The hotel sits on an awkward corner off the street. There is a cemetry directly behind the hotel. The room and bathroom were very small with a king sized bed. My keys did not work to get in room upon my return in the evening. There was a small removeable ramp laid over 3-4 steps to get to my room. These things decreased my satisfation because it was below the standards I have seen in similar hotels.

The location is near a nice variety of restaurants and shopping. The fitness room exceeded expectations.

Ok stay, but some of fitness room equipment was broken (the eliptical), and the filtered water jug empty. The tv was extra hard to figure out (compared to the Fairfield Inn we stayed in yesterday) and was missing some of the standard stations (abc). Room was clean, but the shower drain was very slow to empty.

It wasn't newly renovated. All the baseboards were ripped off, not sure if updates were in process or what. Seemed old. Bathroom was small.

Property was under renovation. Hallways were dirty. Room was clean, although the air conditioner made a terrible noise when it kicked on and sounded like it was on its last legs.

Clean room, great location, love that coffee available 24/7 & breakfast.

Bathrooms had mold and leaked. Getting out of the shower was unsafe due to the floor being wet.

Horrific hotel. I was initially put in a room on the ground level. The room was covered in mold (on the walls, in the bathroom, on the ceiling, on the AC). You could smell it from the hallway leading to the room. I started having breathing problems immediately. I was transferred to an upper level room after I informed the front desk that I had a medical condition (after previously being told there were NO available rooms left). Horrible! Do not stay here!

The individuals at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, and breakfast were great! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about my room. There was mold in the shower. There was also a stale smoke, and musty smell in the room.

Check-in went smoothly. Entered our room, and was immediately taken back by the smell of mildew mixed with wet dog! Considering my son and I deal with allergies and are allergic to both mold and dogs…let’s just say the next morning wasn’t the best!

Check-in was fast and easy (arrived late at night). Immediately smelled something wrong in our room (1st floor) and was moved to another 1st floor room. Similar smell and then we looked around an found visible mold on the wall. Requested and given a 3rd floor room, no mold. The receptionist on duty when we reported the mold demonstrated zero interest in writing a report (she was leaving for the night). We stressed to her replacement that a report should be made. We also showed them both the pics and videos we recorded of the mold. Otherwise, was an ok stay. Breakfast was fine, room was fine. But kept thinking of all the people on the 1st floor who were surely breathing in mold.

This Holiday Inn was low quality. The baseboards outside the room was missing. The room had a horrible smell of mildew and there were stains on the carpet. The bed was placed so close to the cooling system I had to walk sideways to get in and out of the bed. I feel I was beat out of money. I paid over $300.00 for a one night stay. It should have been free of charge. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Plenty of food stores (Whole Foods & Stop & Shop) and dining (Cava, Mission BBQ to just name a few) options surround the property. Parking was also convenient. The breakfast was so-so. We stayed 2 nights and had morning meal twice. First morning, the eggs, sausage and turkey bacon were all undercooked. Next day, it was much better so someone probably spoke up. The pancake maker made undercooked pancakes also. But, they had fruit, several oatmeal flavors, cereals, juices, milk, decent coffee and tea options. The gym is VERY small and in a bad location. You walk right up to it in the lobby as you head to any room so you would feel like an exhibit since the front is all glass. Staff was fine. The decor of the rooms is very dated. The bathrooms look like they were last updated maybe in the 1990's at the earliest, but everything worked ok. The safe in the room also did not work. My biggest complaint is that there is virtually ZERO noise insulation between rooms. I heard two ladies' conversation next door like they were sitting right in front of me. When they used the hair dryer, you would have sworn it was coming from your own bathroom. Thank God they weren't late night TV watchers, because we wouldn't have slept otherwise. If they fixed that, my overall rating would be higher. But overall, the convenience of all the stores/restaurants listed previously made it a pretty good value. We were on a visit to the USNA and it was about 3 miles (8-10 min) away by car.

The staff are all friendly and professional. The room had wallpaper bubbling up and the refrigerator was leaking, creating a super humid environment. I was offered another room but declined because I was already settled in. Saturday night between 10 30 and 12 00 pm the police had to come to a neighboring room. A lot of fighting and noise. I think the staff should have evicted them because it was going on for so long. Not very peaceful and a littlr scary.

