Candlewood Suites Destin-Sandestin Area by IHG

We enjoyed having the small kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. They only clean the rooms once a week and when they cleaned ours they didn't take all the used towels and didn't replenish the hand soap in the bathroom or leave any extra kleenex. The kitchen is well enough equipped and there are more appliances you can borrow on the first floor. It was a nice stay.

Nice, clean place friendly people, all kinds of stuff close by

Great location, nice staff. I didn’t like that there was loose hair all over my towels, bedding, in the fridge (of all places), and on the floors. It seemed clean, but it did not smell good. The coffee is not my preference and seemed watered down. They do have free tea and coffee, no breakfast. There is an area where you can buy a heat up breakfast or a snack. There is a cabinet where you can borrow a bunch of random items, such as board games or a rice cooker. I didn’t get time to check out the pool. Only a one night stay for me. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

It was nice has a pool but it was too cold lol. Had a large business gathering there as well looked like. They are very nice the gym is nice as well. Tv didn’t work on treadmill. Rooms are spacious.