Everything was fine about my stay. I was disappointed that I could not sign on to Netflix or prime on the tv. I was forced to watch shows on my iPad. For this reason I will probably not stay at your hotel again.

Convenient location to hospital. Spacious room.

I booked a whirlpool tub room. The room its self was ok but the tub was very very chipped I had to sit on a towel and the jets barely worked. The shower had a long piece of hair in it. The room was very close to the lobby so i heard literally everything. There was a group of i think was 8-10 year old baseball players and parents that spent till 10pm being extremely loud in the lobby right next to my room. Also the lobby computer was right outside the room and a majority of the students were playing games on it and screaming loudly till just after 10pm. I complained to the front desk girl and she said they has till 10pm to get out of the lobby and shes told the parents multiple times to quite down the boys. I heard a few other people open their doors to tell them to quite down. Then the over night front desk guy i heard humming all night long from my room to. So a night that was supposed to be my night of relaxation was definitely not and i barely got any sleep. Definitely will not be coming back here again.

Great stay and great location. The only thing that sucked was the internet connection!! It was impossible to watch any movie or shows on the tv and the WiFi was super slow.

Great staff….property a bit “tired” but a very friendly staff working hard to make it comfortable. A decent value for location and price!

I arrived at the property for a 1 o’clock early check-in to find out the room was not available. I asked to kill the time waiting in the business center and I was told that that was unavailable. The young man Joel at the front desk was very rude with the whole situation!!!

Jose at the front desk works very hard to make sure that the guests have everything they need. He’s so helpful, polite and great at his job.

READ CAREFULLY: We arrived with a valid reservation and were told the hotel was overbooked. They tried to reject us because they thought we were only staying one night — turns out we had two nights booked. Only after calling corporate and the hotel manager did they "magically" find a room. Imagine being the kind of hotel manager who would throw a family with a child out on the street over $95. Absolutely disgraceful. Reminder: a Hotels.com reservation means nothing if the hotel decides to sell your room to someone staying 1 extra night. Never staying at a Holiday Inn again — and you shouldn’t either. Room was clean and comfortable once we were able to secure it.

I Arrived w/ my Service Animals After Driving 14 Hours And Was Told Your Hotel Cannot Accommodate me I am a Disabled Woman Traveling w/ my Sister & Animals & Had to Get Another Hotel The Best Western Took us For $211& The Hotel Was Old & Smell The Manager Would Not Allow us to Stay For The Night.

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean and excellent front desk help. The manager came to our room and helped us with our t.v. Found out there was no additionsl remote and he immediately took care of the situation. Everyone was extremely professional and hepful. The only thing i would comment on is that i have had a better choice at breakfast at other Holiday Inn Expresses than we had available at this one. The cheese omelets were not very tasty and would have preferred hash brown potatoes or sliced potatoes without the spices. But that would be the only thing that would have improved our stay.

Had a broken toilet for three straight nights before they let me switch rooms. Horrible management. Will never stay there again.

This is my 4th or 5th time staying at this location. The customer service is always great, but this trip they were next level. The desk manager couldn’t find a cart because they were all in use as I was trying to leave, so he personally came and carried my son’s large military bags out to my car because I was alone.

Clean room, great location, love that coffee available 24/7 & breakfast.

Excellent stay. Quiet room. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.

Great location and easy parking

Convenient location to a half marathon location & great variety of shops & restaurants within an easy walk.

The location is good if you have a car. I do feel like we were somewhat far from where we wanted to go in the downtown Annapolis area. The hotel itself is not bad at all, just wasn't the most amazing either. It was a good place to just sleep but not exactly to stay.

Bed was comfortable, comfortable pillows. Front desk associates were very nice. The wall paper/ paint could be updated in the hallways. I LOVED the hit breakfast but the biscuits were hard and looked dark/over done. There was no more bacon and they didn't put anymore out. The sausage was dry (probably sat there to long) and the pancake machine could probably be hotter cause the pancakes were barely cooked. Nice concept tho, first time I had pancakes at a hotel!

Besides the out-dated colors on wall, the shower being really slippery and the breakfast being over cooked and dried out, our stay was very good! Eggs and sausage gravy were good but the biscuits and sausage patties were dry and over done. The pancakes could be cooked longer as well. Over all very great place to stay!

T.V. in room didn't work; excellent customer service at front desk! Lady working helped us with it right away even though it was a busy time of evening. The food each morning was delicious.
